I had the most wonderful time trying on dresses at Unbridaled! From first contact, I felt supported and valued, and the staff was genuinely thrilled to help me find my dream dress. Kelley spent time getting to know me and my story, and helped me select a number of gowns to try. I was surprised by what I ended up loving! I left the store to sleep on it and came back to try again. On my second visit I found my dream dress, the one that just screamed YES, the experience I was craving! The ladies made me feel like a queen and brought out gorgeous accessories to try. It was a simply magical experience, and I am SO thankful for my time with the team! After trying on numerous gowns, I ultimately returned to Unbridaled to say yes to my original pick. Kelley was absolutely helpful, detail oriented, and a joy to work with!

I loved my experience at Unbridaled! I worked with the amazing Ali and ended up finding the perfect dress! The store has an amazing selection of dresses and designers, and Ali was great about pulling options in real time based on what I was gravitating towards. I had a couple other appointments planned after my first appointment at UB, but realized that I had already found my dress there, so Ali let my mom and I come in after hours to try it on again and say yes! I really appreciated her accommodating us, it made the experience all the more special!

Everything about my experience at Unbridaled has been incredible. Lucy helped me try on dresses the first time and I ended up choosing a dress she chose for me. She got my style and point of view and gave constructive and helpful feedback during the try-on process. I felt like she knew exactly what I was envisioning. I had a second appointment with another gal who was lovely as well and very patient even though I ended up going with a dress I had already fallen in love with. I havent received my dress yet but I have so much trust that it will be absolutely perfect. I feel so lucky that Unbridaled will be part of my special day.

Pretty dresses and nice staff, but dont come here if you wear a size 14 or over. They have almost nothing in stock you can really try on which becomes a pretty embarrassing experience. Would be great for smaller people though!

Absolutely biggest regret from my wedding was going to Unbridaled to get my dress. I went during a sample sale and was so rushed through the entire process, even though I had an hour long appointment. The sales lady reminded me multiple times how much time I had left starting at 30 minutes in. I felt like I did not matter at all, but also I felt so much pressure to buy the dress because she kept telling me that it was the last one, and on a great sale, so I did. When I got home I realized most of the lace on the back was hanging on by a thread. I tried to take it back but they said it was final sale and that there was nothing they could do. So I had to pay quite a bit for alterations to fix that. My alterations lady even asked if the dress had been worn previously, because it was in such bad shape. I had such a bad experience that I couldn’t help but associate that with the dress, so I ended up buying a dress from David’s Bridal that was half the price but yet much nicer quality and an amazing experience. I would say don’t go to Unbridaled for a sample sale of it was just the dress, but due to my experience I recommend you don’t go here at all.

WOW. WOW. WOW. These 3 words perfectly encapsulate how I feel about my experience shopping with Ali at Unbridaled Austin. My mom and sister flew in from out of town to shop with me, and I was feeling super nervous about finding the right dress/feeling good about myself in it. From the moment we walked through the door, I knew Ali and I were quite simpatico. Her effervescent personality immediately radiated as she greeted us warmly, and enthusiastically guided me through the shopping process. She was AMAZING about giving no-BS, honest opinions which was SUCH a relieving quality as we breezed through dresses. I had a gut feeling before I got there about what dress Id end up with, and she truly affirmed every feeling I had and helped make me feel 100% confident in my decision. Now, I have my dream dress that I get to marry the love of my life in, and it all couldnt have been more of a breeze. Thank you Ali!!!! I am not someone that enjoys shopping. I buy as much of my clothing as possible without trying it on and without actually ever being in the store. I had just finished two unsuccessful days of dress shopping. I didnt like the whole experience. I made a last minute appointment with Lisa at Unbridaled. I was a little overwhelmed at first when she asked me to go through the rack and pick out what I liked. I had no idea what I liked. After about two racks she started seeing patterns and helping me pick and I wasnt so overwhelmed. The first one I tried on was the first dress that made me feel like a bride in this whole process they were a little out of my budget but it was worth it. I ended up with 2 dresses I couldnt pick between. I texted my my bridesmaids slept on and woke up knowing I didnt feel pressured at all in the store. I felt like I was able to make my own decisions. It was a great experience. If only buying flannels could be so enjoyable!!

