Awesome service - but make sure you come with plenty of room, the serving sizes are kinda big and the waffle cones come usually dipped with extra crazy flavours. Sorbet also available if youre looking for something a little lighter.

Great customer service, they closed early due to the lack of employees but the young lady that was working yesterday afternoon was kind enough to open the doors back up and serve us after she saw how sad my Goddaughter was. Thank you, you really made her day.

Non dairy sundae that was the perfect balance of a decadent brownie and non dairy ice cream topped with hot fudge and whipped cream which also comes in non dairy!! Yummy!! 😋

Its not always the fastest service but I assure you its worth it! I love the non dairy chocolate chip with almond milk whip cream. The store itself is clean and theres a ton of options!

They have some new vegan flavors here. They are delicious and I love the message behind one of them. This location is ok, make sure you clarify what you want because they have misheard a large and provided a small. Staff is mostly unengaged, but its just a few scoops of phenomenal ice cream. I dont go there for the bedside manner 🤷🏾‍♀️

It was good, the flavors are amazing. Im from New England so Im very familiar with Ben and Jerrys. The flavors were amazing but the consistency was a little too soft for my liking on two of the three scoops that I purchased. I wil give them another try because I truly love their ice cream. There isnt plenty of parking but you can sit outside and enjoy your ice cream.

The ice cream is MEH and shopping here just felt like a mistake. The staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing either. One of them even had AirPods in while serving you, so you have to yell to be heard. I hated that this was my experience and I’m never returning. If you need great ice cream with great service, go to Jenis.

I’ve been wanting to try the nondairy options and finally made it in the night before last. There was a line out the door, but staff were moving it along and were super helpful. Definitely worth the line! The best nondairy ice cream available, more selection than in the grocery stores.

Visited Atlanta with family and popped into the Inman Park Ben & Jerry’s. We had 9 people with us. Amber was amazing - made suggestions for ice creams based on what we wanted, made each sundae and milkshake perfectly and got us out VERY quickly ! Kudos to Amber for wonderful customer service !!!

Disappointing. I ordered delivery from here last night. It was packaged nicely, but it tasted like freezer burn. I ordered two of the puppy ice creams, and only received one. It did come sealed, and the dogs enjoyed it.

Amber was great! We came in for some non-dairy options, and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The ice cream was delicious too!

Went for ice cream at 6:30pm. Waited 5 mins with no one behind counter. Person emerged from back and asked if I had decided what I wanted, cup or cone and to pick two flavors. I selected, she just put my stuff in a cup. Never asked for toppings. I asked if she would add some and she used my spoon from the ice cream already to dig in the two toppings. Lid on one broken and landed on counter top. Politely handed it back to her. Had two pieces of Oreo on ice cream. Counter top covered in trash, loose toppings, napkins and sticky everywhere. Just felt gross. Really loved this place when it was taken care of.

This location always has amazingly friendly staff, and all the flavors I could hope to see. I’ve been here a few times and have never been disappointed! The pints are a little more expensive than a grocery store, but the service and experience is worth it!

I went into this location to get a milkshake and it was empty with only one woman working there. She was so rude and acted like I got on her nerve when I was nothing but kind.. just a little indecisive and it’s hard to hear through the mask. Even when I left she didn’t even look up. She put the milkshake next to the register, checked me out..didn’t even look up not once, not even a “have a good day” nothing. Piss poor customer service. The milkshake is great though.

Love the service but we went today 5/30 and found a long hair in our ice cream. I ate mine but my fiancé had to pass as his had the hair hurried inside his cup of ice cream.

So Saturday I decided I would like another so I googled the nearest store and GPS it 312 Highland the customer service was awesome especially Erin the cashier they were all out of the Mango lemonade do to our big order on Friday. Erin suggested the berry smoothie which was good also thanks... keep up the good customer service. I visited this establishment on Sunday May 2nd this would be my second visit, looking forthe Mango lemonade which you never have can you please stock up.... I visited the establishment on yesterday and was able to get my Mango lemonade smoothie, I would like to thank Erin and Ann Marie the General manager for such outstanding customer service they really took care of me..I also mentioned that the straws were not good, because they would not last long drinking my smoothie I had to ask for several. Iunderstand why you are using them but they are not good when drinking a beverages keep up the good work 😁😁

Customer service is terrible. Lady at the counter had no idea what she was doing. I asked for an ice cream cake and she said she would attend the next customer before writing the message on the cake. We waited for the next 20-30 minutes while she attended the next FIVE CUSTOMERS instead of the one she promised. Then, after all that, she said that she couldn’t write on the cake. 30 minutes of waiting for NO REASON AT ALL. I don’t even know why you are working there if you aren’t trained in all aspect of your job. Absolute waste of my time. I will NEVER come to this place ever again.

Been at three different Ben & Jerry’s from Nashville to Atlanta and never had this issue. I went in to purchase an unopened brand new sealed pint of non-dairy ice-cream from their freezer that is not a flavor they have to purchase by the scoop. I asked if they would scoop it in to a wafflecone and she absolutely refused. She said I can give u a cone and you can scoop it in yourself. I said I am not from here and don’t have a scoop. She didn’t care. Four other locations and not an issue, and they were more than excited to help. Such a bummer when it’s hard to find a good non-dairy ice cream experience.

Delicious ice cream. Lots of flavors. Missing our small neighborhood ice cream shop. This one feels so corporate. As much as their mission is to lighten their footprint on the planet, they sell a lot of plastic and you cant get a cone without the paper wrapping. Also, theres no bike parking even though its right off the BeltLine.

We walked in at 10:12 pm on Saturday 2/22 and the people working yelled at us that they were closed and we had to leave. When we told them the hours online say they are open until 11pm the yelled at us again saying, “We’re closed, BYE, have a good night!!” It was in a rude and condescending tone. What’s more is the door was open and they had a line of people they were still serving. Had a down the worst experience I’ve ever had at this establishment. I hope the people working are taught a lesson in customer service. They lost me forever as a customer. I will never go again after this despicable experience! Would give 0 stars if possible.

I’m and Uber delivery driver. Whoever the woman was closing the night on 6/1/2020 is BEYOND rude. She completely ignored every single person that approached the door. Not even the slightest bit of acknowledgement. I understand your store may be closed, but it’s also not our fault that the system is still allowing people to send in order. I was disgusted by the blatant idgaf attitude towards everyone that was simply letting her know they have an order to pick up. Definitely something to work on.
