5 stars is not enough, wish I could give higher rating! The staff go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating! After my nightmare of a week dealing with another store to get my new boxspring only to find my frame was missing parts needed to extend from full to queen, they helped me out and made me wish I had thought of them soooo much sooner. Even calling 15 min before close and living too far away to get there in time they made sure I could still pick up my new frame same day! Will definitely be coming there first for any future needs!

Brick furniture is the only place I will ever buy any furniture, I had a bed that had a A factory defect they replaced it with no questions asked, came and got the old bed and replace it with the replacement bed, the people there are friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend brick furniture to anyone looking to buy good quality furniture,and very friendly service.

I live in Rochester and loved the Amish Store (before it went bonkers in the last year). I had a Smith Brothers couch and loveseat and wanted to get a matching chair. Brick Furniture is the closest store that sells Smith Brothers, so my husband and I headed over. They have a huge selection of high quality furniture . The prices are very fair, and the customer service is wonderful. I plan to be a lifelong customer.

I had a great experience and after searching for MONTHS found a great desk at Bricks. Steve and Dianne were great to work with. Im from Rochester, so theyre an hour a way, but it was still easy and completely worth it. Thank you guys!
