Not enough staff, I see a difference in treatment, the blind long hair lady in front rude, but the people in pharmacy (Jenny) very nice and polite, the place has everything expected in a pharmacy but the location is bad due traffic, hard to enter and exit the place

This store does not communicate to you when your photos are ready to be picked up, especially for disposable camera photo orders. Never received notification that photos were ready to be picked up. Photos were thrown out and no way of getting reprinted.

Y’all normally pretty good, but to the woman working yesterday at 1135 who told me my medicine would be ready today, who I asked if she was sure it would be ready today multiple times, don’t tell me that it will be ready today and not have it ready for me today. Now I get to do an extra 2 hours of driving tomorrow. Don’t appreciate it after being reassured multiple times that it would be ready today. Why I kept asking if you were sure.But yeah, for the years I been going here it’s mostly good service, so y’all get an honest 4/5 stars.

We called about a prescription pick up and the woman working was extremely rude and seemed too lazy to do her job. Our doc said she called and put in an order for a few refills. However, the woman working said she did not and was short with us, unpleasant, and we are going to switch pharmacies so we do not have to deal with her again.

We recently moved to the area. We called the pharmacy and explained that we needed to transfer our scripts. There was no problem. We have never had to wait when picking up our refills.

First of all, easy parking. Second, upon walking in the doors, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I was grateful because I had a list of items I needed. It was like my own personal shopper. Third, at check-out I was offered a CVS card and explained the benefits of my new card. It was much appreciated.

They dont have enough staff there to properly help customers. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes and no one answered. I drove to the store with my call still on hold and waited in line. No one picked the phone up. I showed it to the tech and she said we are so busy we cant answer the phone.

Please staff this pharmacy better. EVERY time we have a prescription, no matter how much time we allow for it to fill, needs to be expedited when we go to pick up because it’s not ready. Our experience is not unique, I have heard the phrase, “I’m sorry, it’s not ready, we’ll put in an expedite for it,” at least 6 other times tonight, plus the two times it was directed at me. Our prescription was supposed to be done at 5, went to pick it up at 5:30, it’s now nearly 7 and it’s finally done. Meanwhile I have a miserable kid at home and I’m not happy. The staff has been very friendly and are clearly trying their best, but this is ridiculous.

Would give a 0 if I could. Terrible Pharmacy. Takes days to fill a prescription sent by doctor. Excuse is they are backed up. Called 2 times tech says nothing received. Then find out pharmacist received in the morning but at 4pm still not entered into the system for tech to see. Told maybe tomorrow it MIGHT be ready .Wouldnt use them if my insurance didnt require me to use CVS. :( unbelievable...update- ready well after 5pm, picked up and ALL WRONG. wrong dosage and incorrect times per day. Friday and now no way to reach doctor so no meds for the entire weekend! This is not the first time this location has messed up prescriptions. Ridiculous and Unacceptable

Sarah goes above and beyond for the customers. We had bad experiences with other pharmacy personnel at this location - in the past. All recent experiences have been excellent. Sarah has helped us with pricing of medication, changing pickup days and more. We really appreciate her!

After being a customer of this CVS for over 15 years I finally had enough. Forget trying to call and check on a script. I spent 30 minutes on hold only to be put back on hold. I was called and told script was ready when it wasnt. I waited in line four different times after these calls and then told they werent ready. I called the CVS customer service line to give my feedback only to be put on hold again until I hung up again after 30 minutes.

Ive been here a few times and they were wonderful maneuvering through printing off pictures. Also did some other shopping and they were very helpful. Area can be very congested but if you are turning right, staying in the far right lane, you are good!

I just waited 30 minutes in drive through. The lady in front of me took 15 minutes. Then waited another 10 minutes for them to come to the window for me. WHY??? I am told to go around or come back if my RX is not ready or my doctor did not phone it in yet. I was told that they were short handed. They need to pay people a decent salary to work there.

Im done doing business with CVS. The pharmacy in the Avon CVS is horrendous. I was told my prescription would be ready at 12:30 and when I got there at 2pm to pick it up it wasnt ready. The girl working the drive thru window told me to circle around and they would expedite it. I shouldnt have to circle around and wait in line again! It should have been done when they orginally said it would be. I came back almost 2 hours after they said it would be ready! This is ridiculous.

