Selection was great- got to check out and only self check out was available. I had a sign come up telling me please wait for associate after each scanned item. It took me over 30 minutes to scan $80 worth of groceries while 4 associates stood there staring at their phones. I kept asking for help and when an older woman finally heard me she would come over and help but i had to repeatedly ask and they would go right back to their phones. I deal w the public everyday as a waitress and I would be fired in a second if I even thought about ignoring a customer to be on my phone (it was multiple employees) and this is the first time Ive gotten so frustrated I left a review somewhere sounding like a Karen lol. I honestly considered leaving my groceries and walking out, and I use self check out all the time but WEISs self checkout system is so terrible and finicky-ans the staff being unable to help me just stopped it off.

Love the store but some employees should not be in this career ! Not Friendly cant smile ! Cant walk over to help ! Bad for business .

I was heading to Giants right across the street, thought I give Wise a visit. Very nice clean store brought just a few things but it was way too expensive. Although Giants is expensive as well, but Id save 30% more going to Giants. Sorry going back to Giants.
