Ken my sales person was amazing. His product knowledge was top notch. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the store he showed me some different options but we settled upon what I wanted originally. He set me up with a mattress cover and a boxspring which I had forgotten that I needed and I felt very taken care of and like I got the best deal possible.

The sales associate Raine was the best! She was extremely helpful, she was insightful and really wanted to find what’s right for you. She was more help driven than sale driven. Definitely recommend going to her for all your mattress related concerns. She went the extra mile for me and was very flexible. She was willing to adjust and make changes as needed while remaining professional and delivering quality service!

Go see Raine, we purchased from her at a different location and I’m just now getting this review written, she’s worth the trip to any store. She was really excellent in diagnostics regarding our physical needs and brilliantly set us up with options while continually helping us narrow it down until we were pretty convinced we had chosen the right mattress. No pressure, she was really interested in making sure we had chosen the best options for our needs. Weeks after the sale, she also spent time on several phone calls helping me understand measurements for the adjustable base, sending photos and talking me through the specifics as I was preparing to buy a non refundable custom bed frame.👍

We showed up at the store at 7pm. We were the only ones there so it was a great time to go. The sales rep took his time and explained their products to a full extent. I could tell he was tired, but nonetheless committed to giving a great customer service experience.

I recently bought a mattress at Mattress Firm Circle C Ranch. My salesperson was very courteous and knowledgeable about the different styles of mattresses for sale. He was able to answer all my questions about construction, comfort levels, warranties, etc. However there was no pressure to buy. I was pleased with the purchase process and quick delivery and set up scheduling. Very pleasant experience overall.

When we visited Mattress Firm on Slaughter Ln. today, Ken greeted us with such enthusiasm i was inspired to get excited about what I wanted!!! We tried 3 different Mattress very quickly..his knowledge and smiling eyes and of course his kindness to my parents who were with me and.this left no doubt that wed be purchasing everything on my wishlist. I want to commend Bethany for a fantastic. I started my day calling 10+ mattress retailers to get information on a particular brand and model mattress. Of all the sales people I spoke with, Bethany, BY FAR, was the most knowledgeable and did not withhold information in order to pressure me to come in the store to see the mattress. Her knowledge of mattress products surpassed all the sales people I talked to that day. She was also very informative in ways I could save money in the purchase as well. She listened to what I was looking for and gave me the info I needed to make a solid decision. Thank you Bethany.The delivery of the mattress was equally pleasant as the movers were kind, courteous, and did not waste time. They were extra observant in bringing the mattress in as to not damage anything in the house. One item was not invoiced on the delivery so I stopped by the store to inquire about it. Tim pleasantly assisted me locating the discrepancy and assured me he would go to another store to pick up the item and then notify me when I could come pick it up. Walked into this location after a long and draining morning of work, and had very little energy. The girlfriend wanted to mattress shop, and I said Hey, Im pretty tired and I like new mattresses, so this might all work out.. We walked in to a calm atmosphere and were promptly greeted by the friendliest sales associate, Tim. Without a moments hesitation we were walked through the ins and outs of bed buying, leaving me and the girlie impressed. We not only found the mattress that suited both our needs and budget in less than ten minutes, but I came in feeling tired and left feeling rested. Bethany, did an exceptional job servicing multiple customers from greeting to explaining product, price, and function; checking on waiting customers, while offering purchasing options and closing multiple sales transactions, including mine. You dont want to loose her talent and affibale personality. I was in the store several hours and she continually reminded me that I was in que.

I was referred to this store by a close friend. I had already been to a handful of other companies around town just to see what was out there. This was the only place that I went in and I wasnt immediately bombarded by a salesman. Allie was really friendly and extremely helpful. I gave her an idea of my budget and what I was looking for. Honestly, for how long I am going to have this bed for is worth every penny. The mattress was derived and set up and everything. I could not be happier.If you want to go somewhere and just have a good conversation about what you want come here. If you want to feel like you are at a used car lot with someone trying to get in your pockets then go to some of the other mattress stores in Austin.

We shopped the Circle C Mattress Firm on Slaughter this week, initially just to check out the Purple Mattress in person. We had every intention of buying it online. But, the sales women there were so helpful with detailed info on the product and friendly as we checked out all their mattresses, so we went ahead and purchased our new bed with them! They were even really accommodating in getting it to us ASAP (to avoid another night on an uncomfortable pull out couch) and made sure they got us everything else we needed quickly too. I’d definitely recommend shopping here for your next mattress!

Allison helped us out and was wonderful. We wanted a king size mattress similar to our current queen and she found one that feels just look it for us within minutes. It was below average in cost as well, so you can tell she really cared about getting the right mattress for us instead of just upselling. Ask for her and you wont be disappointed.

I was looking for a twin firm mattress and Mattress Firm met my expectations. Sale associate, O’Rayn, was pretty helpful and I was very satisfied with his service. The delivery went well and it was fast. Everything was perfect. If someone needed a bed, I would recommend to go there.

Needed a new mattress for my 6yos bed and another for the trundle bed we bought my 3yo. Allison was excellent in helping the kids find the mattresses they liked. No high pressure sales tactics. I had to go home to measure and make sure the height of the mattresses they selected would work. Came back the next day and bought them. Highly recommend.

I had been looking at the Purple mattresses online for a while but was nervous about buying without actually checking one out first. Then I read that Mattress Firm started carrying them. Mariana at the Mattress Firm at Circle C Ranch was great! She was very helpful and not pushy at all. She gave us a lot of great information about what to look for depending on our sleeping styles and then left us to relax and try out the two Purple Mattresses with adjustable bases they had set up. We went with the Purple 2 and a Leggett & Platt adjustable base - cant wait to actually get them home!
