Really friendly staff here and very attentive to what you’re looking for! They were limited on sizing when I went in ( because of the snow store that just hit so you can’t really blame them). But they were able to order what I wanted online for 2 day shipping!

I love Patagonia. Their clothing is excellent, standards high, and branding on point. The in-store experience is even better - kind and welcoming associates, always willing to help with whatever you need, a wide selection, and great accessories that you wouldn’t usually look for online.While I didn’t end up buying a lot, it really helped me with sizing to get to try on in-store, and the pieces all felt great. If you haven’t been to a Patagonia store, or feel like it’s overpriced at places like REI, go here and you’ll understand and want more.

John helped my wife today as she had our 2 year old with her. My wife raved about how helpful he was the entire time and even tracked down the last jacket in her size in the country! We love Patagonia and Today Yvon would be proud of how John treated my wife. Go Patagonia. Go John.

I love this store/location! Every time I go the staff is super friendly and accommodating towards my needs! I do wish you didn’t have to pay to park but I guess that’s just the way things are in downtown Austin. Thanks Patagonia Austin for keeping geared up on the trail!

Super friendly staff and large selection seeing as the store is pretty large. If they dont have it in the store theyll order it for you online and suggested if I order something online and am not 100% satisfied, I can drop it off at the store

A great place for finding outdoor type recreational clothing. Staff has always been friendly and very helpful. Easily seen along Congress Avenue. Not certain on parking as I live downtown and can ride my bike there, but there is paid for parking all around the area.

Love the clothes at Patagonia. Good selection of what youd find in their online catalog. Only downside is parking. There is a lot near by but it fills up fast. After all its on Congress so I guess thats to be expected. If youre staying at any of the hotels near by its always nice to see what they have going on in the store and pleasantly surprised when they have sales going on.

I did not actually visit this location but had to call them because they had an item in stock that I was anxiously looking for. When I called, I provided the product info and they were able to confirm they had the item in stock. We processed payment over the phone and confirmed it would arrive by Monday. It was such a seamless experience and I cant thank them enough for their great customer service. Patagonia continues to be a leader in the industry when it comes to quality and customer service and I will never hesitate to spend the premium on their products.

Of course they will order stuff for you. Will also price match some things.

This organization is great, always trying their best to engage with the local environment. I wish this store had a better clearance area though, for those who cant shell out money for their normal gear.

Awesome brand! Love the store and they have all products from new seasons! Good customer service, definitely could be better, but considering how crowded it can get, it’s good for what it is.

My work partner has to come to this store every time we como to Austin. He loves their gear as he is a climber and treader.They gear is exceptionally well made of the finest and newest materials for those specific sports clients look for. They even have a program for recycling their wares in which you get credits for your next purchase. The also support causes for hard reach areas of the world and are totally eco-oriented. They should also cater for big sizes, though. Beautiful Store.

I’m from Calgary, Canada and in Texas for a short trip. Like I always do I’ll check out the local Patagonia store, being from the Western Canada my family takes advantage of the outdoors as much as possible. I have never been so impressed with the level of customer service I received from Jackie. She genuinely offered to de-wool my old Patagonia sweater, and help entertain my 1 year old Lucas. Her customer service that day is by far the most memorable moment I have ever had in a Patagonia store, and has made me an even bigger fan of the brand. Thank you Jackie.
