Came in for an oil change and it was suggested I needed a new air & cabin filter… which were disgusting and hadn’t been changed since I bought my car 5 years ago. Due to my cars make and model it requires synthetic oil which ran me a little over $100 for the oil change but I was offered a 20% off coupon which was applied to all services. They were definitely fast and friendly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes on a Thursday morning.

Very professional, quick (was there maybe 35 min for oil change, filter replacement, and engine flush), and very reasonably priced. Will definitely go again!

Very great staff. I wanted to make sure I got an oil change before my long drive. They fixed a light that was out and my car sounded so smooth after the oil change on my 300 mile drive. This is the place to go to. Each one that I have been to had shown great quality and super great customer service.

Got a new car last year and this was my second oil change (first one was at the dealership free). I went to the dealership, they gave me my diagnostics and price (told them Id be back). I went to this Jiffy Lube because I had been to it a year or so back and had a good experience (figured I would give them another shot). I went in and Javi helped me (wearing a mask and kept his distance - which I appreciate) considering the pandemic. He walked me through my cars diagnostics and what it was due for. He was thorough and honest about what was needed and what wasnt. They were quick about the service, fairly priced, and super friendly. Id come back.

These guys are great always super helpful and very thorough. Friendly and yesterday I talked to the kid about Celtic soccer from Scotland. I always use these guys.

Came in for a check up before leaving town (yes I know there’s a pandemic) and I was greeted by Javier and his staff. Professional service. I just wanted an oil change and also asked if there were any necessary services recommended at the time. I wanted to see how honest they really were because a lot if us know those “mechanic tactics”. But he really went ahead and explained to me what services were recommended at the current mileage I was at. I knew what was already recommended at that mileage because I went to the dealership for the last service. So I went ahead and did the 2 services recommended by Javier. His honesty truly did win me as a customer. Good job!

Love this place! The folks that work here are always polite, cheery, and thorough. I used to dread getting my oil change because of how long it would take and how much the workers would try to upswell me. I never feel pressured. I would absolutely recommend this location!

Service was impeccable. I was so impressed with this oil change location and the people who worked there. The employees when working on my car would call out to each other to ensure communication was clear between the two and explained to me the whole oil change process. They were honest and told me my air filter could go a few more months. The prices are fair. Even without a coupon I would go back, I was out in 20 minutes. Quick, easy, and great service.

Went for an oil change recently and two gentleman serviced my vehicle. Both were very polite and friendly! They kept a conversation with me which was pleasing, didn’t make it feel like a quick “business turn”. They made sure all my lights and caps were secure and working properly, even recommended a few services for my vehicle. I feel absolutely confident that these two men had my vehicle’s best interest in mind. I felt very well taken care of!

Stopped at this jiffylube to get an oil change on my lunch break. I pulled up and was immediately greeted with a huge smile. Everyone was super friendly. This place is going to be my go to place for oil changes. I arrived before 10am and left 20 minutes later, they checked most of my internal components, tires pressure, wiper fluids and even my brakes! Very friendly staff with greetings and how they assist you to every question. Two thumbs up!

These folks have the process down, they are conscious of Covid and maintain distance while all wear masks. Really smooth process and friendly people. They changed my cars air filters and rotated my tires as well. This location is always on their A game.

Workers are complacent and slow, Id recommend keeping an eye on so that they actually do the work. Dont listen when they say wait in the waiting room. Classic mechanic tactics.

I’ve been going to this location for my usual oil changes on my Honda. I’ve been having different gage lights suddenly turn on. Javier was there to assist me and explain what was going on. Turns out it was just a faulty sensor. If I would’ve gone somewhere else I know they would’ve diagnosed something I’d have to spend more money on.The faculty was clean overall. COVID-19 protocols were followed and practiced. I definitely recommend check this Juffy Lube out, such a friendly and honest environment.

On Monday morning I noticed that I needed an oil change so I came to jiffy lube because I thought I would expect great customer service. Unfortunately not only was I over charged $652 dollars but my car stop working in the middle of the freeway. Now mind you that my car was perfectly fine. So I had to tow my car to my house (another 100) and when coming back to jiffy lube to see what could have gone wrong no one could really answer me. Now my car now will not start and was over heating after coming to jiffy Lube . After talking to the manager Justin he of course denied my refund and sent over one of his mechanics with No tools (which took over an hour an half) of course to just say it was not their fault. Do not come here trust me!!!! You will regret it! Told Me To Get a REAL Mechanic to Fix it; But They Are NOT PAYING FOR MY BILL OR MY REFUND. They dont care if they ruined Your Car Under Their Care. Please Dont EVER COME HERE. Worse Costumers Service Ever.

It can be pretty hit or miss with Jiffy lube. The Azusa location however has been doing quality work for me for a few years now. It is a quality location with knowledgeable and kind staff.

