Good people, great service, fair price.After a bad experience of having my car broken into a week before moving three states away, I was frantically trying to find a place to get the window repaired.First place I contacted (big box company) treated me pretty badly. Was already upset after the break-in, so not cool.Mom helped me find these folks at Low Price Auto Glass. Everyone here was very friendly and seemed like they honestly cared. They fit me in no problem asap. They even vacuumed the glass out of my car!Window works like a charm. And now we can drive cross-country safely.I highly recommend these folks. They have the old-Austin friendliness I miss.Thanks yall!!

They quickly got us in and repaired our windshield, it cost $55. I made a comment that it didn’t look like the chip had been fully filled with the resin but was assured it had been. 3 months later I have a giant crack half way across my windshield coming from the chip and need a full replacement. I was told repairs are not covered by their guarantee. Basically my $55 only delayed the replacement a few months. Definitely not worth it in my opinion.

Low Price Auto Glass is the place to go for all your Auto Glass needs!! First, let me say these folks are friendly and easy to work with. I called several glass shops because my 94 Trans Am needed the back window removed and resealed. Four other places would not do it, in fear of breaking the back glass. The back glass is a large, curved, heavy piece of glass and so it requires a certain skill level to remove it without damage. Low Price Auto Glass did the job right away for a great price. On my drive home the glass must have shifted because when it dried it was a little bit off center. Low Price did the job AGAIN at no cost to me and the glass is perfect! They go the extra mile to do the job right! You don’t find customer service like that too often. I definitely recommend them if you need any glass fixed or repaired on your auto!!

Great company! I called all over town to get a quote on the replacement of my windshield, on my 08 s550 Mercedes. I ran across this company randomly on line. I read all of their reviews and decided to give them a call. And to my delight, the person that helped me was name Shack.This guy was awesome!! Low pressure, very informative as well as highly professional. I didnt have to make an appointment, like others, who are in this business, require. All I did was give him a time that I could come and I was in and out in less than 90 min. SAME DAY service!!!!Price was extremely reasonable, compared to other shops.Im a life customer!!

Gentleman sitting at the front counter was just as friendly and helpful as he was when I called over the phone for information regarding pricing. Pricing was cheaper to replace my front windshield than what the insurance company quote for their preferred business. Low Price was one of their referrals and the price was low around $200 for my 2013 Kia Soul just as quoted over the phone. Waiting area was clean and.comfortable. windshield replacement comes with a lifetime warranty for crack repair. I would definitely recommend this business.

I bumped onto this as I was looking for auto glass shops online. I recently stuck something on the sunroof of my car and wanted to have a professional look at it. I came there unannounced (without an appointment) and spoke with the owner. He was extremely kind and actually came out and looked at my car right away. To the extent that he got his tools out and actually started doing the work, without any expectation of getting any money from this job. He in fact told me which tools I can get for cheap and do this job myself without having someone else do it.Couldn’t recommend them enough.

You can call a million places or just Low Price Auto Glass; but you’ll know you hit a winner talking to these people. Chakib took care of me from the minute I called. I stay out my car so when I cracked my own back window when organizing stuff I panicked. (Slammed trunk on my reusable battery ; doh!) Enough everyone was saying $350+ to have a new one installed. All on my birthday week of all things. When I called, he called a warehouse while on the line and he quoted me at $250 and said come on in whenever. I had to wait to pay till Saturday and I was in and out in 20 min and Chakib and the other fella there were really nice. They have good installers as well that cleaned despite the challenge of my living stuff in back. Worst shop I’ve ever been to in my life!Recently, when we opened the passenger side window, the glass seemed to come off track a bit. Window would still open and close, but we would have to manually guide it back in place sometimes. Well, I decided to bring it here to have them take a look at it. Big mistake. They said it could be a broken bracket, or bad regulator, but would have to bring it to the back of the shop to test it out. I took them to my car, and showed them what was happening. Since it was still working, they said they doubted is was regulator, but maybe a bracket was loose. They took it into the shop to check. Next thing I know, they bring the car back out front, with all the windows down and say they discovered it was in fact a bad regulator, but they can’t help me because they don’t have the part. They hand me my keys, and I get in to put up all the windows, and the window doesn’t work at all. I said, what happened? My window was working just a minute ago when I showed you the problem, now it won’t function at all. They didn’t apologize or anything, just said “We don’t know what to tell you. It ain’t working now.” They proceeded to manually pull the window up, tape it in the closed position, and walked away. No remorse. No apology. If you don’t want your vehicle in worse condition then it currently is, I advise to stay far away from this shop!

