Great vibes and a chill place to grab a morning coffee! Lattes were excellent with the abuelita latte being my favorite. The chocolate, espresso, and sugar were well balanced. Parking is limited out front, but plenty of street parking around the back.Theres tons of room to spread out outside and inside as well.

Very cute & chill spot to grab a drink and enjoy the patio with features food trucks, hammock chairs, and stages for music. The fruity pebbles latte was yummy (matcha, lavender, & oat milk). Only complaint was that the two workers were not very pleasant or friendly… which makes a big difference. Seemed moody & dismissive.

I liked the vibe of the coffee shop, the art work in the parking lot, the pink wall and my favorite thing was the Buy One board. That was super awesome as far as paying it forward. Service was fine. I had the Mocha and it was okay. Nothing Id be running back for. For me it didnt have a great balance of coffee and chocolate. But their pumpkin bread was delicious. It was moist and rich in flavor.

Cute coffee shop but other than that not impressed I got two drinks and two conchas for $20 so not so bad but the concha was not good and the service is the worst. Not friendly doesn’t even let you know when your order is ready with the many people just standing around. I had to go up and ask for it. When we got there no one acknowledged us no one asked to take our order. Like I said it’s cute and all but I won’t be going back.

Rude baristas, kept gossiping while we were waiting in line. Did not warm up pastry when asked to because of their inadequate equipment. There was a box of concha bread lying around, did not look fresh. Pick up area was cluttered w stuff. And lattes tasted watered down.Did have good interior decoration tho.

Review №14

The base coffee seems tasty but unless you are buying a bag, not worth the time to babysit the baristas to get a normal drink. Both of our drinks were off. Common sense would say to hire people who actually understand coffee. Very cute place, clean, comfy, but thumbs down on the coffee. If you decide to try the coffee here, do not under any circumstances order the horchata iced coffee drink - its liquid sugar

Looked cool on IG, but in person the vibes here are kind of cold. Three young folks were behind the counter of a mostly empty shop, and all 3 were so busy texting on their smartphones that they couldnt bother to greet a customer nor thank him for his patronage. Weak.

Probably one of my favorite local coffee joints. Love the honey lavender latte and fruity pebble drinks. While the inside is very instagrammable, its not a place Id sit for long to get work done. Parking is a pain, but I cant really fault them for that. Thats just how it is in Austin. Other than that, try them out!

Review №24

Revival Coffee is so overrated. This place seriously lacks good customer service. The baristas were chatting amongst themselves and did not bother to stop their conversation to greet us. The cashier didnt greet us either and its such an awkward situation when were just standing at the counter and nobody says anything to us. And to top things off, our drinks were sitting at the bar for at least 5 minutes before I got up to go check if our order was ready. Id get it if they were slammed with customers that they couldnt tell us our order was ready, but it was literally so dead that the barista came around the bar to sit at her computer. So disappointing because this place gets so much hype. The coffee was good, but definitely not good enough to return.

Bad coffee. While it may give off Dayglow vibes, it’s just a trope/IG trap masquerading as a coffee shop. More meme than substance, they have tried to cram every trend into this place. They succeeded, but the result is awful unless you’re just looking to take some thirst traps for the gram next to the neon lights whilst surrounded by hungover basics struggling through their lavender lattes.

Made the mistake of coming here on Memorial Day weekend, wont be making that mistake again. The staff and service were great, but the clientelle strike me as anti-masking karens, chads, and cheugs who are here to inflict their terrible personalities on us for a tourist weekend. I feel bad because the people who enjoy the atmosphere Revival has created reflect badly on it. So if a quiet spot to work is what youre coming here for, Id say stay away.

I used to frequent Revival almost every day before Covid. I work from home, and it was my go-to coffee shop; peaceful, quiet, and a natural aesthetic with lots of plants and comfy seating. This is not the case anymore. I was super excited when I first heard that Gabrielas was saving my favorite coffee shop from going out of business, but now its just a shell of what once was. The newly painted pink exterior + renovated bubblegum interior feel cheap and like a trap for Instagrammers and influencers. They play music so loudly during the day that you cant concentrate on anything or even have a conversation at normal volume. The entire vibe of this place has changed, and its deeply upsetting; I could not be more disappointed with what this place has become.

I am a picky person when it comes to coffee. I rarely drink it due to my heightened sense of taste and smell. The burnt beans and acidic flavor can sometimes be overwhelming at certain places. This is one of the very few places where I love to go and actually get myself a cup of coffee. Their lavender latte is UH-MAY-ZING. I really liked it with the almond milk, too. It has this subtle scent of lavender and toasted marshmallow. The ambience is so cute and cozy, yet very artsy and trendy! Their service is really great and the location is great if you are in central Austin. If I had the money and lived closer, I would come here every day! The building is covered in art on the outside, too. There is not much parking available but many people walk or ride their bicycles here so I have never had trouble actually finding parking. I bring my sister here every time she is in town from Dallas along with all of my close friends who are coffee lovers. I wish they would open a location up north but until then I will make my drive down to this location every time I crave the lavender latte. Im thankful that such a delightful drink exists in Austin!! hehe

(April 12, 10:30ish)No greetingNo eye contactNo smilePoor demeanorAs I walked up to the window, there was no acknowledgment. No Hello or Ill be right with you.I learned quickly to just wait patiently until she looked at me. Even then, when she did, she didnt smile or say anything. I assumed she was ready for my order so I just said it. She turned around and walked away from me. Again, I assumed she heard me and was working on it. Thankfully, she was. I noticed she never asked for names, so when drink orders were ready, she just set them outside the window and moved on. We all just had to be watchful for them to come out.Its difficult as it is for us to get out and order anything these days. But wed like to still have some comfort in knowing that we can. Im very grateful that you are even open. But having encounters like that, does not make it worth it. There are so many businesses out there to choose from, which Im even more grateful for because I will not be coming back to this place. Its possible shes having a bad morning, or does not like the fact that shes having to work. Maybe even the stress of dealing with people is challenging for her. Whos really knows? But the way I see it, she should be grateful she has a job and we are contributing to her paycheck.

Let me start off by saying, I love this place! They make some of the best coffee I’ve ever had, and I love their made-in-house flavor syrups. With that being said, it’s a little pricey, though pretty comparable to other coffee shops in the area. It’s a hit or miss on how friendly the barista is, some are super engaging and some are very quiet and seem like they’re just waiting to go home. Part of what I love about going to coffee shops are the fun conversations I have with the baristas, an experience I don’t always get here. Nevertheless, I love this shop and it’s a very peaceful place to get work done while sipping on a tasty cup of coffee.
