My wife and I visited this particular Anthropologie store on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta to shop. As a husband, my only reason for being there was to give my opinion on the clothes my wife tried on. I cannot say that I would have ever entered the store on my own. I tried to stay out of the way, but to be available to my wife. I have never been made to feel more unwelcome, as I was today by an Anthropology employee. Essentially, the sidewalk outside the store was a good place for me to wait. My credit card also walked out the door.

I had a problem with customer service over the phone about a few glitches with my order, customer service could not be bothered.Leslie and Darcy in the BHLN store went out of their way to help me - they TRULYcare about your experience. Thanks Leslie and Darcy!

Absolute perfection. This was my fourth bridal gown appointment and it proved to the the last! I was warmly welcomed by a professional staff and my stylist, Alyssa, is a mind reader; she found the perfect gown on the first try! After so many trials in so many other boutiques, I was getting discouraged as it seemed as though no one understood my preference for simplicity nor did they offer such but BHLDN delivered in spades. Thank you for the best experience and the loveliest gown in the world.

I was a little disappointed when I called this location for help. My friends and I are getting a bridesmaid dress from BHLDN. The bride ordered the dress to try it on and see it in person prior to us ordering the dress, since she does not have a location near where she lives. The dress the bride ordered came in as the BHLDN brand, with full lining on the top and bottom (as described on the website). Over half of the bridal party received a different brand that was not lined on the bottom. We all ordered our dresses 2 weeks after the bride tried hers on. After ordering 3 dresses online, and several conversations with customer service, I decided to try to go through the store since I kept getting the wrong dress. Customer service also told me all the dresses were available for same day pick up in the store. I even confirmed which style number, color, and size I wanted to get with customer service. Prior to going to the store I called to double check this was true. I left a voicemail and the store was great at returning my call quickly. During the phone call they of course told me I could not get the dress same day, and that they have been having problems with customer services saying incorrect things. She also told me that the dress we wanted she had never seen with full lining and that the website was deceiving. My response to her were some of the bridal party received a BHLDN brand, while some received Sachi & Babi. All the BHLDN were lined, some of the Sachi & Babi were lined, and some Sachi & Babi were not lined, and I just did not understand how this could be. During the call I kept asking her for was how to get a hold of the correct dress. Finally I ended the call because I was not getting a solution to my problem and decided to just keep trying to order then online. My trust with this company is just not there any longer.

Alexis was a DREAM to work with. Im so glad she was my stylist. I was very nervous for this experience, but she was so sweet, related to me super well, was genuinely looking to make my dream a reality, and she was so crazy kind. She made my time at BHLDN above and beyond what I imagined. I will share photos after my wedding in August. These dresses are gorgeous and very affordable. 10/10 would recommend. I highly recommend working with Brynn if you’re looking for your wedding dress here. She made the whole experience comfortable, and lighthearted. I had went to one other bridal shop before coming here and the customer service was so discomforting. So coming here and having someone make the experience a happy one was amazing. I felt happy leaving knowing I found the dress I’m going to get married in. The dresses are absolutely beautiful, but Brynn really made the whole experience perfect.

I went to two bridal places to look for my dress, and the second one was BHLDN. The first (not this store) was a god awful nightmare. They refused to let me pick out my own gowns and instead forced me to wear designer dresses because the designer was in house. They then proceeded to stuff me into a size six after I repeatedly told them I was a size fourteen and felt uncomfortable. I was their Barbie doll and they treated me like a child. I felt humiliated and almost did not go to my appointment with BHLDN. Thank god my mother talked me into it. I was blown away by how professional the staff was. My consultant was Michaela, who I cannot recommend enough. She had my dresses ready in the size I needed, and never pushed a sale. Instead, she spoke to me frankly, woman to woman, and gave the confidence to pick a dress for myself. I spent two days dwelling on it, but it was obvious that BHLDN was the place I wanted to buy my dress and that Michaela was a superstar. If you are a bride to be looking for a dress, GO HERE. Michaela will look out for you and give you the dream dress you deserve.

Caitlin was SO helpful during my appointment! I felt like I was talking to a friend Ive had for years. She listened to what I wanted, and really made me feel heard, when trying on different styles of dresses! I am a plus sized bride, and she knew what dresses to pull, that really looked great on my body shape. I loved my experience!

