Staff was Pleasant and Friendly. They were helpful and nice. The Manager was really helpful. I really like when I see manager roll up the sleeve and work with the workers. The Cashier was good as well. Thank You for very good customer service.

My review is of the pharmacy, in regards to my experience with the pharmacist, Jessica. I came for my seasonal flu shot by appointment. It took them over 20 minute to administer my vaccine. When I asked for a paper copy for my employment records, she said you can find it online. I told her I would like a paper copy. She gave me a very poor copy, barely legible. I ask for a more clear copy & she then ramped up her nasty attitude. My opinion is she should not be working with the public with a poor attitude like hers. She clearly does not like her job working with the public & that is unfortunately put upon her poor customers. I will continue to shop at this Publix because it is close to home, but I will definitely NEVER use this pharmacy again.

Great Cuban food and restaurant. I had Vaca frita de pollo. Chicken in strips fried, yellow rice and plantains.

Bakery is very accomodating! Found a favorite called “Chocolate Overload”and told me when to order it (October). When we came to order it, the head bakercame up to us to say she had it IN THE CASE for us! She remembered us andCARED ! She made our week as it’s our 94 year-young uncle’s favorite! ( one birthday surprise for his Nov. birthday!

Its a Customer Service nightmare every time I go to this location. Management needs to do a better job training the people that work here. The deli and sub section is THE WORST! How do you run out of bread?

The store is very clean and with a friendly staff I go around 10 to get a sub. The ladies at the deli are always kind and professional The sub that I ordered is done perfectly and it looks delicious.

Nothing special. Just the regular food store. The only convience is thaz it is situated oposite the Aventurah Malls main Entrance.

There are two Publix shopping centers that are convenient to any of the North Miami Beach locations mind you at the same time there are Publix locations right on Collins but if you are staying in the Aventura area you have one at the Aventura Mall area and you also have a Publix as well at the lowmans plaza Romans fashion plaza this Publix here in Aventura located in the same area of the Aventura Mall is very new very modern with a convenient parking lot on the second floor you can walk in to the elevators or walk by the stairwell up to the shopping area very clean again very new very modern very friendly and helpful and again within a mile or less to the oceanfront

Well unfortunately, I drive for Uber and what I did was pick up someone. This Publix is just like the one I previously mentioned and it is awesome.

I went to this Publix to pick up my mother’s prescription. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The staff, especially the pharmacist Jessica, need help. They need help with more staff, but especially a lesson in customer service. You can feel their unhappiness. I hope Publix helps them get their act together.

Huge range of products, but also huge prices, any way a good place to buy groceries

I stop by frequently to go to the small cafe to get a nice cup of tea or coffee and to get a fresh empanada. The cashier at the cafe is great!

Its great place,there are many products for diferents countrys Brazil,Colombia,Spain,italy,Israel.The prices are normal.Has a good parking lot, and the employees are very friendly.

Always clean, well lighted, and friendy staff. I love the covered parking below the store. Elevator to the second floor to get to the store is a breeze. Though not as large as the store on Hallandale Avenue, this store is has most everything I need. For the Aventura area, its easy to get there, get in, and get out. The mall traffic doesnt impact the Publix traffic.

This was probably the best Publix I been to so far,, it was not crowded and they had items in here I couldn’t find anywhere else, like viennetta ice cream, I was shocked when I seen this in the freezer section.. I remember this ice cream as a child, it was my fav.. they also had fresh fruit that actually tasted good.. I appreciate this Publix would be shopping here again but as you know Publix is very expensive so make sure you cut out your coupons before you go LOL

Beautiful Publix nice and clean. I went on a Sunday morning at 7am. The place was empty. You have to take the stairs or the elevator to start shopping. I could see this being a problem on busy days . I ordered a cortadito in the cafe and it wasn’t made well. That’s the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars.

I ordered a wedding cake from this Publix, I live in Miami Shores but they told me they didn’t do Fondant so They directed me to Publix at Aventura, I met with the designer, I explained to her I was coming from Miami Shores and that my Publix didn’t do Fondant cakes, I specifically requested a Fondant cake . To my surprises the bride picked up the cake land brought home that is I realized itwas a buttercream cake. It is true they didn’t write fondant in the order and I didn’t check the order I trusted the designer. Today I called back and she said I had never mentioned Fondant. And that the didn’t have any. Fondant.Very deceiving people, they should have told me they didn’t have it. I would have gone to a cake store. I ended up paying 189.00 for a buttercream cake. Terrible experience.