Unbridled was my first stop on the hunt for my wedding dress. I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process, but Lisa made me feel super comfortable and confident. She picked up on my style right away but also didn’t try to force any dresses that weren’t a good match. The prettiest boutique ever. I love that its such a cozy, inviting and not overwhelming boutique and it provides such an intimate time! They also have the best selections of dresses if you are looking for a modern, non-traditional wedding dresses. Amber was very helpful and she gives you honest opinions! We have her full attention and like shes part of your wedding party, I love her! I am very glad I found my wedding dress here. This boutique surely did not disappoint. I LOVED Unbridaled! Lucy was the absolute best - tried on tons of dresses, and she ended up recognizing my style and pulling a dress I hadnt initially picked out that ended up being the one! They also let me try on veils (after I changed my mind) the next day and ended up finding the one! I am from out of town, and they are making it super smooth to be able to get the dress to me in Utah once it arrives. I tried on probably 10+ dresses, and Kelsey was educating me on designer, fit, style, price as we went along, really working with ME, my shape, my taste, and my pricing comfort the entire time. I actually learned a lot. I fell in love with the second dress I tried on, and said yes to the dress, SO EASILY. Kelsey is the owner and knows her stuff. A global pandemic was not the most ideal time to be wedding dress shopping, but I am so happy I found Unbridaled! I quickly realized they were the best out of other places Id visited, then I had multiple appointments, and texted/emailed lots between visits with questions. I found my perfect dress thanks to their amazing selection of gowns, and helpful guidance with my finicky and fickle nature. Amber was positive, calm, and not the least bit judgmental during the process. She was very knowledgeable (which was impressive, as I researched quite a bit on gowns and designers ahead of my appts). She made it possible (and easy) to transfer sample gowns between sister Unbridaled stores to Austin, so that I could try on the exact styles I wanted if they didnt have the sample in-store. Never pushy or expecting you to commit to anything before being 100% ready. Just a very low-key enjoyable experience that felt right to me! The showroom is gorgeous and I cant wait to come back to get my gown!

Unbridaled has an amazing, curated selection of dresses and designers. I went twice to try on dresses and Amber was my girl! She was super supportive, laidback, and helpful in the decision-making process. I went alone, because COVID, and she was my whole support system! Ive been to other bridal shops that were pushy and pretentious and just not my vibe, so I appreciated the thoughtful experience and genuine care that is Unbridaled.

I’ve been looking for a dress for months now. Everywhere I had gone Had the same stuff and some places the staff didn’t know anything about their dresses. Then I found Unbridaled. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. If you go ask for Lisa. She was awesome. She really knows what she is doing. She picked a dress for me that I was unsure on and it wound up being my dress. I had the most amazing experience with Lucy! This was my first time trying on dresses and I knew for years I wanted to be a Rue De Seine bride. The staff were so warm and welcoming, but honest with their opinions all at the same time. I can’t recommend them enough.

This store is absolutely beautiful!!! They have a wide selection of dresses, a lot of which are difficult to find at other shops. They were able to squeeze me in within a week’s notice. Kelsey was AMAZING- so friendly & sweet and is absolutely great at her job. She pulled some of the dresses I had favorited as well as a variety of others so I could get a good idea of what I liked and what I didn’t. We tried on some amazing dresses but the second one I tried on ended up being it!!! I would highly highly recommend Unbridaled Austin to anyone, especially if they were able to work with Kelsey!

Hands down my favorite Bridal Boutique in Austin.The selection is insane, I know from a photographers standpoint they have the most trendy designers and dresses. Every time I shoot with one of their pieces its almost a guaranteed feature from a blog or magazine. They also carry some designers that are very specific to their store and are impossible to find at other stores in Austin.The team behind the shop is really what makes this place special though. Immediately when you enter you are greeted with smiles and relevant questions. They definitely get straight to the point and even on a busy day they will acknowledge that you are there even if they are busy.I recommend this shop to all of my brides, not just for the selection but also for the incredible experience.

I came to Unbridaled with a specific style in mind, but they clearly knew me better than I knew myself. They brought over a dress that I would’ve never tried on by myself, but it was THE dress. This was the first store I visited, but that was the only store I needed to go to. Every single dress I tried on was beautiful, and I would highly recommend to any bride-to-be out there.

I loved unbridaled. I went in once with my best friend and found a dress that was in my top 5 favorites. Went back again and didnt see the dress, almost went with a different one, but they were able to find the one I was looking for from my very vague description of it. It was meant to be, and they were super sweet in helping me figure out that it was the one even though it wasnt anything like I thought I wanted.

