Was very quick to get me in to fix my issue with my car.

Corey worked with me when it was discovered that the tire size recommend for my vehicle would not fit. So the tire I chose would not work. Apparently an option was selected that put 18 inch tires on my truck which is not a popular size. Corey found that they had a set of 4 tires the correct size and worked the numbers to get them in my budget.

Went to Dunn Tire to replace a flat tire from a puncture. Very nice to deal with..took about an hour to get the tire replaced. They even put my spare tires away in the trunk. Waiting room is small, 1 chair so be prepared to walk over to Dunkin across the street to hang out while you wait.

When I called Dunn for pricing I spoke to Cory at the Batavia store. He was informative and professional and able to schedule an appointment for me, he was easy to work with. I found pricing to be fair, all in all it was a good experience, thank you.

They were okay. Not really professional at all definitely took their time very slow and they forgot to put a cap back on my tires and they tried telling me when I get home I can take the tire off when I have time and put it back on. I said thats not gonna happen and when I spoke to the manager he said yeah we can do that for you Im so sorry. Then when they had to put the cap back on they gave me like attitude and you can tell they werent happy they had to do their job again because they didnt do it right the first time. Only giving two stars because the job got done and they got me an appointment quickly. But as far as everything else idk if I would go back

Came in for an oil change, very friendly, professional, prompt. After leaving noticed two bolts from the plate beneath the engine either never made back onto the car or fell out soon after, leaving the plate hanging dangerously close to the ground. I would return, but inspect your vehicles closely when picking them up.

Dunn tire in Batavia was probably my best mechanical experience…. The person (male) up front at the desk was the nicest person ever. I am not just saying this bc he got the job done, but bc he was smart and knew his stuff. He even hopped in the bay and helped one of the mechanics put the tires back on my truck to get me out of there faster. Overall Dunn tire in Batavia ny was very professional and very nice. All employees friendly and even remembered my name and vehicle info. Walk through the door and they already have your stuff entered into the computer. Fast service as well. After putting my snow tires on the manager (Will) in Batavia NY called to tell me he broke the arm of my hatch back and that “they don’t perform that kind of work”. when i asked if he could help with repairing it he said “no, i am not helping with one penny of this repair” and “if i didn’t like it i could take it up with Dunn’s lawyers”. Then he hung up on me. i never raised my voice. i never got upset. i remained respectful. The only crime i committed was choosing Dunn tire. i am stuck with the cost of repairing this myself.

Will went above and beyond to help me get my tires done. They were very quick in getting the tires on . I wax very impressed with how well I was treated. Very nice people to do business with.

My daughter dropped off her car yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation at the Batavia, NY location. I received a courtesy call regarding the type of oil to be used after they discovered the previous oil change (not performed at a Dunn location) used a partially synthetic oil blend when a full synthetic blend is recommended by the automobile manufacturer.Dunn could have assumed which type of oil to use but instead called me to discuss prior to performing the work.I primarily visit this location for all of my cars and have recommended Dunn to family and friends. In an industry where the general consumer could easily be taken advantage of, I have never been misled or urged to purchase additional unnecessary services.I have used Dunn for almost 20 years and will continue to do so.Thank you Dunn Tire!

I had to have a blown tires replaced. They were the less expensive option from other shop I looked at and they had my new tire on in 39 minutes. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will go there again. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Fair and fast service got my tire delivered to them in 48 hours .....even though they couldnt get it on the car for me through no fault of their own really.....my car had a lock lug nut on each tire and i bought the car used and well year later now I realize there is no key lug anywhere to be found in the car never was cuz i would have seen it and knew to keep it ....but did not think it would be an issue because they are BMW factory rims they are not aftermarket so i thought they would have a master lug key for bmw ford chevy dodge etc.....and it wouldnt be an issue but it was they didnt have one that fit so ....but I appreciate that they called me before they even attempted to try and get it off because most times u can get em off but it will cause slight scratches on ur rim in the lug hole lip so they called before they tried to get the ok where alot of places would have just tried and denied just to make the money so i appreciate that alot .....they also didnt try n get me to buy a whole set and lie and say o these tires are about shot blah blah blah none of that BS ....even after they called me back and told me they couldn’t get it off after i gave them the ok to try and the slight scratches would be ok cuz it had to be done they didnt try n sell me anything else ....but in the end he got a sale because i bought the tire from the and had to take it else where to get the lock lugs off and tire put on .....so all in all they were good to me no pushy sales ..no trying to get me to buy optional items you NEVER need EVER ....no lying saying i need all new tires and scamming me out of 1400$ just friendly and honest staff i will def try again in the future if i need tires ....after i get the rest of them dumb locking lugs off the tires !!!!!! Always read the fine print and make sure your dealer tire place etc NEVER puts those on uour car to try n trap you into always having to go back to tjem because they do and will do it !!!!!

After working a night shift at the hospital I arrived at Dunn tire prior to its official opening. The manager was good enough to take me early and get me out within 45 minutes… The only problem is the tire is still leaking. So the experience was good in regards to being seen, but the results are very poor I will now have to return to Dunn tire to have the tire relooked at as it is still losing air. I’m appreciative to Dunn for normally doing a good job but disappointed that now I have to spend another hour there in order to get my tire fixed. Thank you!

After forgetting my appointment they were quick to get me in. The tech explained what was going on and what I needed, but was not aggressively selling me what I didnt need.

Dunn tire provided good customer service & the staff was knowledgeable with the requirements for my annual inspection.

The service was fast, and gentleman at the counter was a grumpy no personally guy Id assume ready to go hostile.... Pretty snappy he wants you to wear a mask due to covid but not a hesitation grabbing the cash from me with no gloves.... Anyways be great if he was more friendly or personable.

Dunn manager gave us a price quote by phone that was better than a quote we had just gotten from a so called ‘discount’ tire store.Dunn manager kept his word.Dunn manager worked us into the schedule. He had learned we were on our way to Connecticut.Dunn manager called someone back early from lunch break to help with the additional workload to the schedule so that we could quickly get back on the road.

Couldnt have been friendlier. Will was great. My only beef was, I thought the new tires I had installed could have been cleaned up a little better. Everything else was fine.

We had just hit left on a road trip when our front tire started making a loud noise. After a short detour to Batavia, the staff at Dunn Tire looked things over, took a test drive, and determined that we had noisy rotors, but that they didnt need immediate attention. We were on our way with peace of mind, at no charge. I also appreciated the safety measures in their shop during the pandemic.

Honest. Great customer service! Too often mechanics try to over charge or straight up find imaginary things that have to be fixed immediately when a woman brings her car in.