A rock hit my windshield and quickly the crack quickly started to spread. At first I was going to go to the glass repair shop my insurance company recommended but their ‘same day’ service really wasn’t, and I was going to have to wait for three days which was not an option. After seeing all the great ratings for this place I called and they said I could come in. Relief. When I got there they were super friendly, super helpful, and had me in and out in less than an hour. I’m hoping that the quality of the work will stand up so we will see over the next couple months but so far I am thrilled.

These guys are great. They replaced the back glass on our Lincoln town car which has a vinyl top. They found us a windshield cheaper then competitors and were also willing to work on our vehicle with the vinyl top. Other places said they couldnt help considering the top is vinyl. They wanted us to get an upholstery shop to remove it. Well LPAG said they had no problem getting us a glass and installing. They ordered our glass which came in the next day and they installed it within 4 hours. They saved us about 700 bucks. Thanks guys.

By far, the least expensive, quality glass I have found. $258 for a windshield, installed. Everywhere else was $390 +. The guys are nice, professional, and always willing to help even if they arent doing the install themselves.

I recommend this place to everyone!! I called earlier to see if I could get my windshield replaced that day and they allowed me to come in after work the same day and it only took about 15 minutes to replace it because they had it all ready for me. I went in there to get a windshield today. Went across the street and they put me behind five other customers so I sat around waiting for hours to see nothing being done whatsoever. The guy knows I’m doing this for convenience, not to spend the rest of the day there. Which would be nice if they tell you in advance if you know you’re going to be waiting for hours.

Weve used Low Price Auto Glass to replace broken windows several times now, and have been more than pleased every time. Henry and his staff always make the process as quick and painless as possible, and at a great price as well. I usually have to bring my toddler along to the shop and they offer to put cartoons on for him while we wait, which helps us out a ton. I also love that I never have to worry about cleaning out all the broken glass, they have always vacuumed it out for me. I just get my car there and they take care of the rest. Its nice to know that I always have this company to trust when I need it.

Recently had my rear left window shatter on I-35 called multiple places I was quoted at 390. Stressed out on how I could replace it. I found Low Price Auto Glass by pure luck 🙏 I called got quoted for 172.00 I went in there the following day to replace it they guys there were very considerate and even offered me a Dr. Pepper while I was getting my window replaced in my 2015 Malibu. It took about a hour and I was on my way. These guys were 100% professional and I would hate to end up in a situation like that again But if I did I will not hesitate to use these guys again. 👍🏼👍🏼💯

Henry and his crew did a great job.He was able to diagnose my problem over the phone (My window regulator broke). Henry said that he could have me in and out in less than an hour. He even gave me a quote that was $200 lower than what another company said it would cost to repair.When I arrived at the location a couple hours later, Henry remembered who I was and within 15 minutes they confirmed that it was indeed the window regulator that needed repair.I brought my laptop in to do some work while I was waiting and Henry offered to let me use their office wifi, which was great.As promised, they had me in and out in less than an hour.The best part: The quote he told me over the phone was exactly what the final invoice ended up being. The staff are friendly and definitely have low prices.My windshield seal had come off due to a bad install by some other glass place in Houston, so I came here after getting a ridiculously high quote from another place in Austin.The guy who helped me took the time to explain to me why my windshield was not properly installed and told me he would do his best to fix it. I went to this shop to tint my new Mercedes C300. I was so worried about finding the right shop for this tinting job and Henry gave me a quote which was way better than any others i had. One of his employees made a little mistake while tinting my car`s windows and the owner (HENRY) he took care of my car and fixed everything on his own expense. He reassured me and guaranteed me with everything and he kept his promise. I highly reccomend anyone who needs windshield or tint job. I have seen so many owners and guys doing businesses but Henry is one of the best and honest guy. He ll do everything he can to not let you leave unhappy.

Called 30 hours ahead of time to see if I could come in and if they had glass in stock & they assured me they did and even talked about how they did a similar one a year ago and had an extra windshield in stock. I explained I live 1.5 hours away and asked if I needed to make an appointment and he said no. I did tell him I would be in in the afternoon and he said ok. I even made sure to tell them which location I was going to. I get there at 1:30 & the girl said she was aware and owner had informed her about me the day before. Low and behold, they dont have my glass in stock. Nobody was apologetic whatsoever. Wasted 3 hours of my day and another 3 hours tomorrow to go to a different company that will hopefully have it in stock when I arrive as promised.
