Specialty drinks here are better than their regular coffee. I can typically have espresso without adding anything to it, but I’m not a fan of it here. Mint julep was pretty good, but I wish there was a smaller size. This is too much product. Price point is high as well.

The strawberry lemon freeze was a delicious treat to enjoy after wandering around Austin on a hot afternoon, and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t normally enjoy sweets. The shop is adorable, clean, and has great ambiance. The employees are very kind, and it seems like the place has a very positive energy to it. I will most definitely be returning next time I’m in Austin.

Awesome cold brew! Had the Red Moon and it’s super smooth! Staff was super friendly. Just a quick walk from the capital building too. Good stop on the way to tour around.

Road tripping back home and wanted a nice sweet tea for the ride back. Came across this place on Google and it did NOT disappoint. Got a large Thai tea which had a much richer tea flavor that most Thai tea I get. Got a growler for home when I want some more sweet tea. And my husband got a dirty cold brew with mint. The service was amazing with recommendations and gave usdog treats to go too.

We had a cold brew coffee, a latte, and the mini French donuts. Everything was tasty and fresh. The owners and staff were super friendly. I hope to visit again (and you should too)!

Great coffee selection and great location. Nice vibe with friendly baristas. I wish the tables were a bit larger. They only have one large table. All other tables are barely large enough for two people working on a laptop.We spent 2-3 hours in the afternoon and it was not busy.Parking in on the side in one of the six designated spots but it does say its a 1hr limit.

Glad I found this awesome new place! Great service - the staff is genuinely nice. And they make great coffee! I also love their small bottles of cold brew ready for you to grab on the go. Theyre all so very accommodating with special requests. And this place has been spotless every time Ive walked in.

Chai and Matchas are ON POINT same with the food. I can’t wait to go in and meet the team I just came across sweet water on door dash and have ordered every day since!! I’m not sure on spelling but maryem and Jonathan helped me today and they made an excellent drink (match ice dragon sooooo good) and were super friendly, can’t wait to come back!!

As a fan of ice coffee didnt like they do not serve it, but the blended ice dragon drinks are just as good. also got a biscuit sandwich and a brownie. would prefer a meat on the sandwich, but overall they where good

Coffee and pastries were delicious, but the staff is why I’ll be back next time we are in town. They were very friendly and accommodating and even had treats and puppy lattes for the fur babies.

Absolutely amazing! Service was friendly and drinks were delicious. We walked but they mentioned they had parking spaces around back. I got the double pumpkin latte iced and it was so refreshing and the pumpkin flavor or the sweeting wasn’t overpowering. Also got the ham and cheese pretzel sandwich and it was the perfect amount for a little breakfast treat! If we lived in Austin, we would definitely be making Sweetwaters our regular coffee shop! Also met the owners and they were so kind and gave us plenty of useful information about their special place!

There are a ton of coffee spots in Austin, but this is certainly one worth supporting.The owners are incredibly nice and have wonderful customer service, always willing to go the extra mile for a new customer (extended my coupon that had expired a day before).The space is sleek and small, but they have enough space to maintain social distancing, and they offer outdoor seating thats insulated from the busy street. They also have complimentary parking behind the store.The real draw though is the breadth and quality of products they offer. There are about two dozen teas and around 10 different coffees to try, with rotating seasonal offerings. Their cold brew is also fantastic (super smooth).Tl;dr: Definitely swing by, its a great place with wonderful ownership and a high quality product.The

Great little coffee shop trying to make it in covid times. Ive had a few lattes, their winter blossom tea (a must try!) and of course a few breakfast sandwiches. All have been great!Also if you are looking for a great place to study inside or outside this is it! Charging plugs and wifi plus a nice shaded patio.Try to say hi to the owners they are so amazing and might offer a macaroon sample....yum!

Okay, I did a basic (5 stars, thumbs up) for them on UberEats yesterday. It wasnt enough. I had to come to Google and rave because Im CRAVING this coffee a day and a half later.I ordered the triple mocha, iced, no whip, with Abianno (premium espresso) and chocolate syrup. YALL. It is the BEST ICED MOCHA IVE EVER HAD. So, SO good!!I also ordered the bacon & egg croissant and it was good, but the size and amount of filling was disappointingly underwhelming.The coffee is too good not to have this be my new go-to, but Ill likely skip the croissant in the future.