While my experience with Mary Beth was decent, she was not at all helpful with choosing the best dress for me and was rude to my party. The whole experience was very centered around how much time the appointment had and only trying dresses if I had selected them. My family picked out 2-3 for me to try and Mary Beth was extremely rude to them and disregarded their options. You could tell from the moment I met her that she did not enjoy helping brides. The space was also incredibly cramped- regardless of how many people you may have in your party even the 3 person max would be pushing it. You also have to share your dress moments with whatever other bride/family may be trying on- and when I say share, I mean you’re sitting in a 6 foot space sitting directly across from each other and sharing the only mirror with another bride. Honestly if you want enough time to truly try on dresses, I suggest having multiple people in your party book consecutive appointments. I think the icing on the cake was Mary Beth staying that my aunts criticism was not at all constructive- which stemmed from my aunt stating she wasn’t a fan of a dress I also didn’t like. Overall, they need to do some serious training in how to help a bride select dresses she may not have pre-selected. I ended up at a different bridal shop and buying a dress I would’ve never selected for myself, because their consultant knew what she was doing and loved her job. I definitely would not recommend going here for your dress. Just order it online if you absolutely have to have a dress from there.

Fantastic spot for a wedding dress! The service is the BEST! They will do anything to help you, super patient, genuine and great style! I loved all the help I received! Alexis and Callie were awesome! They were over the top. I would not have bought my dress here if it had not been for these two fantastic and patient women! Alexis even called me to check on me because I was having such a tough time on making a decision between two dresses. Their store manager, Shelby, was so kind as she knew I was coming in from out of town and allowed me to schedule a special appointment before hours. They were absolutely superb and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Alexis has a true gift at what she does. Callie was incredibly helpful too. So appreciative of this store, and these people!

We had a lovely and easy experience at BHLDN! The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Prior to my appointment, a dress caught my mom’s eye and Austin helped get her quickly set up in a dressing room and brought beautiful additional dresses she might like. She offered us refreshments as shared some dress options and was very sweet!During my appointment, Kiley was so kind and helpful! I never felt rushed or pressured. She was great at helping me narrow down my favorites based on my desires for my wedding day, and I ended up saying yes to my BHLDN dress that day!I LOVE my dress and they have tons of gorgeous gowns that are unique in style and surprisingly affordable for how beautiful and quality they are! It was easy to explore many options that were perfect on a budget. Thankful for the special experience we had at BHLDN!

I had an amazing experience at BHLDN. Claire was my stylist and she could not have been better. She pulled a wild card dress for me that ended up being the one I chose! Such a great shop with so many options and the best employees.

This was my second visit at a bridal shop to try on dresses and my experience at BHLDN was absolutely amazing! My consultant, Rachel, was the best! She greeted us when we walked up, she had dresses that I had already picked out online pulled and waiting for me to try on and I was able to browse through the dresses in the shop as well. She didnt make me feel rushed or that I was bothering her (like my first bridal shop did). The shop is small and in the back of Anthropologie but that did not matter at all. Their dresses are beautiful there and they have all price ranges. My favorite dresses are both under $700 and the styles I chose will not take months to receive either. Then on top of all the outstanding customer service, she is SO SWEET! I had such a memorable and awesome experience here and it could not have happened without Rachel, so thank you very much! This is how it should be when soon-to-be brides are looking for a dress. Now, the hard part...deciding which dress I want. 😄

AMAZING! I was a little surprised at first with how small the shop and bridal selection was, BUT that didn’t end up being a big deal in the end. From the start EVERY SINGLE employee was so welcoming and helpful. But the real star was Rachel! She was so sweet and helpful! I tried on alllll the dresses I envisioned in my head, but none of them worked for me so I was a little disappointed. Rachel brought me some more options, including a dress that was NOTHING like I pictured myself in, but I was willing to try anyways. The second I put it on I was shocked!! It was so sleek and simple, but perfect! I always imagined myself in an all lace gown, but they did nothing for my body shape and were all a bit too heavy (I’m getting married on the beach in Jamaica.) Rachel knew I wanted a little more so she added a sparkly belt and cathedral veil and that was it...I knew it was the one! My entire group started crying when I came out, and even the family next to us started to cry! It was an amazing experience and I am SO grateful for Rachel. I never would have tried that dress on if it wasn’t for her.

I had the best time at my BHLDN appointment. I was running a little late, but when I got there Alexis was waiting for us right at the entrance. She was so accommodating to my family and myself (I brought one more extra person than I was supposed to be allowed). This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I really had no idea what to think. Alexis made it so easy and comfortable. I never once felt pressured to choose a gown. I ended up spending way less than we had planned and I got exactly what I wanted. Alexis was awesome and I am so glad I got put with her! THANK YOU

I had three bridal appointments scheduled to find my dress, and BHLDN was by far the best experience in every aspect. Mary Beth & Isabelle were incredibly sweet, helpful, and supportive throughout. Their space is adorable, and I loved multiple dresses before returning to (and buying) the first one I tried on. I cannot wait to wear my dress, and I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know!

