I’ve been shopping here ever since I first went to college at Riverland! I never leave this place empty handed! Owner is awesome and she takes great pride in keeping the store well stocked with clothes, antiques and wonderful gift shop items. I love that each month there are certain colored tags that are half off so if there’s something I want but do me want to pay full price for it I just come back the next month and see if it’s there. Usually it is so then I get it do Rn half off. The clearance rack is nice too. You can get name brand clothing For $1!! Coats right now are $5 on that rack. Overall the store is well priced and very organized. I will continue to support this local business

This is a very cute, seasonably appropriate shop. I often find great clothes for myself at a reasonable cost. I havent personally shopped for home decor, jewelry, or miscellaneous items though I can confidently tell you that there is a lot of quality merchandise and when I have more time, I will look more closely. It smells very fresh and clean in Twice Is Nice which is sometimes a challenge in consignment stores. The proprietor is friendly to everyone.

The lady there refused to take anything we had brought in, calling it out of style and season. Most of everything we had was less than a year old and there was nothing wrong with anything we had, even being name brand. We had also waited several long minutes waiting at the counter before she came to help us, and was overall rude to us. Weve done our consignments there before and every time has been so much better, and while it has been a while I dont like how she had handled it. Very poor customer service, and even then most of what was at the store was items that were even older than what she had said was out of style. I am just wanting at this point, but if thats the people who are trusted with the store, then Id rather not go back and go someplace else that actually did take our good, newer clothes.

This has always been a great place to go for thrifting clothes and getting antiques as well! Ive found a lot of great items hear for clothing that were brand new or like new and at such a great deal. They have half off certain colored tags as well each week which give you further discounts. Its always fun to look through the antiques because they have some hidden gems!

The most unique shop Ive ever been to. Right when I walked in I knew that I would fall in love with this beautiful retail store. It has a large selection of merchandise because they have three floors so if your looking for a specific item they will most likely have it. The staff carefully look through the clothes and they only take name brand clothing in which means they will always have an outfit for you to wear. This is a shoppers paradise!

Twice as Nice LOST THREE bags of high end clothes. DONT bring your clothes to Twice as Nice because they have horrible customer service & can not be trusted. I have been a loyal customer to Twice as Nice for as long as I can remember. On 1/11/17 I brought 5 bags of clothes to Twice is Nice and they kept 3. A month ago I called and asked what I had on my account and they said I had $9. Today I went in to pick up the money thats had accumulated and they told me that I havent brought anything in for a year. I told them that they kept three bags 3 months ago and they said that I was wrong because they dont have it in their system. I asked for her to double check but she wouldnt. Then kept denying that I came in at all and said they have never had a problem before. After about 15 mins of saying that I was wrong, & denying that they received anything she finally took down my name and number and said they would call me if they find anything. Twice as Nice needs to make their system more fool proof, treat their loyal customers better, and fix this situation.

Gift shop is very cute with great products and competitive prices. The consignment part is really well managed with prices being a little high for a consignment, but they are choosy on what they take in, so you dont have to sort through a bunch of junk. Lots of name brands items like Hollister, Silver, and American Eagle. Plus they have certain colored tags on sale at times that make for really good prices.

Cute shop but prices are very high for used clothing. Nonetheless, I purchased several bags of items,$200 worth. The sales clerk handed the bags to me,a $30 Vase was in the mix, the vase was poorly packaged and the bag ripped, the vase broke. The owner refused to take it back. Not impressed with the service. Will never go back!

The shop has clothing and accessories, but also costume jewelry, cds and items for the home. It feels like a gift shop. Everything is in good condition. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are antique dealers in the basement level.
