Everytime I come here the GM Benjamin has something new for me to try. The last 2x’s Dru & Ish have had some great suggestions also. The atmosphere is always great, the conversation is always on point and you know the cigars never miss. Keep up the “GREAT” work guys! I ordered a tin of small cigars and received them moldy. Could smell the dank and musty smell before removing the outer foil on the tin. Immediately requested a replacement through their website. Policy states that customer service will reply withing 24 hrs. Its now been a week and a half with no response to the request, additional email sent to customer service or voice mail left because they do not answer phone calls. Davidoff of Geneva sent non consumable product to their customer and has gone silent since. Not good business practice.***UPDATE*** - Davidoff of Geneva did finally honor with a replacement. In fact, they sent two tins! However, both of them were apparently from the same bad shipment as they both had the dank, musty smell. I am no longer a customer.

Beautiful Davidoff of Geneva cigar lounge. I was traveling through Atlant Georgia yesterday and stopped to buy sone cigars. Thease so the photos. This is a beautiful lounge.

The environment is relax and great conversations with good people.

Very indifferent service. The salesman was knowledgeable, but certainly less than enthusiastic. I bought several 4 stick boxes and asked for a bag to keep them humidifier. He gave me a bag big enough for 5 cigars. Gee, how considerate.They won’t let customers inside the humidor, so unless you know exactly what you want, good luck.

Good selection of cigars not only limited to Davidoff. Prices are as good or better than some other shops in the area and the smoking lunch is superb. Classy joint with great people. No way to have a beer or cocktail with hour cigars however.

One of the most exclusive cigar lounges in the country with their VIP room at the back of the lounge, the Davidoff of Geneva is an amazing place to network and light a cigar...or 5. The staff is absolutely wonderful and are a blast to kick it with while you smoke your favorite cigar taken from their luxurious humidifier.

I been to so many different Daviddoff in different cities but honestly this is the worst management location in all the other locations I been in every time I m visiting Atlanta and I go in new rules! But one thing this location is consistent in bad management and staff with bad attitude!

Nice looking shoppe. They will not allow you entry into the humidor so that is a minus. And the cigars are severely overpriced.

Perfection. The level of service here is absolutely amazing. I had an issue with a past employee and voiced my concern. The district manager and GM themselves reached out and truly showed me what this company is about. There is not a single company out there that compares to the level of service at this location. Anyone that wants to relax and enjoy an maxing cigar should go no where but here. Thank you Rosario and Dyer for an amazing evening. You have earned a customer and referral for life.

This spot is awesome. And has great ambiance as well as a great staff. They make you feel at home but the one thing the are missing is a bar.

Nice selection and but timid staff----for whatever reason members are permitted to put their cell phones on speaker and it totally ruins the environment. The last two times Ive been there it was so disruptive with individuals having their cell phones on speaker! The staff wouldnt do anything because they said they were members. Ive been to other Davidoff lounges and they would never allow this rudeness. It doesnt fit their brand nor their ambience.

Lounge only open to members, regardless if you buy a box. Thankfully, did not buy anything before being told I was not welcome to smoke.

Very expensive, besides the store exclusive sticks I could get the same sticks elsewhere for 20-30% less. Had to go across the street to shake shack to get something to drink. Smoking area is very relaxing and good clientele, knowledgeable staff.

Cool staff and clean place. Enjoyed a Padron 1926 series no. 9. Like the open floor layout of the public lounge.

I dont smoke and never plan on too doing so! But my boyfriend knows one of the employees there that hes good friends with and we just went to see him! Really nice store, really nice lounge if youre into cigars, go to this place if youre in the area. Its in Buckhead not far from the Lindbergh Station.

Beautiful lounge with a relaxed atmosphere. Humidor selection is pretty good: Davidoff, Tatuaje, LFD, Fuente, Camacho, AVO, Padron, and more... Good wi-fi. Great place to find a high quality cutter, lighter, or case.

Exceptionally pleasing environment -- attractive, warm & welcoming staff also. The sensory stimulation from the moment you arrive far exceeds that of both Madison Ave. and Ave of the Americas, its absolutely gorgeous! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Davidoff of Geneva/Atlanta. This location in Buckhead definitely compliments the Davidoff of Geneva brand but may be a little displaced. The cigars etc. is competitively priced for the Atlanta area and the environment of Davidoff of Geneva in Atlanta supersedes any cigar lounge Ive ever visited in that town. Its just so far tucked off the beaten path (then again - so is everything there) I had a tough time finding it. Although I can appreciate a little exclusivity, sometimes Atlanta can be a little extra with it -LoL. Hopefully smokers get to enjoy it as much as I did.