Recently visited BHLDN in Atlanta in search for my wedding dress. We were lucky to have Erin there as my stylist/consultant. She was absolutely wonderful in every way. She was enthusiastic, welcoming, friendly, and very attentive to what I wanted. All of the gowns in the store were beautiful, but I believe if it wasnt for Erin, I wouldnt have felt as comfortable to decide on my dress the day of my appointment. Even though Erin did not put any pressure on me to decided on a dress, her expertise made me feel confident that I choose the perfect dress for me. All of the staff at this location were very friendly, and I would highly recommend a visit to this store!

I cant even come up with enough words to thank BHLDN and Alexis for such an incredible experience! Everything was so calm and laid back immediately from the start which was just what an anxious bride like myself needed. I never felt rushed or obligated to find my gown during my appointment. Alexis kept calming me down and assuring me that I didnt have to find the one immediately and to just enjoy the process. The best part is I did in fact find my dream dress and it was all thanks to a suggestion made by Alexis! Thank you so much for keeping me calm and making sure my first real wedding appointment was everything I could have hoped for and more!

Claire was amazing! She definitely made the appointment go smoothly. This was by far my favorite bridal appointment. If you are looking for unique but affordable wedding dresses then this is the store for you. I will say you do have to share a fitting room with the whole store, but it was not a big deal for me.

The ladies at BHLDN, specifically Isabelle, are excellent and hospitable. She is so comforting and kind, especially to a stressed out bride-to-be on a budget. My favorite dress that I tried on wasnt even on my list of original options Id chosen before my appointment, but she understood and meshed my varied styles so well that she picked a winning dress on her own and I absolutely love it. I hope to be ordering it with Isabelle in the future. She is a fabulous woman who made for a great experience and represents the business very well!

I am so glad I got to look online for dresses before I came in. It saved me a lot of time and helped me narrow down what I wanted in my dream dress. The staff was very friendly. Jenn helped me and made me feel very comfortable and confident when trying on dresses. She didnt judge and was very encouraging and honest. It was quick and easy and I, along with my troupe, left happy! We ordered my dress in my size through the store and was shipped to my home 4 days later! So excited to be a BHLDN bride!

BE CAREFUL WITH THEIR ONLINE STORE. I got a pair of shoes from them, and I ended up not liking them (because you can only see them online), so I returned them with their included return label. They were lost in the mail, and BHLDN wont give me anything back because they didnt physically have them. If you buy something online, they force you ti ship it to return it, even if you live with in 20 minutes of a physical store. For having such a large online portion, they are not equipped or willing to work with people about lost packages.Unless you are 100% sure that item is what you want, I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE.

As a bride, I was so excited to purchase all my bridesmaid dresses from BHLDN and I went to the store and purchased 5 dresses. IT HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! I had to make a decision that day in order to get a 25% discount, which normally isnt much but on a dress like that, that is over $60. And then, when the original size didnt fit my bridesmaids since they had to be shipped since there was no stores near them.... working with customer service has been the worst experience!-You only have 30 days to try on- When they went to exchange the dress, they called customer service to be clear on the process, the wrong shipping labels were sent to them so they had to pay out of pocket- Instead of issuing them an exchange, they just returned the item and refunded my card. I then had to call customer service yet again to make sure the new size was sent- When they sent the new size, they charged me for the original price and not the discounted price I originally ordered... Had to call yet again to get this corrected!!... THIS HAPPENED 5 TIMES IN A ROW!- My bridesmaid ordered as size 2.... they sent her a size 12When my bridesmaid received her new corrected size, BHLDN yet again charged me for the full price and did not honor my original discount. I called customer service again and they said they would make the adjustment but it may take a few weeks to post.and NOW.... I just realized they never corrected the price like promised and over charged me. I called customer service AGAIN and they told me its been over 14 days and they wont adjust the price!! The lady on the phone could care less and was of no help at all.I have never been so frustrated with a retailer... this is unbelievable and I will be sure to never buy another one of their products!!! Especially since you can buy most of they products they carry from other retailers!Bye BHLDN.

