This beyond cute coffee shop is a perfect stop for some drink and grub when staying at the Fairmont Hotel.I ordered the Chorizo taco, a Cappuccino and a Cara Mellow. Total was $17, not to bad compared to places like Starbucks.The items in the shop are pretty pricey but I wouldn’t recommend going there for those things specifically.The tacos were flavorful and the salsa they give you is AMAZING. Ask for two cups!!!I got an Iced Cara Mellow which has caramel and vanilla. I don’t know why that combination never occurred to me but lord, I need to get it more because it was flavor heaven in a cup.The staff was nice and helped me navigate the menu and give suggestions.I loved it here and can not wait to come back!!!

This place took great service to the next level! I shared w/ the barista, Effe, how much I loved their coffee!! When I got back to my room after my meeting there was a handwritten note attached to a gift (coffee and mug) thanking me for visiting & glad I enjoyed their locally roasted coffee!! Well done @goodthings

Great coffee!

First two vista were great. Last visit was below par. Staff forgot my order and I waited over 10 minutes for one coffee. Customers who came in well after I did were served, but I was put to the side. The cashier was very rude and acted like I was not a paying patron. Disappointing as the first two set of staff were fantastic. But today was really bad. Being I’m in the customer service industry I was highly disappointed.

Good coffee and their cupcake was amazing. Staff is also very courteous and helpful.

Very disappointing, the photos here in this advertisement do not correspond to the place. This is just a simple coffee shop inside the hotel. Your coffee is inside a plastic cup just like Starbucks. I hate this kind of container and when I came here oh surprise! . The same simple plastic cups

Overpriced coffee shop with mediocre food options. With so many other delicious coffee shops in the downtown Austin area, your money would be better spent elsewhere. Tried this place for the convenience of staying at The Fairmont and regretted our choice.

Very chi chi chocolate and spices shop in the lobby of the Fairmont. You can get pastries to go or to nosh on in the lobby.
