Well I spent more than I was anticipate on the way they have things an hour you cannot tell whether its half price or whatever on clearance nothing was organized but overall I will be ready for next year as far as my vegetable garden

Work on my shirt was very bad will not b going back

Been back and forward for two weeks for just three logos for my chefs jackets. Got here and the same thing. There not ready. Plus had to wait 3 more hours so they would finish it the same day. Employees don’t follow directions and they don’t care of customers needs. Poor customer service. Sad. I would never recommend this place to anyone.There’s a other customer on front of me with a bad experience with there job.

I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE TODAY, WEDNESDAY, JULY 3, 2019!!!! I ordered & paid for my shirts on Saturday. I was told they would be ready today for my daughters parade tomorrow!!! I went in the store at 6:30pm, told to come back at 7:45pm, so they can design it. My daughter was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THAT IT WASNT ANYWHERE IN THE STORE, IT WAS NEVER CUSTOMED MADE AS PROMISED!!! No apology at all, just refunded, no explanation, NOTHING!!! Luckily, Baltimore Best located in the mall, was able to design it, and have it ready in 20 minutes!!! He was very courteous, professional and friendly!!! I will kindly post again, when I am properly apologized to, from the manager of Stitch & Press!!!

Great service! Their staff were able to clearly understand what I wanted printed, and had the order done in a timely manner. Not to mention the quality was one of the best Ive come across this far. I recommend to anyone looking for quality Embroidery, and vinyl printing, at reasonable prices.

If I could give this place “0” stars I would. I dropped off 9 shirts to be embroidered on August 24, 2019. I was told my order would be complete and ready for pick up on September 2nd.I received a call in the evening on September 1st informing me that my order was not going to be complete and that I should come to pick it up on September 3rd. September 3rd I arrived in the store and was told my order was still not complete. I explained to the manager that the shirts were for my daughters first day of school and that she was starting school the next day. He said that if I could wait 20 minutes he could stitch two shirts and that i could pick up the remaining 7 later in the week. I agreed, left the store to go shopping in the mall and returned in 45 minutes. When I walked in the store the owner was sitting downing the phone laughing having his own personal conversation and the two shirts he promised me would be done still was not. At this point I became upset and demanded my shirts. He hung up the phone went to the sewing machine and yelled at me “Ms things happen in life and the machine is down”. He then went to another sewing machine and started to complete the two shirts. 15 minutes later he gave me the shirts and the stitch was clearly crooked not straight at all. I told him I didn’t want the shirt and he said ok well I will buy you another one I know it was it on sale? At this point I ended up leaving because I was upset. Today September 7, 2019 I went back to the store and my order is still not complete. I was a given a refund and my shirts back. The owner was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The young guy was actually nice and I noticed the owner wanted him to take the fall for his laziness. I will NEVER do business at this location again.

Very unprofessionally ran businessI went in early September for a quote on a job, upon finding the store (yes the phone provided is not good) I came into a group of teenagers in the shop playing with their phones while talking to the cashier ( a young man) who seemed to be simply chatting with them and not conducting any business. So I waited a few minutes and browsed the shop (which did not offer a whole lot of to choose from either) and after 5-7 minutes waiting I politely asked the young man hey can you help me out? I then asked him about the possibility to do a embroidery job on a wrist band I had brought in as sample, he told me that the owner was not there and that I needed to talk to the owner because he did not know if the job I was asking about was possible to do at the shop. I asked when was the owner returning and he said he did not know. I asked for a business card and he said they didnt have one and ripped a piece of paper and wrote a phone number without the owners name. Phone number resulted disconnected also. So there... maybe i came in at the wrong time and during a rough patch, but looking at many reviews here, I would venture to say the business is not ran professionally. Shop at your own risk.

The Manager had my kids uniform for 3 weeks. I went to pick them up after 2 weeks and the manager said he could not find them. He kept giving me times he would have them ready. Everytime I went to pick them up the employees said they could not find them. The young lady that works in there was trying to be helpfulp. She called the manager son while I was there. The son said he was sleeping and was not waking up. This was around 12:30pm. Finally she gave me the managers personal number after I had been there 3 times prior. My man threatened to call the BBB and our lawyer if he didnt respond in 24 hrs. I guess that scared Marshall (the manager/owner) and he called and said he found the shirts. When I arrived to get the shirts he said I had to pay 72$ and he would give me a 72$ credit. I told him hell no he would not be getting any of my money. Marshall then returned the shirts and I took them to the other Embroidery place in East point. They did them in 20mins. THAT PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Too expensive for the work that was done. I advised them on specific dimensions for the embroidery but they managed to screw that up. Lady stated that there was nothing they could do but credit me for future work. Now my shirt is ruined and there is no way I will be coming back to this place. Very unprofessional and do not appear to know what they are doing.

I thought about getting my shirts done there but the little girl who works there was rude, and she didnt seem like she wanted to work period. You need to hire more friendly workers or your Eastpoint store wont last. Its terrible because it looks like you do good work but the girl Thresa will kill your potential customers.

Handed my items in October and they were never not completed. I took my things back in December. I would like a refund. Especially since work was never started.

I dont like writing negative reviews, but this place is trash. Use at your own risk.

Been trying to place a order for months with owner never in shop. No one else in there seems to know what there doing as far as handling big orders. Made me send in the order and artwork just to not hear from them on email or phone. Try stitch place up mondawmin mall. Thanks

Under new management. They don’t know what they doing they do not have material do not I repeat do not go there shop there at your own risk.

Very professional and can do whatever you asked....Mr Marshall and Brittany was very nice too me...

Be prepared when you come in your not the only customer lots of traffic in the store stitch and press an dont come in wanting your shirts done last minute and if so be patient your not the only customer

The worst store in the mall! They lie about delivery times and the work is shabby!

I purchased $210 tee shirts Thursday July 18, 2019 he told me they would be ready the next day I called him the next day and he did not answer my calls and I received 1 shirt the day of my event when I was supposed to receive and payed for 5! Horrible business, I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! Owner never in store and never answers phone, he told me that my shirts would be ready by Friday and they weren’t ready until 5 days later and still aren’t ready! Very unprofessional, Bad business!