Definitely not the most posh bridal shopping experience. Its a little crowded and many of the sample dresses are quite dingy and sad looking. However! The ladies working here are super sweet, AND I found my wedding dress! for a fraction of the price that I was considering spending at other bridal shops.

This place doesnt have the appropriate accommodations for more than one bridal party at a time. But, they over book and squeeze some parties in the middle of the dressing rooms. This is a very special moment for the bride and BHLDN should take a better approach to how they schedule appointments.

Abigail is the woman to work with if you want to take your time and enjoy the process. She has a great vintage style herself and was open minded to me finding a dress I loved myself. I left purchasing my dream dress and also recommend going Monday - Friday appointments they offered us champagne on weekday appointments compared to Saturday its very in and out busy with a lot more people

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR WEDDING GOWN FROM THIS STORE.The experience at the salon was great. Stylist was helpful and I found a dress I absolutely LOVED. That is the only positive thing I have to say.The dress was shipped to me and I was so excited to open it! Unzipped the garment bag it was shipped in to discover a hole in the lace, front and center of the dress. Immediately called customer service to see about getting the dress exchanged and I was informed that my size was sold out. Then was told that the dress itself was unavailable. Then was told that they do have it, in a size up or size down. Prior to ending my last phone call, the rep said that a size down would be shipped to me at no charge for me to try and send back whichever gown I chose not to keep.Instead of that dress being shipped, I received an email once again claiming that the dress is no longer available. However, the dress I want in the color I want and in the size I want is available online!! But..they offered a discount on the damaged gown if I chose to keep it. A pitiful discount that will not cover the cost of alterations to fix BHLDNs mistake.After many phone calls, many holds, and ZERO helpful staff I now have a wedding dress with a hole in it that I cant exchange.BHLDN and their terrible customer service has ruined this experience. Do not do not do not purchase anything from them. Ever.

Amazing staff and beautiful dresses. I have been for one appointment so far. I didn’t find my dress, but after shopping at other boutiques I plan on heading back to BHLDN. The prices are reasonable and the dresses are beautiful! I can’t wait to make another appointment ☺️

I had my eye on a couple of BHLDN dresses for a few months, ever since we started talking about getting married. I made an appointment for the Atlanta store on a Friday afternoon, and went with my mother and two sisters. The whole experience was wonderful. Our consultant, Erin, was amazing; helpful, fun, and enthusiastic. She had pulled the dresses I requested, as well as a few others that she thought I might like, based on the description I gave of our wedding when I set up the appointment. She also helped us look at some bridesmaids dresses, even though her shift was about to finish. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on, as it was exactly what I wanted. We also bought bridesmaids dresses for my sisters. The dresses shipped very quickly, and I received mine within a week of our appointment. The dressing area is small, but since we were there on a weekday, we didnt have to compete with any other brides. I highly recommend this store as a great place to get a unique dress for a reasonable price.

Bought my wedding dress from this shop and could not be more satisfied with the service I received or the dress itself. I do not enjoy shopping and was dreading the experience, but I was so pleasantly surprised. I actually had fun, and Alexis was wonderful and not at all pushy. I live in TN and the 3 hour drive was well worth it to accomplish my goal of finding a beautiful dress that fits me well at a great price.

They were so helpful! Jasmin took me for a walk-in appointment, and helped me find the bridesmaids dress I had been looking at forever. Even if they didn’t have the size/color, they were very accommodating by helping you visualize what it would look like in the right size/color, as well as what size you need! Process for ordering was super easy. Cannot wait to get my dress!

I had an incredible experience and was amazed by the quality and attention to detail I found in my appointment. Reilly was my consultant and was beyond kind and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire appointment. Cherry on top was that I found my dress!

I cannot say enough good things about my wedding dress shopping experience at BHLDN. To make a long story short, I ordered a dress online and ended up going through four different dresses before we determined there was a manufacturing issue with the zipper. I knew this dress was the one and the ladies in the store were incredibly helpful with returns, helping ease my anxiety and ultimately giving me a price adjustment for alterations for the zipper. Allison, Jessica, Payton and Shelby were all amazing and made me feel right at home (during multiple trips to the store).My mom also wasnt crazy about my dress when she looked at it online, and Allison and Payton offered great advice for how to help her get on the same page as me with the dress. When I brought my mom into the store we had my moms grandmothers necklace in hand for me to try on with the dress and Shelby helped me with accessories, including a veil and a sash. My mom was thrilled, loved the dress and ended up purchasing her mother of the bride dress from Beholden as well. Thank you all for everything. My experience was absolutely perfect and I would recommend Beholden to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique dress at a great price. The customer service at the store is incredible.