I had such an amazing experience with Unbridaled. I picked out my dress last June for my March 30th wedding and from start to finish the process was so wonderful. I made an appointment with some of my bridesmaids & mom to join me - we were allowed champagne and had a little seating area to ourselves. The girls helped me pick out dresses in my style and taught me different things we could do at the seamstress to make the dress exactly the way I wanted. Unbridaled had seamstress recommendations and let me store my dress for ~3 weeks after my final pick up until two days before my wedding. They steamed the dress for me & everything was perfect. I would highly recommend for any bride!

Unbridaled was absolutely amazing the second you walk in. Its so bright and beautiful when you walk and and everyone was friendly and made you feel so beautiful and excited :) Kelsey helped me find and try on dresses and she was seriously incredible! I showed her my pinterest board and she went and pulled the perfect dress right away (but made me wait and try it on 3rd 😝). She knows exactly what shes doing and is so cute and personable + I am STILL obsessed with my wedding gown (just got married this past July ❤️)

I had an appointment, I got there and was told to just look around a pick out dresses. I didn’t have any help finding dresses. The employee took no time getting to know me, my fiancé or my style. They were not sorted by price so I kept looking at ones well above my price range. I ended up not finding any I liked and it felt much more like shopping for normal clothes. Nothing about the experience was special, as it should be for your wedding. They did not have any boho styles I was looking for. The selection, customer service and prices were disappointing. Most I looked at were above $2000 and not my favorite. I definitely recommend going to blue bridal instead.

I thought I had found my dress at a different salon before I got here, but then I met THE dress. This shop has so many wonderful finds, unique designers, and they also have my new favorite person: my consultant Eileen! She was helpful, and relaxed, and so fun. She made the process as effortless on my part as possible. Ive already recommended this boutique to several friends who are also in the process of dress searching.

This place had a very few range of dresses. These dresses are super different and aren’t traditional AT all. This is for sure more of a vintage wedding dress style shop. There are zero modern dresses. Most of their dresses were strait down with lace. 90% of the dresses are covered in head to toe lace. The place was cute and had a lounge place for family to come and watch you try the dresses on. The girls that work there don’t seem very enthusiastic.

Unbridaled has a fantastic selection of dresses from a variety of designers. The shop is large, and I found about twelve dresses to try that were each unique and stunning – Id be shocked if you didnt find something you loved here. (Obviously, this is the not the cheapest bridal salon.) I was given a few tags to designate dresses I wanted to try and my consultant found a few too. Hannah was sweet and helpful; she helped me visualize how a dress might look shortened to knee-length and with modified necklines. The dressing rooms are large and the lighting is great, and there was plenty of space to move around in the dress. They didnt respond to my initial request to make an appointment, but when I followed up after visiting other bridal salons they promptly responded. There is easy parking in front of the shop. I really liked a few of the dresses I tried on here and had a difficult time narrowing down my options, but Hannah was there to save the day by talking me through what I loved and didnt love about each dress. I ultimately decided to have my dress custom-made, but I had a great experience here and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a fun, unique dress try Unbridaled.

This place was awesome! I called 15 min ahead on a Saturday and was able to get in for an appointment. The salesperson who helped me (Lindsey) was awesome and fun to work with and extremely helpful. She listened to what I liked and didnt like and pulled some absolutely beautiful dresses for me. The dresses were really reasonably priced, and the shop itself was so cute and awesome! They kept the dresses hanging on racks, but not in bags, so theyre easier to visualize and pick through than how most bridal shops keep them. Yes, it means they can get damaged easier, but thats why theyre samples! And instead of the salesperson just pulling dresses based on a couple of ideas, they let you look through and pull your own dresses to start with. Everybody in this boutique was so friendly and my overall experience here was absolutely wonderful. I did end up finding THE dress from another store, but I will absolutely recommend this to shop to any Texas brides I know in the future. Such an awesome experience! PS -- theres a really cool fabric store next door, so if you are doing any DIY projects for your wedding, be sure to check it out too!

I came here for a sample sale not knowing at all what I wanted and ended up leaving with a brand new Nicole Miller designer dress for $500 (originally $1500). Lindsey was so helpful and patient with me as I tried on a million dresses and she helped me narrow down which style I liked the best and what looked the best on me. I would definitely recommend this shop- I looked at their regular stock and they have a huge variety of gorgeous dresses, even for those on a budget (like me- worth checking out a sample sale!). I had a great experience!

I had a great time with Unbridaled. I worked with Lyndsey who was extremely sweet and helpful. They have a wide variety of prices and designers. They were able to take what I said I was looking for and find the perfect dress for me. They didnt leave me on my own to dig through all the dresses and were able to throw in suggestions. I cant wait to wear it in a few months!