I don’t ever feel comfortable leaving keys in a car and walking away while your service people retreat to their oil change dungeon down below so I wait with the car until the mechanic is ready. There is a lot of foot traffic in this parking lot/car waiting area. Today, two other cars were brought in front of ours because the welcome guy didn’t “think” we were ready to be serviced. Ugh, how about just ask if we are ready Mr. Welcome Guy!?! Your process is NOT my process. Perhaps we should be happy, he did bypass our car with a smile, offered an apology after this being brought to his attention twice; oh, and charged $89.xx for the oil change! No Vaseline... Clearly, convenience is the only reason I Jiffy Lube.

Id give this location 0 stars if possible. The worst customer service Ive ever had. The first time I called, someone picked up the phone and just said...ya? Then I asked if it was jiffy lube because I was confused by the extreme lack of professionalism. He again just said...ya. Then I asked how much a conventional oil change was, and the guy said something in Spanish and just hung up the phone. So I called back and the genius picked up the phone and apparently either tried to hang it up or put me on hold immediately, but ended up putting me on speaker phone. So I listened to him and his coworker talking about going to uti and trying to get a better job at a dealership, all while using several profanities. These seemed very set on not having to deal with the phone or actually having to do any work. Great employees you have here Jiffy Lube. Never wasting my money at your business again.

They always over charge when they can. Be careful of them always trying to upsell you unnecessary things. Every time I go they recommend my air filter to be changed. They refused to honor my school discount. Demanding a printed coupon but there is no coupon just print. I had my college id but they didnt care and charged double of what I was planning to spend.

The oil change was fine, but my tires were under-inflated, causing tire pressure warnings. Also they try to upsell you on stuff you dont really need.

Got oil changed and also was told that I need new windshield wipers and I had to break it to the theiving liars that I just changed them out two days ago... also they lost my windshield wiper reservoir cap!!! never going back there again!

I give it 3 ⭐for quick service BUT I didnt appreciate the the fact that they changed the pricing on me once I got there* I bit the bullet of $10 more but wont be returning*

I called and spoke to Carlos about up coming services that were needed and he started answering my questions rather nicely, but when I asked him to look up the information via lic plate number he sighed and I took that as a rude answer. After I said thats ok, then he tried to turn it around and ask me to give him the info. I politely said its ok and hung up. I will not talk to him again he was rude.

I have a 2015 Chevy Malibu. I took it into get the oil changed three months ago. Oil filter leaked after they changed it. I took it back to the shop the tech said its just spillage and would stop. I took it back again they retightened to oil filter its still leaked. I ha to take it back to a third time to get the oil filter changed that time it stopped. Then just now I took it in to change the oil again after the normal cycle. I got in the car after the service and found that it had not been vacuumed. Obviously customer service is not high on their agenda. I am going to find another Jiffy Lube to take my car to.

One week ago I went to get my mini cooper serviced. They did not have the oil filter for my car. This was not a problem, but this particular store wanted to charge $14 more on top of $89 they were going to chargefor a oil change. I told the clerk that I had been coming to there store for years. I left and went to another Jiffy Lube in San Dimas and they did not charge me extra for the service. The store also had to order the filter with not even a blink of an eye. I will never go back to the Azusa Jiffy Lube Store again.

Went to see about a leak and told me my girlfriends car was leaking coolent from the water pump. Very honest and the last time we had the oil changed they were very considerent and vacuumed the car. Very professional and cosistantly friendly.

I have a 2012 Honda Civic. We went to this Jiffy Lube. The attendants name was Wade. I asked him how much was an oil change. He looked at me strait in my face and said,$80.00.. I politely got back in my car, went to Honda and paid $33.00 for an oil change. Unbelievable!

***update* so Im reading my reciept and says they vacuumed the carpet in truck NO, says they cleaned the windows. NO, Checked engine oil light on when arrival reciept says NO, well how do you think I knew oil needed changed cause dash light was on!!! What a disappointing experience and lies on the reciept maybe train your employees to do there job better and not lie on the reciept and lie to your customers and not do what your saying you doing 😠***GO SOMEWHERE ELSE*** .......Just like other review quoted 39$ on phone and I gave them exact model of vehicle, after they already drained the oil before asking me what oil I wanted they said I have to put synthetic blend or higher in motor and they would not put conventional oil in for me so 77$ later I will never go back to any jiffy lube again nor will any family or friends they should educate their employees better when thier giving price quotes cause thats twice the amount I was quoted on the phone lucky I had 5$ coupon if the oil wasnt drained already before guy came and asked me what I wanted to do I would of left immediately typical bait n switch price quotes. VERY DISAPPOINTED! !!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Worthless people ever my truck started to run bad out of no wear and was low on oil luckily so I thought jiffy lube was 50 ft away so I asked if I could buy some oil to get my truck started to come over for help so the stupid people told me they don’t sell oil so I had to walk to autozone to buy oil a mile away never will do business with this company again shame on you for being a oil change and etc. and could not even sell me oil to get my truck off the road and help I needed sad place to call a business
