Good selection of leather products in general. I went in specifically looking for a messenger-style bag that looked professional and could carry my laptop and more to and from work, etc. The salesperson I spoke with was nice and showed me the options they had available, without being pushy. I ended up with the right bag at a great price. Good experience all around.

Stopped in on Thursday to check out the prices since it was black Friday weekend. Prices were good and I would have given a higher rating except: They left the security tag on my jacket. It is a half hour drive, on black Friday to get this taken care of. When I was there the MOD seemed aloof to me and the people in line he didnt know. I was passed up by the cashier for the person behind me. When I finally was waited on all I got was a tepid sorry and thats it.Train your managers to be more observant and less flirty with the ladies

Bad customer service.bought a leather jacket then asked the sales man to give extra plastic bag to curry it. As I am still shopping. He refuses and said you cannot have a second one. Sorry we are busy. So I told him I want to return it then. He agreed and jus ripped the plastic cover of the jacket. I was disappointed, worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The person at the counter, Bill, was unnecessarily rude and sarcastic when I went there. Didnt quite understand what his intentions were. I had purchased a couple of items from the store, then found better deals online. So the purpose of my visit was to return the items purchased in-store. This isnt anything unusual, plus, I had the online purchase invoice to prove that I am not bluffing or anything. Yet, Bill found it necessary to make unneeded comments, pretty derogatory ones actually. This effectively rules out my plans of ever visiting Wilsons Leather

Going out of business again. But I got a nice coat for a wonderful price.

Great deals just about any time on a large selection of leather jackets, coats, ... And accessories. Not to ignore their great deals on non leather goods.You cant just walk / drive by a Wilson Leather store without stopping to check their deals.

Originally ordered Wilson’s Leather Jacket online. Jacket was not a good fit. Returned jacket. Thought maybe I will try the outlet at Great Lakes Crossing. Turned out to be a great decision. The sales people, Bree and Tawanna, went well beyond my expectations. They listened attentively to my concerns and worked diligently to help me with finding another jacket. Their professionalism resulted in me purchasing the same jacket at an irresistible price, better than online, along with several other purchases. These two young ladies are the persona of great customer service. You make a great team Tawanna and Bree! Gwen

Had a couple misfires getting me a leather jacket I could love, but the staff was bound and determined to make me a happy customer, and they did. Anybody can sell a product, but the mark of a good vendor is how well they handle problems. In this respect: Wilsons Leather at Great Lakes Crossing rocks. Love my jacket and my vest, too :)

Most of the staff is very nice and polite, but there is one staff member named Bill, possibly the manager, who is very rude. He followed us around at an uncomfortably close distance, and was hovering behind us as we were trying on jackets, asking if we knew what we were trying on, ect. Made me very uncomfortable and we left without making a purchase. Bill is dragging the store down.

I ordered a jacket online there online store is horrible the website would not process my payment then when I called I ordered my jacket was told 5 to 10 days I got it in 3 days good right! NO..it was another jacket not the jacket I wanted..I call the customer service she tells me Ill have to wait for management to call me back..Seriously..but they dont realize people can go to the stores an get the jacket or go else where to buy what they want at least in the store u get treated better..I say shut down wilsons online until they have proper management in line. Huge inconvenience..

I bought my daughter a jacket for here instead of Forever 21 because I thought that i was getting a better quality jacket than the $40 one. I was sadly mistaken. The pocket ripped after 10 days and all then can do for me is direct me to somebody to repair it. The repair is going to cost $51 and it was a $650 marked down to $179. Should have stayed with the $40 from Forever 21. I will never buy from Wilson Leather again!
