My Toyota Highlander needed its’ front struts replaced. Reliable Auto Repair gave me estimate within an hour of dropping off car with estimated completion date. Estimate for job was $200. less than estimate from other service station and completed on date promised. I plan on using Reliable for other required services in future.

Pete and Paul are true pros and yes, they are really great guys as well. So are the guys who work for them. The thing that is so refreshing isnt just their knowledge. Its their honesty. They are not in business to make a quick buck. They are in business to do exceptional work and have lifelong, loyal customers. Could you find a cheaper price somewhere else? Maybe. However, Im not a fan of places that promote the bottom of the barrel lowest price. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. In the automotive industry, unless you are a mechanic you are, for the most part, at the mercy of the mechanic. Pete and Paul always explain to me what is wrong before they fix anything. There is no pressure to fix things immediately, unless it is a safety issue. Their prices are an extremely good value because they do things right and they use quality parts. Ive been going to them for several years. I didnt know them at all and went to them the first time with fingers crossed because I read several positive reviews online. Me and my family have been taking our cars there as far back as I can remember. They have always made sure that our cars are working properly and correctly. They have helped us fix our cars even when we financially could not afford all of it at once. They have always been super nice and super kind. I also really appreciate the honesty. They are always up front about what is wrong with the car itself.

Not only do they do great work, but they also have integrity, a rare combination! They patiently taught me about the services I could choose from, gave me a discount for an additional service, and shared pizza with me during the wait! I came here because of the Groupon but I would definitely come back here again if Im still in the area.

I don’t know much about cars, but I do know about good service. I bought a Groupon here to use thinking my brakes needed to be replaced as they squeak. Pete was honest enough to let me know after the inspection I did not in fact need my brakes replaced and put everything back together! He also let me know of other issue and quoted it. While I did not choose them in the end, from my experience they value their customers and make it a welcoming environment to both car fanatics and the average person alike.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Great shop with a great quality. Pete explains the services that he recommends very well and does not push for you to payout big bucks for repairs that are not an immediate urgent issue. They have awesome deals going on all the time.

We were fortunate enough to meet Pete. I was blown away by his professionalism and honesty. It is do hard to find a good honest mechanic out there but I feel like we found this with Pete and his crew. We went in for an alignment for mother truck but could not get it done because there was work that needed to be done before aligning the truck she could not afford the repairs but agreed to come back after she had everything fixed and would get the alignment then, We get home and as soon as we walk in the door my mom gets a call from Pete to bring the truck back he informed me that the gentleman behind us was wondering why we left without getting our car fixed? Pete explained that there was work that needed to get done but we could not do it at that time this gentleman named Tim which is a loyal customer and Pete the owner did and amazing act of selfness they agreed to pay for the repairs our jaws dropped and the tears started rolling. This has definitely been a trying year for everyone but in the midst of all this we have learned so much also, there is great people doing amazing things my mom is greatful and will always remember this experience thank you to Pete and Tim for their big hearts! Pete was very helpful and professional. I drove 25 miles to the shop because of the amount of positive reviews. I was not let down one bit. He went in depth and showed me the before and after of my alignment. And tire rotation. I’ve had many alignments in the past but never once was I asked why I wanted an alignment. Or showed before and after diagnostics. This shows his dedication to the customer. He doesn’t try to sell you a service that is not needed. I will be coming back to this shop in the future. The shop and lobby were very clean. With coffee,water and clean restrooms. Also there was two different seating areas so that you could socially distance.

Pete maintains great communications and ensures everything is taken care of. Hes the reason I keep coming back.

Amazing work and great customer service! Waiting area was so chill and clean. I know nothing about cars but Pete made sure to explain thoroughly what was wrong with my car and what they did to fix it. Scam.I saw the offer on Groupon, and some people mentioned about they would claim that they can’t do the wheel alignment because of broken suspension parts.I just got my control arms done recently (also the reason why I need a wheel alignment) so I thought there were nothing they could say about my suspension(it is an old car, but has been taken care of well.), and decided to give them a try as the price was really competitive and other place didn’t have available time for the weekWell, I drove 70 minutes one way in the morning, and after 30 minutes dropping my car, they said that my “right inner and outer tie rod are too lose to do an alignment” and charged me $129 on the parts, and $219 on labor.While both my dad and uncle works in the car industry forever in my home country and I also just bought the control arms, so it didn’t take too long to know they charged more than double the price for the parts, and I have no comment on the labor.Well, they did offer a 10% discount for the quote though, but that’s not the point.The point was, I told them I need to discuss with my dad with the list, and I check the suspension parts and shake the wheels afterward, also took it to my trustworthy mechanic to do another checkGuess what my mechanic said? “There is nothing wrong with your tie rod.”So I got my wheel alignment done at another place today, drove on highways and it is smooth without problems.Writing this review so people who visit “reliable” auto repair can be aware of this kind of scam.I wasted gallons of gas and four hours of time here, and I am sure you don’t want to lose yours.

I was caught in a bind this winter and had my car towed to RAR. Pete helped me out prior to my car needing the extra service and he recommended their shop, so when I was asked where I wanted my car towed to I tried them out. I was very happy with their work. I recently took my dodge truck there for service and the owner Paul and his service writer Pete were very smart and friendly to me. They took care of my needs and then some. They fixed my truck in a timely manner and did what I asked them to take care for me.

They are very nice on time. And explain the work that they do very well ran buisness.

They were very open and communicative in what was being done and very courteous to deal with. I had an oil change and full inspection done and I am pleased with both services and the completeness of the inspection report. It had a write up with supporting pictures. Other s from my work go there and are also please with the services provided. I have other cars I will be taking there this week for similar maintenance. Prices are very acceptable.

I’ve worked in a shop setting for a few years and got out of the industry recently. I needed to find a trustworthy shop who can do a simple alignment on my chevy cobalt. I found them on Groupon and am very satisfied with the whole experience. The front man Pete was extremely friendly and very honest. The tech Hayden who worked on the car did a great job! Car tracks straight and alignment was perfectly in spec. Highly recommended! The shop was clean and the waiting area was nice. Okay...we all hate bringing our car in to get repairs, but...BEST experience getting my car fixed! It is so hard to find a place that is honest! I thought I needed new brakes, but turns out I didnt. I ordered a wheel alignment from Groupon. Prior to I had been too so many unprofessional shops including firestone. Pete assisted me and he was just a breath of fresh air! He has outstanding customer service and he explained everything to me about my car. I ended up needing a tire rod changed but we took care of that and they got me out of their in no time. While I waited Pete kept me company with his amazing personality and even asked what kind of music did I want to hear. My experience was nothing but amazing and now they have me as a returning customer!
