My dad works here. They have very good benefits just like Samsung but the downside is that they lay off a lot of people. Im surprised that this place never spun off like Motorola and AMD did or get bought out or otherwise they would have started cutting away benefits and bonuses just like other companies do after getting bought out by a different company. I did hear most of the people that got laid off from here all went over to Samsung while people who are laid off from Motorola and AMD come over here.
