Recommended through my insurance company for a claim. Staff was friendly and informative, place was clean and they even buffed out some additional minor scratches as a customer courtesy. Easy to find, not far off the highway.

Over last decade my vehicles have been a magnet for other cars to hit. Wouldnt take my vehicle to any other auto body shop. Community (Royal) Auto body staff, from receptionists, estimators, to their collision repair techs, are all exceptional, professional persons. To top it off theyre extremely polite and courteous whenever I need to speak with them. Definitely the best auto body shop in the Baltimore Metro area.

I just picked my 2021 Buick Encore up at Community. It was hit at a grocery store while parked. I was upset. My State Farm insurance recommended Community and I am so glad they did. They did an awesome job on our car! Really really really really special people working there! The receptionist Annie is awesome and very informative. I suggest did anyone go through there if your car has been in an accident. No worries, they keep you in the loop even though theyre dealing with your insurance company.

I didnt have an accident,, i just wanted some paint work done on my Shelby GT500. I wanted the bumpers and hood redone,, and the factory vinyl stripes removed and painted on. They exceeded my expectations, very high quality work. They communicate well and they gave me my car back in much much better condition than I gave it to them, inside and out. Will be back to get other work done when the time is right.

A neighborhood jewel.Visited this establishment with a friend who was getting her vehicle repaired due to an accident. The staff very thorough inexamining the vehicle before .makingrepairs. I drove my friend to pick up the vehicle after repairs and it looksGREAT!!!! I truly will recommend friends to this establishment.

Even though they were overbooked they were able to take my 2020 Nissan kicks after an accident that took off the front driver side wheel and damaged the rear drivers side wheel and get me a into a rental car. When I went to pick it after 14 days which was mostly due to parts and an extra 2 days in reassembly up it looked brand new. Great job guys!

If I could give you 10 stars I would gladly do so. This place is exceptional, I am very satisfied with the service they have done in my car these last 2 times. they have left my car like new! the customer service is extremely incredible, the professionalism and the delivery time are exact. If you are looking for a place that will fix like it has come out of the dealer, this will definitely be your best shot!

Best shop Ive ever been to.Speed, friendliness, professionalism, no time wasted, lots of updates and clear communication.Specifically, I thought my car was totalled they estimated and found matching parts and all to save my car. Got back in it less than 2 weeks. Updated me about every step and were super helpful through the rest of the process.TBH they’re customer service was better than the insurance or rental spots that got more money from this and did way less work. Had enterprise pick me up before I thought about it. Had all payments and negotions and paperwork finished, signed and printed. My car was damn near spotless, shiny and sitting out front facing the street like they knew I was stressed and just needed to keep it moving.

I wish there were more stars.My car was damaged I was very upset.Insurance was paying so I wanted the best. And thats exactly what I got .Setting appointment was quick. Service was quick.Got my car back sooner then expected.In perfect condition. Inside and out.They really pay attention to details. Things that typical car wash misses was clean.And the integrity of the workers .is amazing. They left coins alone. I sure the found then under my seats and placed them in my cup holder. That says something to me about the company.If recommend Community Auto .💯 .

Stop in originally and had a small problem. The owner found out about it and took the time to contact me about my concern and my issues. We spoke for about 30 minutes and he understood my concerns. We scheduled a day for my SUV to come in for repair; all work was done on time and SUV looked great upon return. Jon even took the time to email after the repair to make sure I was satisfied.Definitely appreciate the professionalism and the staff. Would highly recommend them for any body work.

What a pleasant experience, I had a recent accident which I needed to get my 2015 Ford F150 fixed. The accident wasn’t pleasant but from the moment that I called Community Auto Body in Dundalk, MD that changed.All the staff are very professional, courteous, and pleasant to converse with. They are supper friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely help (arranged to get me a rent a car within 15 minutes).I had the opportunity to speak with all of the office staff and each and everyone was a delight to deal with. I have had to get work done to my vehicle twice and both times I have had nothing but a great experience with Community Auto Body. The staff is always polite and incredibly friendly and the work done to my car always has it looking brand new! I even appreciate the detailing that they do when the repair work is finished.After I picked up my car, within a week one of the caps on my bumper somehow popped off. I gave JP a call and got a new one within a few days, no hassle or headache. Highly recommend and only place I will come to for body work despite living 25 minutes away now!

