Food is limited, but what they do serve is good. Drinks are high, but if you enjoy a good cigar this is a good spot. You cam bring your own sticks. But no black an milds, vaps, baseball caps an no tank tops. Parking lot is not that big but located in a shopping mall strip.

Waitress lacked service a little while taking awhile to serve our drinks. We came here after the other place was over crowded. The perfect man cave. I really enjoyed my evening at cigaros! The venue was very nice. I loved the plush leather chairs and vibe. The drinks were delicious and the two djs spinning, Dj B EZ and Vinyl Richy definitely kept the vibe hot. It was laid back, grown and sexy and I would definitely return.

Cigaros was the 1st cigar lounge I visited in Ga back in 2019.. I fell in love with the vibe!! Had a chance to attend their 2019 Christmas Party. Vibe is off the chain! Staff is very friendly! Great Cigar selection.

Nice atmosphere, service was nice, not a lot of options for the favored cigars but still a decent selection. The lady helping with the cigar selection seemed knowledgeable and overall it was a clean comfortable and relaxing place to visit. This may in fact be my new place to unwind. Would definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for a place with a little music, a decent cigar and an grown up crowd.

Coming from Chicago, this has become one of my go to spots especially on Fridays when they have live jazz. The wings with the signature sauce are excellent. The owner and staff are very welcoming.

Off and on Ive been going here since they opened and really my primary reason, its the closest cigar lounge to where I stay. What I like about the place is ample seating and live music. What I dont like the drinks are definitely over priced. You typically cant get a good burn out of the cigars that you buy there unless you take them home and put them in a humidor because the humidor there isnt a humidor at all. Most important, this spot has no ventilation leaving the doors open isnt good enough. Georgia clearly has no regulations where that is concerned. I rated it a 3 because there has been improvements made since it opened but there is plenty left to do to get this up to where a quality cigar lounge should be.

The spot is awesome. Food is great. Great staff and a relaxed chilled spot. The biggest complaint I have is they turn the A/C too late and it make people leave because of how hot it is inside. The owner needs to fix this like ASAP.

The atmosphere at Cigaros is still good but the service is getting progressively worse. We were there on Friday night and the band was amazing---Majesty with a touch of Magic I think. Our food was still good but the service makes me not want to go, but we love the Tony Morrow wings & the drinks. The service needs major improvement.

Real fine place. Place is huge, and filled with super comfy couches. Cigar selection is decent. Of course pricey, but that’s understood considering you get to smoke it in such a nice place. Staff is great. I do, however, think they could have better beer choices... that’s what cost them the star.

Really nice lounge. Has a well appointed cigar store inside, the crowd is 40 and above well dressed and casual attire. Food and drinks are great, very sexy vibe. The live music is great!!!! When they do play recorded music it is straight old school r&b .... NO RAP!!! Nice comfy leather seating all around and bar. The only drawback is it VERY smokey (cigar lounge) so if you dont like the smell, have breathing issues or allergies, this may not be the place for you. Hence the 4 stars ... But definitely a really cool vibe!!! I will be returning.

Great staff, cigar choices and drinks.There for the year-end party and had a good time, lots of cool people and fun atmosphere.Only concern was that all the indoor seats were reserved so walk-ins had nowhere to sit except for the tented area. Luckily the tented area was really fun.Will be back and would recommend this to anyone looking for a chill cigar bar.

Ventilation needs to be beefed up! So much smoke it burns your eyes at times. But other than that its a very nice establishment. The servers, kitchen and the bar are fast and responsive. Ive visited a couple times and had a good time.

Very nice place, its more than just a Cigar Bar the atmosphere is cool and laid back with a great music selection while you enjoy your Cigar and drinks, with live entertainment on weekends, you can come alone, with friends or bring a date, actually this is a great place to mingle if you come alone male or female. I have never been disappointed. As for the dress code Im from Harlem NY so my get fresh is always on point, Fellas theres always beautiful women here so come correct and Ladies make sure you wear a nice Smile

Girls night out was awesome. Went on a Thursday night, they had a DJ that played whatever we wanted to here. The owner is a sweet guy. Just be mindful of the drinks. My girl friends and I tabs were $180 each. We spend around $600 there just on drinks alone. (Which was our faults) too much to drink that night but the experience was fire. Will go again and again. Did I mention Ludacris was in there chilling. Nice chill spot to smoke and listen to music on Thursday nights.