I had an awesome experience with my bridal consultant, Allie. She was very sweet and accommodating, and didnt mind that my family and I ended up extending our appointment by 10 minutes or so. My mom and sisters were served champagne and had a blast helping me pick my dress. I highly recommend BHLDN!

I ordered a BHLDN skirt and topper online and was really disappointed by it. It sent me off on quite a search at other stores, but I didnt find anything that I fell in love with. I made the short trek to the Atlanta store and returned the combo during a last-minute appointment to look at other dresses. I am so glad I did!It was a really great experience. I would recommend Shelby to absolutely anyone. She listened to me and tried to understand what I had in mind. She was sweet, thoughtful and knew right away what I was going to want. I picked out about 8 dresses to try on, she picked out one skirt combo. I almost didnt try her suggestion on because I had been so disappointed with the one Id ordered online, but I decided that since shed been so kind and helpful it was the right thing to do - guess what I left with! I LOVE it. Im so grateful for her help. She made what started out as a really rough wedding dress search into an easy and special occasion.Ill be recommending this experience to others. The wedding shop is tucked in the back corner, but easy to spot. We felt like it was a really special experience finding my sisters wedding dress. While we waited for her appointment to start, we were offered champagne/mimosas. The consultant gave a lot of attention to the needs of the bride, and really focused on her style as a bride.

I’m an indecisive bride so I ended up going in 2x today with 3 bridesmaids for bridesmaids dresses. The staff was extremely helpful and patient. They brought swatch samples to show colors, pulled dresses they thought would look good, and were always trying to stay one step ahead of us. Allie and Rachel- thank you both for your amazing service and for being patient!

My sister found her dream dress in this store and it was only possible with the flexibility and helpfulness of Allison.My sister and I were traveling from Florida to Michigan and stopped into beholden, they have a strict appointment only policy but the staff proved be very accommodating. The store was clean, the staff helpful, and the prices and selection appropriate!

I had the pleasure of having Martha Drake as my consultant, and she was great. The dresses are unlike any I found at other bridal salons for a third of the price. It was delivered in the mail in just about 2 weeks after purchase! MD was the bomb and managed to convince me to get a beautiful veil that I was pretty headstrong about not wanting, but Im so glad I did because its simple, elegant, and pulls the whole thing together. Just had a bridal appointment and could not have had a better experience! I didnt make an appointment (like a dummy) and drove all the way to Atlanta from upper East Tennessee in hope to try a few dresses on that I loved online. I called the morning of to see if by chance they had any cancellations and they made sure to give me a call as soon as one came up. My stylist Robyn took great care of me and my two bridesmaids. She found a few pieces that were perfectly my style and offered great advice! Would recommend BHLDN!

Myself and another bridesmaid (who do not live in Atlanta and were in town for the day) had ordered our dresses online. The dresses were horrendous fitting and we had no option but to choose another dress. As we came into BHLDN and explained the situation, first we were told we would not be able to return the original dresses, with tags attached and never worn, despite the fact they did not fit and we wanted to exchange. We were then told no one was able to help us but we could pick out stuff ourselves and they could maybe give us a fitting room (despite the fact we needed help with sizing, color, etc). Once we found dresses to try on ourselves, 3 of us were crammed into one of the BHLDN fitting rooms even though there were multiple other fitting rooms open, however, those were for Anthropologie customers and not BHLDN customers. The dresses themselves are ill-fitting and the sizing is all over the place. No one would help us take measurements or talk about sizing, and they carry very few sizes in stores so we had no idea what to do. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Im engaged myself and was planning to buy my bridesmaid dresses, and potentially wedding gown, at BHLDN but now I definitely will not after the service.

My experience with BHLDN was outstanding. Brynn helped me feel comfortable and really set a mood of celebration. She took an interest in me and my fiancés story. She was wonderful and the whole experience was great. I would recommend to any bride!

Just wanted to leave a review as I worked in the wedding industry for over a decade, including running a bridal shop, and I’ve never seen this level of professionalism and ownership in employees. Everyone in this shop is honestly fantastic and go well beyond what is required. Including Shelby who let me ask 8 million questions over the phone just now while I tried to work out which dress I actually wanted. Somehow I’ve managed to turn into an insane person in choosing a dress and she just rolled with it and helped me make a decision that worked best for me. Also want to note that not once over the phone or in person has anyone been pushy or intrusive about how much I was willing to spend. Would definitely recommend.