They are always rude and slow. they have made me drive around and get back in line even though I called ahead & they said it would be ready. it wasn’t ready because they messed something up and I had to wait 45 mins in line with four kids in the car after I drove around to get back in line. one time I called at noon for a refill for my baby and they never answered the phone. I drove there and asked for the refill in person and they were so behind that they said it wouldn’t be available until the following day. this was at noon. I had to drive to Lakewood to get my refill for my baby. it is always a horrible experience.

After today we are done doing Business. My prescriptions were called in over an hour when I came in to get them. Yes, I wasn’t happy I have two sick young children and myself who have been running around doctors for 3 hours. Girl at the Cash register in the pharmacy just gave me straight attitude and told me they can transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy! How Dare you! Then all of the people behind the pharmacy counter were snickering and rolling their eyes and looking at me like I was evil. Very unprofessional I’ve been going there for over five years and every time I go I say this is my last time, this is my last time. Today was my last. Day enjoy your one star pharmacy you clowns.

If it was possible to post a review with less than one star, I ABSOLUTELY would for this store/pharmacy. This is the most AWFUL, RUDE, DISORGANIZED pharmacy I have EVER seen. It doesnt matter when you go here, all times of the day and any day of the week, they ALWAYS take FOREVER to do anything with scripts, the put things on hold that should not be, never have enough of a medication in stock. If your doc calls in a script for you, take it elsewhere to get filled if you need it right away.... if you dont youll be waiting anywhere between 24-72 hours for it, no joke. I know that sounds ridiculous, but its absolutely true - with this pharmacy, it does take THAT long and is THAT bad.I really wish district leadership or someone in the higher ranks would do something about this store.

Im always told my prescription is not ready after they have called me setting the date for pickup. When I arrive at the drive through; I have to move and wait 30 minutes. I have watched other drivers who sat and waited for their prescriptions. They lied to my husband and said the prescription were not there after I spoke with my PA around 2pm. I called back to the hospital and spoke with the doctor on call around 4pm and he checked and the prescription was sent. I called the hospital again today this morning and the nurse stated yes the prescription was sent yesterday and its there. If you call the pharmacy; you cant even speak with a person you are left on their automated line. After 52 minutes on hold; I hung up! I will no longer use this CVS for my prescriptions!!!

Awful costumer service. This store has repeatedly messed up a maintenance prescription causing us hours worth of phone calls to get the prescription figured out. When working with them, they are rude, and pretty much tell you tough luck. The regional manager needs to get this store in line!

If you need a prescription go somewhere else. I was told 1.5 hrs to fill 2 prescriptions and then when I returned I was told another 15 minutes cause the pharmacist stepped out. I then returned 20 minutes later and was told that I needed to wait another 15 minutes. I will not be a returning customer and I encourage others not to waste your time.

Went to pick up my medication yesterday. The girl would not open the window because she was cold. She was in short sleeves and not prepared for her job. She hardly opened the window to take my cash and give me the clipboard to sign. When she gave me my change she threw it in my hand and most of it ended up on the ground. She looked at me through her window, shrugged her shoulders and mouth sorry. I will be changing pharmacies!!!!!! Not the first time I have had issues. Staff seems more interested in chit chatting than assisting costumers.

Just tried to buy about $50 worth of over the counter allergy medicines and stood at the cash register for over a minute while the cashier stood about 10 feet away engaged in a personal discussion with another customer despite the fact that I was waiting. I walked out and dont plan to return even though the store is down the street from me.

Not happy with this pharmacy AT ALL! I was met with rudeness upon picking up my childs prescription. This is not my usual pharmacy, I was sent here because my pharmacist was out of the medication we needed. The gal verbally badmouthed my pharmacy right in front of me because they did not see the order before I arrived. Im not into airing your greivences about another place of business in front of customers as I just dont feel its professional. Come to find out, I was not given the correct amount of antibiotic for my child and eneded up with three complete doses less than we needed. When the problem was brought up in an attempt to rectify, I was told there was nothing that they could do unless I get another script which was $95! They claimed I was given enough...3 whole doses less is not even close.