I normally go to Cigaros, get my stick and leave. Last Saturday (10/26/19) I was with a friend and she talked me into staying . We had a BLAST I totally forgot that I was in a cigar bar.. the live band SMOKE was excellent and kept us dancing all night the staff was friendly as always and the service exceeded our expectations. The owner Conrad was at everyones service and he didnt have to be!. Ive been to every cigar spot in Atlanta this is by far the best! Thx Cigaros!

I understand the concept of free enterprise to maximizing your profits,but this joint will not serve you water after 6:00 p.m. They will sell you bottled water. I purchased three cigars from them and came to enjoy the music. Perhaps they should say, there is a certain dollar minimum instead of nickel and diming patrons. Not cool at all. Last, two of the women that runs the register in the humidor, are not very nice in my opinion. One does not ask at all how do want your cigar cut. She just simply put them in the bag. I guest if you don’t tip them for the bare minimum of service they provide, they treat you like a peasant. Nice place to vibe and have good conversation. Some of the workers are not really friendly.

I wish the I could give this place 5 stars however after a wonderful experience inside I had a horrible experience outside. Once I figured out my car had been broken into, the management had no idea about how to handle this situation. All they could tell me was that they had a wishful plan to fixing the problem which did nothing for me the night that I visited. Patrons be aware of the security factor at this establishment because there is none.

I cannot begin to express my disappointment in the treatment of a first time customer there this evening. After getting off an airplane and flying across the country wearing comfortable tennis shoes I was told I was not allowed to smoke a cigar because my shoes did not meet the attire of the evening. After having my money refunded I can clearly say I will never return again and instead would highly highly recommend the Kings cigar lounge. They are more than welcoming and incredibly inviting and make you feel as if you were part of the family your first time there

Was here to watch the NFC Championship game and I will NEVER come back here again. The owner knew and approved a watch party, knew there would be a large crowd and did not open the kitchen until midway through the 3rd quarter 3.5 hours later. Customers asking for food and they would not serve food. The owner however ordered ribs for himself from outside and had them delivered but when patrons left to get food we were told outside food could not be brought in and he was extremely rude! They dont have a full functional kitchen. They were using 2 small deep fryers to prepare the food when they finally took orders. Then the server told customers after we ordered over 10 alcoholic beverages at our table that we could not have glasses of water because they were out of cups and the owner would not allow them to serve ice or water in the glasses. The owner (Conrad) does not respect nor value his customers. He was confrontational, never apologized, or admitted he was inept for not preparing for customers that he knew were coming. He is rude and disrespectful, even customers associated with him said they would not return. Most of the patrons there said they would not return and neither will I. The ventilation system is nonexistent. The service was HORRIBLE

Pretty dope place, great experience

Ambiance is cool however, automatic gratuity of 18% is added to the check, 3 friends sitting together are all placed on 1 check & as more people come later, they are also placed on the same check without disclosing this is happening. If 1 person wants to leave, then everyone has to close out their check with the automatic gratuity, and the prices on the menu versus what you get charged are different and the waitresses happily pass you off to the next shift so there is no ownership for who overcharged. They ran out of Catfish by 6:15pm, Tilapia and all other seafood items which are a large part of their menu by 7:30pm and they werent even busy. Not worth buying food and drinks but cool place to smoke.

Ive visited COG few times now. The service is excellent and terror humidor has more than enough selections to satisfy your cigar tastes. The bar service is prompt and eager to serve. Friday nights are great there. Live band and a very interactive mature crowd. The only drawback is I think I the establishment could use a better ventilation system. Other than that, it definitely deserves 4 out of 5 stars.

This place is one of the larger spots for smoking cigars. Great seats, TVs all around, the service people are just the best Ive seen in a while. Very helpful always on point with drink and asking if you want a drink or food. Clean all around and good music even the live music. If they can just ventilate it better I would spend more time in it. I hope that it gets better but I will go from time to time because service is just the coolest and owner always make you feel like you are a ole friend.

I really want to love this place but its in desperate need of an Air Purifier!! Ive visited many of cigar lounges with my husband and this one by far is the worst in terms of air quality. I love the atmosphere and the profession crowd but Oh the Smoke!!! I immediately went home and used a hot vinegar steam to remove the smoke from every piece of clothing item, including my purse!! It was definitely a late night shampooing my hair !We have to do better...