I called to make an appointment and I very specifically asked if they catered to plus size women as I am a size 18. When I got there all they had to try on to see styles was sizes 6-10. My smallest bridesmaid who was there at a size 12 was feeling bad because she couldnt even fit into 90% of the dresses. I did not feel pretty I felt horrible and the young service lady was not much help. Its hard to have imagination when it doesnt even go over the shoulders well. I would understand if they did have a lot of plus sizes but they had NONE and I even asked before going.

Amber was great to work with! She was very responsive to emails and super helpful throughout the entire process. I had a very specific type of dress and price point in mind, and never felt pressured or judged. Visited many other bridal boutiques and cant say the same for all of my experiences. Highly recommend visiting this place on a weekday as Saturdays can be very busy and parking can get a bit difficult. Open late on Thursdays!

Unbridaled is a wonderful bridal shop! I purchased my wedding dress and veil from here. I made a lot of changes to the original dress and when it arrived everything was exactly how I had wanted it! The employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. They have a great selection of dresses and accessories.

Unbridaled is the only Austin store that carries the designer I am interested in. First connected with Unbridaled via email and received prompt, courteous response from Lindsey. Had several email exchanges with her then finally went in on a Thursday evening. Received superb and amazing service from Lindsey who was warm, professional and kind. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the store had a limited selection to try on in my size. Overall great experience!

I knew I wanted an offbeat, retro dress for my wedding, so I dragged my mom and sister to Unbridaled. The salesgirl was very patient and very friendly and didnt scoff when I said I wanted a pink dress. They had a really fun and unique selection and a wide range of prices.

This is the best shop! Lindsey was absolutely amazing...she helped me figure out what I was looking for exactly. I really cant say enough! I was dreading looking for a wedding dress but the staff there (especially lindsey) really inspired me!

Super friendly staff...everyone there was sweet and helpful. The boutique is small, but theyre selective with the dresses. More modern than a lot of the other boutiques in town. Theres a pretty good price range selection too, so even if youre looking for gowns in the $1k and less range, theyll have something.

No bride myself but have helped some friends pick out a dress. this place is the absolute best in austin. really great styles and selection - range of prices and cuts, etc. try and get krystin to help you - she is adorable, amazing, helpful, and honest!

This was the second stop on our wedding dress shopping day. I had just had a great time at Blue Bridal and when I stepped in here it was a different vibe. They have since moved to a larger space, but the small boutique space they used to be in was crammed. I was told to just look by myself and pull a few things. The selection is great for someone looking for different or unique dresses, but I wanted something more traditional. After i pulled maybe 3 dresses to try on my entourage had to squeeze into a little corner to wait for me to get into the dresses in a tiny curtained dressing room. The consultant didnt really help me in and out of the dresses, and what I tried on was not flattering at all. Had I not already tried on dresses in the previous store I probably would have felt really overwheled. Overall just an okay experience, but if youre looking for something unique then this is probably a place for you to go.

Both my daughter and daughter in law bought their dresses here. Great selection and staff is wonderful!

We purchased our daughters wedding dress as well as the bridesmaids dresses from Unbridaled and could not have been happier with the entire experience! The wedding dress was absolutely exquisite as were the bridemaids dresses. Eileen helped us and walked us through the entire process and was the perfect person for this. She was helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable on the dresses and effective in helping our daughter in attaining the chic bohemian look she wanted. The feel of the shop is friendly and accommodating without being pushy or pressuring you to buy or make a decision. Once the wedding dress decision was made, Eileen then assisted us with the bridemaids dresses. Our daughter chose a stunning vintage inspired Claire Pettibone Vanderbilt gown from their Fall 2016 Gilded Age Collection for her wedding gown and the bridemaids all wore floor length Jenny Yoo dresses made of soft Mayan blue tulle. We just could not have been more pleased with all of the dresses and accessories that we purchased from Unbridaled as well as the extraordinary service. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I currently live in Arlington Tx, and drove down to Austin to find my dress since didnt seem like I was having any luck where I live. I had 4 appointsments lined up on a Saturday, Unbridaled was the 1st store I went to, and found two dresses I fell in love with. I went ahead and kept an open mind and continue on with the other appointments, but failed to find other dress and felt like the other stores were too pushy or less then helpful. I ended going back to Unbridaled to try again the 2 dresses I loved, they let me take my time to decide. Just loved the girls there, and how they were sooo helpful and gave their opinions. They truly were there to help me find my dress and I did! Thank you!
