The first time my wife and I went into the Purple Mattress store in The Domain Mall we were greeting by Tyler & Lennie. Both amazing and friendly employees! For our first visit Tyler mainly helped us understand the benefits of the different mattress types. I explained my back issues and had a very nice conversation. For our second visit we were about 80% sure we wanted to get a purple mattress! Luckily Lennie was there to solve our remaining questions and problems. He wasn’t pushy at all but very warm and personable. After hearing his experience with his mattress and tested all the options available, we finally made our decision. Lennie made the buying process super smooth. I’m laying on the Hybrid Premier 3 mattress as I write this and it feels great! Thanks again to Tyler & Lennie for the excellent customer service!!

I had an amazing experience at this store. Both Tyler and Chris were great help, very supportive, and took the time to find the right mattress for me and my wife. They showed me around and gave options with great recommendations. I will comeback anytime I need new sheets, pillows, etc..

They know Thier stuff. Its interesting to compare and contrast between purple and Casper as they both have showrooms a few doors down from each other. The end result is just that purple is just a better product that has technology thats an actual revolution in the way we sleep.

Store location is nice and staff are great but I’m disappointed in the company because of their shipping process. I ordered my mattress with a very helpful staff member in the store and was told I would receive it in 1-2 weeks. It’s been almost a month now and I still haven’t received it nor any update. I call every few days but I never get a clear update. They keep telling I will get in a few days but they also tell me they don’t know wether or not the shipping company has even received the mattress. It’s very frustrating

Really disappointed with this company. We purchased our mattress in full and it never even shipped out to us. I called 2 weeks in trying to find out what was up and I was assured it would be arriving the following week. When it didn’t show up, I was told it was on back order but it would ship out in a couple days. I didn’t receive anymore updates and so days later I called again asking for a status update and then was told it was never on backorder, it was just placed incorrectly into the system and that they would have the warehouse (in Utah) ship it out that afternoon. This whole ordeal took place in a span of 3 weeks. I was given a delivery date and upon checking the shipping status on said delivery date, it STILL had not left Utah! So I called again asking what the issue is and they tried to blame FedEx saying they had no control over how long it takes FedEx to ship. I found this to be unacceptable since Purple had failed to have it shipped out in a reasonable time frame to begin with. Save yourself the hassle and go through Mattress Firm if you must have a Purple. You can purchase it from them at a lower price point AND if you are willing to take a trip up to Round Rock, pick it up yourself and sleep on it SAME DAY. Otherwise, there are tons of other boxed mattresses out there that are just as good, cost less, and don’t come with all the hassle.

My experience was very quick and helpful. We’ve used a sleep number for a long time but found purple to be much more comfortable. After working with Tony and Tyler, we found a good fit for the mattress and are very excited for our new mattress. Thank you for the beyond amazing help.

The best mattress I have ever laid on! You know every time you think of going to a mattress store you picture 100’s of mattresses that are either covered in plastic and have no pillows on them or look dirty. Purple is NOT like that, Austin location has a beautiful, clean, inviting showroom with only a few selections, fully made beds WITH pillows, but trust me that is ALL YOU WILL NEED! My personal favorite is the 3 but please go try it for yourself, and ask for Lauren cause she is the greatest!

Lennie was phenomenal helping me find just the right mattress a few months ago. He went above and beyond making my family feel like valued customers and provided detailed information as he answered all of our questions. Months later, my pregnant wife and our 2 year old daughter went back to look for additional sheets, and once again he seemed to be the only associate willing to offer help, even remembering who we were and inquired about how our mattress is performing! Thank you Lennie, and thank you purple for having such a great associate and a phenomenal mattress!!

Our experience at the store was amazing. We bought two pillows and the salesman I think his name was Lennie. He was working the shift Saturday 7/19/2021 in the morning. He even went above and beyond and filled the water bowl for our two dogs

Im so glad there is a Purple store in Austin! My husband and I have been needing a new mattress and have been shopping around for a few months. We were so amazed at the layout of the store - it is very invited and very clean! The staff are absolutely amazing - everyone was very friendly and Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and able to help me find exactly what I needed to accommodate my husbands and my different sleeping styles very quickly! I am so pleased with this store, the staff, and my purchase. I should have made the Purple store my first stop to avoid the wasted time at other mattress stores! I will definitely be recommended this store to all my friends and family.

Well designed space, open layout nothing seemed over crowded. Staff friendly and quick to greet you when you arrive. Only downside its in the Domain which is horrible, I will not go there unless I have no other choice.

Id been thinking about getting a Purple mattress for the past few weeks and went into the store tonight just to try out a few and hear about their pricing/deals. The mattresses were great and the service was awesome. Ricky was informative, straight-forward, and friendly. By the time I was ready to make a decision to purchase, the store had gotten a little busy. Tyler stepped in to help so that I wouldnt have to wait and helped me make decisions that fit my needs/budget. Their team effort definitely made my experience as smooth as possible. Went in one night about 30 minutes before they closed to look at beds. Didnt feel rushed to get out of the store, Chris and Tyler took their time explaining the benefits and features of each bed, and answered all of our questions thoroughly.Told them we were going to think about it and get back to them; there was NO pressure to buy that night and they told us that they dont work on commission so they just wanted to make sure we had the right bed for my partner and I!!!Went back 3 days later during the day once we knew what bed we wanted, and the process was literally less than 15 minutes between stepping in the store and stepping out with everything I needed.Both Chris and Tyler helped us again and they were ROCKSTARS! Friendly, quick, efficient, and they asked me a ton of questions to see if we qualified for additional discounts (which we didnt but thats okay since they took the time to try to find some sort of additional promotion).Will definitely be going back to the store once we are ready to buy beds for the kids and spare room, this was by far the easiest bed buying experience Ive had in my 40+ years on this Earth. Cant wait to get our new bed!

Most helpful team ever! I appreciate them all! They helped me get a 3 level king mattress and everything! I honestly am curious why everyone is buying the same old mattress style over anf over while purple completely reinvented the entire design it is not at all a typical memory mattress like every single one else. I have tried sleep by number, Serta all of them which are either a glorified blow up mattress or just some foam on the same old coil springs. Nothing new. Till purple! Love it and and the team for helping me!!

So happy the finally have a store here! Ricky was THE BEST and helped us choose exactly what mattress we needed (not to mention their Black Friday sale is hard to pass up)! Ricky was so knowledgable and nice and answered all of our questions - he even let our little pup try out the Purple dog bed! :) Such a better experience than we had at the Casper store down the block.
