Thank you Nate for sending me pictures and for fast prompt service my Mercedes clk 320 runs great and and thanks for the other recommendations that need to be done pricing was fair and I am very impressed how fast euro tech completed the job on my alternator and engine parts thanks guys went to get my oil change after first service and was told other things was wrong with car not mentioned first time and most stuff really was not anything too important they won’t diagnose check engine light I guess unless you pay for it after I told them twice my check engine lite was on they say in notes there was possible a exhaust leak but I guess they couldn’t bother to check for sure after spending nearly a thousand dollars with them they do good work but nickel and dime for everything I won’t be bringing my car back here again overall I am disappointed because my car still needs repairs and these guys couldn’t even get to the root of the problem no wonder I was only one in shop both times I went

I’m very grateful for the work the mechanics did to resolve some cosmetic damages on my Veloster. I’m very pleased with the repairs done. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Vlad was very reassuring when I came in seeking body work and consistently reaffirmed everything will be taken care of. I also noticed that the mechanics installed some anti-theft lug nuts that I had sitting in my car for the longest time. It was very kind of them to initiate that without my asking or suggestion. Hi this Mr.Anderson to all consumers. Who are looking to go to this business. Please dont be fooled by these reviews as I was I took my 2011 audi a8l there for there help and I trusted them. And they did is the unthinkable. We paid them 3517,00 for work done to my car they had my car for 14 day pick it up on a Friday and that Sunday engine light was back on then did what any person would do take it back.they Look at it and they did is just look and return the car. Now the fun part my car was there everyday for five days. They Wanted more money to look at the car. Took my car to some 1 else and what they did is set my car up to fail I was going to pay another 1000 or 2000 and the said Mr.Anderson Im not going to take your money you been thought enough all he did was put a little hose back up and sent me on my way. Listen the choice is your Im just giving the public in site on how they can be. if they think they make money off of you I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau causes the public needs to know. They fixed what 3 other establishments failed to, including a dealership! For the last 2.5 years the check engine light was on in my 2010 Hyundai Sonata and I was having a hard time pumping gas into the car. I’ve replaced multiple sensors and was told that it was a wiring issue and exploratory work would have to be done to figure out the problem (and I would have to pay $100 for each labor hour). I went to Euro-Tech for my final attempt to have this issue resolved before I contemplated getting a new car. I was greeted by Nathan. I told him the history I had with the check engine light and the problems I had pumping gas. He was amicable, wrote down what I stated, and promised to follow up. 3 days later, I picked up my car, no check engine light and I’m able to pump gas under 2 minutes again! Needless to say, they have knowledgeable mechanics on hand and I would gladly bring my car there for any future repairs!
