A bit pricey for the portion, however I love that its one flat price and they dont price by weight. Also the toppings are included in the price. The yogurt is awesome and very refreshing. Powerberry flavor is my fave! Wish they offered whipped cream as a topping.

This yogurt ice creams are the best ever! The variety of toppings is broad and are delicious. I dont give this place a 5 start review because the area to enjoy your ice creams is very limited, just a very few tables with two chairs inside and outside is the same.

I love the service staff. They were wonderful. Also the fresh fruit toppings were the absolute best. The frozen yogurt was phenomenal with great flavor options and splendid taste. I would recommend everyone try the frozen yogurt....

Not only horrible service but they ran out of small cups and they would only charge you for the medium cup even though it was their fault. Some toppings are a $1 extra and the amount they give you it’s ridiculous! I would Definitely recommend the frozen yogurt and the Aventura mall or in Gulf Stream 100 times more better service more quality

The Staff was very friendly to my small group (6 of us) of friends and offered us many samples prior to selecting our final choice. Super clean too. Definitely coming back with other friends for their yummy coconut flavored desserts.

Nice place... Great yogurt and topping selection. Eating outside is so relaxing in the patio. My only complaint is they dont have pomegranate anymore and that is THE BEST flavor 😢 Please bring it back... I cant enjoy frozen yogurt without it...

One of the worst experiences. Terrible customer service. Store was dirty. Watched staff put yogurt back into machine after dispensing. This is unacceptable. Yogurt and coconut milk does not taste good at all. Its a shame business will not do well with so many great options like ChillN2. Do not waste your time!

We had bubble tea for the 1st time and loved it!

It was tasty but super expensive. I didnt enjoy it because it only allowed 3 topping and on top of that most toppings were $1 for a little spoon full. I got the medium size one and it was $9 + tax. The pink berry I went to used to be very cheap and packed with people. Now after the prise has risen. There are no one. You guys should make the stuff more cheap. My dad was going to buy a pink berry store, but now even he is having doubts.

We literally walked out of the line when we saw the cashier place an unwanted ice cream by a customer BACK into the machine. The owners should also be aware of the racist music being played in the background while families sit around eating ice cream. For shame.

The worst experience ever!! The yogurt is amazing but we were treated so bad.I was coming there very often and was very happy with the service. But I dont know who hired this person, she treated us like animals. This girl looks like she got out of the jail. She was acting like she is on drugs,she had an attitude from the first step we walked in. Then she served me a wrong yogurt and after I asked her if she ok, she went nuts and told me and my husband to get out of the store.Horrible!!!

Great yogurt but service is horrible if you come after 9:45pm, they poured bleach all over the place that you cant stand the smell. Very few option of fruits and the employees attitude was unpleasant. This has happened the last 3 times I have come here. I wish they would have better supervision there.

I suggest this place if you are really craving pink berry. The yogurt is great but the service is horrible. I understand to preclose whenever you can, but at 10:30 they are already saying whatever they need to say for you to leave. Just dont schedule schedule yourself to close then.

The original modern froyo place. The yogurt is actually really good on its own and the toppings dont look like they got stepped on by someone like at other places.Cons - it is pricey and the last two times Ive come to this location the A/C seems to be broken so its not very pleasant to sit at the shop. Customer service is also meh.

The original flavor tastes like expired milk with a bunch of sugar on top, it’s disgusting and the smell is like bleach. The staff took a long time to answer the counter. I’m done with this place.

Today is Sunday the 15th 12 noon. The girl that’s here working is clearly not happy to be here. Not her fault, obviously managemt is poor.The entire place is messy with with papers and small pieces of trash all over the floor. For the price youre charging for frozen yogurt you should do a better job hiring and keeping the place neat. Disappointed

I have been going to pinkberry for half my life and not once have I been disappointed, there froyo and toppings make it very unique. Overall, this is one of the best froyo places.