After some less than great experiences at other local body shops in the area, Community Auto Body went above and beyond to make sure our car and ourselves were taken care of properly. Kind, friendly reception, very nice waiting area, exceptional and timely work. Hope to not have to visit again soon, but if the need arrises for a body shop, we will be coming back for sure.

Excellent experience and first class operation. I was given an estimate in a very timely fashion. Initially, I was told it would be a two day job but they were able to complete the work in one day. Very pleased with the job. They even cleaned the car thoroughly both inside and out. Very professional and friendly staff.

We have used John’s company from years ago when it was called Royal Auto to now as it has renamed itself Community Auto Body.Teens car accidents (too frequently unfortunately)in years past. And now a minor fender bender.The company is on top of things at all times.Their staff are knowledgeable and most have been with the company for years.They have rental cars available through Sterling Rentals (a nice local company) whom we have also dealt with on numerous occasions.I will give a shout out to Michelle, our estimator and go-to person, for this round of needed assistance. She is warm and makes you feel important.Everything was exactly as she indicated and the time frame was precise. She walked me though the process so I understood the who, what, when, and where’s. And she was available by phone when we had additional questions.We don’t see the people doing the work, but the car looks good as new, so shot out to the behind the scenes magic makers, as well.

I recently had my Chevrolet Malibus rear bumper replaced at Community Auto body shop which did an outstanding job in a timely manner. Community auto body, formally known as royal auto body has been one hell of a place to deal with!!! In a great way!!! I have had both my wife’s van and my car repaired there and I honestly have no complaints!!!! Friendly, welcoming and they take care of everything as far as rental car, contacting insurance, etc.... Yumi at the desk is open and knowledgeable and it just extends into the back offices! EVERYONE there is willing and ready to help and answer questions!You have work to get done on a vehicle, count them in! It’s well worth it!

I had my dented door repaired at Community simply because that’s where the insurance company had me go to get the estimate done. I was super happy when they were done with the work. I could tell they went the extra mile to shine her up and even vacuum and clean the inside. I got updates from the insurance company whenever the estimate changed due to parts being ordered however I never got any time updates fron Commjnity themselves - that’s the only service recommendation I have. But all the people I delt with were super nice and friendly. I will gladly return if my car ever gets dinged up again. Thanks!

I totaled my work van. I bought it back from the insurance company and had Royal put it back together.Its a rolling shop, so working out of my wifes pick up while it was being repaired was tough. They replaced the entire drivers side panel from the door post to the back door. And it looks like it never even happened! They had me back on the road way sooner than I even expected.I was so impressed (and grateful) that I sent a half a dozen pizzas down to Royal for their staff!If you are looking for a good body shop that you can trust, in Dundalk, THIS IS THE PLACE!

I have an older vehicle, and someone had backed into it and ran. The damage was enough to total out my car. Long story short I dealt with Norm and Denise who were excellent in helping me as to what I should do in this situation. I run Sterling Car Rental and we get a lot of crashed cars. I have dealt with Jon, Michelle, Yumi and Tanya at Community Auto Body for awhile now. They always take the time to write a thorough estimate and go over all of the repairs with me so I know exactly what they are going to be doing to our vehicles. They work directly with all of the insurance companies on our behalf to make sure that any supplemental damage is taken care of. The rental cars are always returned in like new condition and the repairs are completed in a timely fashion as they know down time costs us money. I highly recommend Community Auto Body for any accident or damage repairs that you need to have fixed. They even take the time to clean the insides of the vehicle so that we can put them right back on rent.
