Juan Gonzalez, the store manager is an upstanding man! I came in before closing with a flat. He could have charged me $34. Instead, he pointed out that the STEM CAPS on my tires were defective! I got them at Auto Zone. They are the visual reference kind that turn red when your tire is low. He replaced them and checked my tires..free of charge. I am GRATEFUL. He will get my business even if I have to drive 50 miles to reach him! He earned my trust and business!

You know when you have your horse trailer packed to the gills? Heading out of town with a great friend and great horses? And maybe you over packed for your trip? Well, it happened to us. We had a blowout on the freeway in Azusa on a Sunday morning .. lucky for us Just Tires just happened to have trailer tires ... and manager Juan Gonzalez made sure we were in and out of there ... Axel worked to get us back on the road. They also offered us cold water to drink AND water for the horses. What could have been a no good, very bad day (I forget which children’s book that’s from) was just a delay. Back on the road!

This just tires location on Azusa is it super customer service oriented. Diego andHEN ID were extremely kind to me and remembered me from one month ago when I brought my moms car in. And they even gave me a great price on new rotors and new brakes. You will not go wrong going to this location. Everybody works together as a team.

Went in for maintenance service. Waited for service to be completed firstly to be told my car was just going in. However the service was already completed but no one informed me. Secondly after driving off, i noticed the washer fluid was not filled. I returned to let them know and was informed that topping off washer fluid was not part of service maintenance. Thirdly, they did not have any washer fluid at the facility. WOW!!! Is this what is called full service. Fourthly, I was then advised I could purchase my own and fill it myself. I am disabled with physical limitations. Gee thanks. Will not be using this service again ever.

While the service is nice, I came in with one car they were working on. In comes another car after I’m waiting 10 minutes. They go ahead and serve that car ahead of mine. I just came for an oil change and I was then told it was an HOUR AND A HALF WAIT FOR AN OIL CHANGE while it was EMPTY and I was FIRST. I think it’s ridiculous having to spend 2 and a half hours here for an oil change will be looking somewhere else from here on out.

Anthony took care of me when I came in with my rv I just purchased. He was so helpful and helped me understand a few things and did what I needed really fast and knew what he was talking about. Will be back here for every thing I need with my rv and car. Thank you Anthony!!!

First of Henid was very professional and kind at the front the Technicion Brandon answered all my questions and the Manager Juan was really down to earth I have bought tires done oil changes and break jobs at this location always left satisfied so grateful for this Just Tires location Highly recomend them.

Went in for an alignment because I was getting expensive tires 2 months later witch involved a trip to reno and a 4 mile roundtrip journey to work my expensive tires were trash

Went to this location on Sunday and I was surprised that all the staff members were very energetic and people friendly. I came for two tires but at the end I ended up buying all four tires since with the purchase of four I was able to get a rebate of $160. I was in and out within an hour and 20 minutes. Thumbs up to this location and team.

I always get my tires from them. Their prices are competitive and you just need to be patient with waiting for your turn. Small location but great service and honest services.

Yes! they are honest, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and take care of you and your car in every way. daniel was great and put us at ease, after having a very bad experience at valley/hacienda location. he really went the extra mile and took care of us. and when our tires arrived the next day, rick (mgr) took really good care of us too. not to mention the guys in the shop...they did great work and were fast, careful and clean. thank you to you all!!! Got a regular oil change for under $35.

The air pressure signal came out on my civic. I was worried I had a flat since they have been fixing the roof in my complex.(thought I had a slow leak from a nail) To my relief it was the tire pressure was way too low, they tested all tires no leak, put air on them and AT NO CHARGE said if the signal came on AGAIN they can recheck the tires.

Just tires the place where you can get an oil change tires wheel alignment and more. Excellent customer service, thank you guys at just tires.

Get here today front desk guy manager was just trying to flirt with this chick waited 5 mins didnt want to interrupt. Went to the restroom came back still doesnt acknowledge my presence. I ask if anyone else could attend me he says oh I can help you . Ask for a tire rotation and alignment only get the alignment. I wouldnt have minded on the rotation if the service was quick but 2 hours of waiting and slow service and it still wasnt done correctly.

Terrible customer service. The guys were rude and were not helpful at all. After getting an oil change, they said they couldnt tell me when to come back for my next oil change and after I asked how many miles they serviced me for, said to check my Manuel.

Made an appointment to have my oil changed, as they didnt have the right oil filter to do the job.Showed up on time to my appointment, which i left work early for. They lost my appointment. They then told me that it would be a two hour wait because we have appointments todayI told the guy check to see if you have the right oil filter... to which the guy responded oh ya, we have it30 minutes later of talk and paperwork we cant do it today. We dont have your oil filter. We can schedule an appointment, tho...No thanks, i tried that already
