My husband, who is currently deployed, ordered me a custom set of 18th century jumps because I volunteer at a local historic site as a historic interpreter. He was thinking that it would be more comfortable than traditional stays and we had the design approved by the historic clothing interpreter before he ordered, who also provided my measurements to ensure they would fit correctly. They were intended to be a Mothers Day gift so he placed the order on April 28. They did not arrive until mid July (there is no timeline on their website or he would have ordered them earlier). By the time they arrived, I had been concussed and unable to volunteer as frequently so I was unable to try them on correctly. Recently, I was able to and the boning immediately popped out the top. This is something that shouldnt happen for at least a year of regular wear and tear. I had to wait to hear from my husband to get the order information when I reached out since he is in a very different time zone and conversations are limited. Once I did, I reached out about the boning coming out the top and the jumps themselves being too long (despite having correct measurements). The email I received from Sherie Selander informed that because the two week window had passed since I received them, there was nothing she was willing to do to repair a defective product. I have filed a report with the BBB and I highly recommend NOT ordering from this company since they have no desire to stand by their products even in a situation where we clearly spent over $200 for a product that took almost 3 months to arrive and cant be used without paying someone to repair it.
