I had a bad experience with my online order, poor management. After waiting for them to full fill my order they didnt find 1 of my items so I was waiting for an even exchange but no, They wanted me to buy another item at the register which had a long line. I dont know if they need training and experience on the online orders because usually at the store they are great.But can bath and bodys get a easier and better service for online sales ?

It always have different items when I go in. The girls were up in front of the store ready to help and let you know there are new items.

Stopped in to purchase some things since there was a 20%coupon. I like that you can use coupons on sale items. The women working today at 2pm was awesome! She was very nice, didnt pressure, and was fast at checkout. Ill make it a point to stop at this location. The store was very organized and clean.

I did an online order, went to pick it up. i gave them my name four times and displayed the email x 3. there were plenty of people working but it seemed disorganized. It took a few minutes.

Semi annual sale is no joke! Amazing deals..They employees there are very helpful without being pushy and it looks and smells amazing. You can spend at least a half hour looking for something and find even more...I love this store!😍

So many great scents to choose from. There is something for everyone. Their 3 wick candles smell wonderful and they also sell cute, decorative holders for them. They have good sales and I like the mailer that I receive with several coupons. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice location. For being a smaller storefront it still felt like all the merchandise was available. Watermelon lemonade is my favorite candle and they work so well. Long lasting fragrance too. I love the way I smell when I leave. Staff was very friendly as well.

Great products, although a bit pricey without coupons. Very helpful staff. Around the holidays its easy to overspend as they have some unique gifts. Once you use them, youre hooked...you dont want to be without them.

Plan your visits around annual sales, if possible! Buy candles during candle sales, soap when they are on sale. This gives you the best value and sign up for the app!

The ladies here were so nice and helpful! I was able to shop without being overly approached and they were just very nice and I felt very comfortable shopping:)

I hate to say this, but I will no longer be shopping at this location. The unfriendly and rude associates there arent worth the time & money to spend. ALSO, being racially profiled makes it even worse. There are PLENTY of other locations that I can go to where I will be treated with respect

When I first walked in there was 4 workers standing by the door not one of them even greeted me . Checked out with a girl named hanan was rude didn’t greet me then had an attitude when I asked a about a promotional item. Will not be returning to this location I’ll just drive to North Olmsted or Elyria mall.

I love this place! I visited during their semi annual sale. Associate are friendly and helpful and not pushy. The store is organized and their soaps, lotions, oils are of good quality.

Im a B&BW junkie, and I hate being bothered while shopping, so I will ignore the associates at this location for the review because I avoid them in the store 😂 (I get that its their job, and I am polite when I tell them not to bother me.). This location always has a good selection of what Im looking for and doesnt seem to run low on stock.
