I have been using jack Winn pro for a year now! I love all the products they have to offer . The lightners are consistent and have changed my highlight game . I have better results . They are far more education then any company that I have used. If, it’s not the wealth of education online from product knowledge to technique and so much more . So I got my Jack Winn products, I looked online for the ingredients before I ordered and couldnt find anything, all it was saying We believe better ingredients make our products better and made with natural botanicals. Sulfate & Paraben Free so I assumed all the products were sulfate free, and they are not plus they have propolene glycol which I cant use, so what do I do? can I return it for my money back? Sure but they wont pay the shipping to or from so it cost me $26.00 to get the product and send it back. This could have all been avoided if they would have had the ingredients listed on the site like all others do. When I called and told them this the attitude was well thats right, no credit for shipping.

PRODUCT BURNED MY SCALP! Stay away from Jack Winn Pro products. As a member of the medical profession, I can tell you these products will burn your scalp causing horrible pain and long-lasting damage to your head and hair. Impossible that this company remains in business.