I had the best experience trying on wedding dresses with Brynns help! She did a great job helping me pick dresses based on details I gave her about my big day and my style. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend BHLDN and especially Brynn.

This was the first and only store I visited, and it was the experience I was hoping for. I wanted a very low-key relaxed bridal shopping trip where I could try on reasonable dresses without all the pressure of having a huge dramatic bridal moment. I probably tried on 6 dresses, and re-tried my top dress during my appointment.I highly suggest going on a weekday if possible. When I arrived for my 10:15am appointment on a Wednesday, I was the only one in the store. There is a fairly small area with limited mirror space, so I also suggest not bringing a large group (I only brought my mom). I can imagine that weekend appointments get a little crowded.I had done a lot of research before my appointment and knew my top gowns and exactly the silhouette I was looking for. Also shoutout to Vanny for making my experience easy and relaxed. She never pressured me to try on something that I didnt like and was very respectful of my budget. I ended up leaving my appointment without ordering a dress because I was torn between two dresses. I didnt feel any pressure to choose a dress and go ahead and buy while I was there. I called on Thursday after I made up my mind and ordered over the phone which was super easy.Overall, this was a great relaxed experience, and I ended up with a beautiful dress in my budget!

I loved the Atlanta BLHDN store. Had a great experience with two of my bridesmaids. Our attendant was so helpful and wonderful to work with. She was very patient and attentive and really made me feel at home. Cant say enough good!

This was the first time I had tried on wedding gowns since being engaged. I had a very good idea of what I wanted walking in but did not expect the experience to be so flawless. Alexis was so relatable and understood everything I was saying in regards to what I was wanting. And made the experience that much better! My first appointment of the day did not disappoint. My stylist, Brynn, was amazing at everything she did. She was willing to work with my budget and made great recommendations. She was right there with me the entire time! After two other terrible appointments later this day I had to call back and order the BHLDN dress of my dreams. The experience was top notch compared to the other bridal salons I tried. Thank you BHLDN for making this special day so incredibly easy!

I had a bridal appointment with Reilly on 8/7 and I cant say enough about how lovely the experience was. A very relaxed environment, unpretentious and all employees I encountered were very welcoming.She knew all the details of each gown and she wasnt selling a dress, ever. Anyone who has been to several bridal shops knows that many dont have patient, knowledgeable, personable consultants and often you feel pushed to buy something when it may not be the one.Reilly made me feel at ease, and I would highly recommend making an appointment and asking for her. I found THE dress and although it was the first of 8 I tried on, and I knew I would likely gonna back to it, we still tried them all. They were all gorgeous in their own, but I knew right away when it was the one. I think she did too.

Rachel was wonderfully helpful and sweet! I ended up ordering a dress over the phone the next day after making up my mind. The reason for dropping a star is that there is a limited selection available for trying on in the store and I wasnt able to try on the dress that I ordered, so hopefully I like it when it comes in.*update* Rachel called me several days later to let me know that she remembered the dress that Id liked online and had seen it come back into online stock, and was simply calling to see if I was aware. That went so above and beyond excellent customer service! I ordered it of course, and the shipping charges were waived for me. Way to go Rachel! Someone give her a raise!

Highly recommend stopping by here! Not only are they incredibly friendly, but also patient and can help with styling. I was at a loss of what type of dress to go for and not only is there a wide array of dresses to try on, she even helped me take photos for me to remember how the dresses looked.

Truly awful experience for what should have been a happy one. We drove five hours to come here for a sample sale and were treated poorly. We followed the rules in only taking 5 items into the fitting room, actually only taking 3. Upon returning to look at dresses, I was told to put the one I was thinking about buying back because we were not allowed to hold dresses. That’s fine. I abided, in spite of the other women that were obviously not brides scouting and holding dresses for other brides. Then, when I went to get a different dress to try on, one of the staff very rudely told me that I could not do so and had to go back outside and wait in the back of the line (it’s 49 degrees outside and I already waited in it for an hour and a half). I didn’t know this, they didn’t make that part known otherwise I would have been more careful in choosing my dresses and I would have taken five in. Now, here I am outside waiting and no other brides have come out because they are all still trying on dresses, cycling through turns in the fitting room. I’m a reasonable person— I’m even okay that I’m the only one abiding by the rules. I’m not okay with being spoken to like I’m less than a person. If it weren’t for the fact that I drove here from NC, they would not have my business.

I had a great fitting and bought a beautiful gown at a great cost. However, the dress was back ordered TWICE, which is now cutting it so close to my wedding date, that I may not actually have a dress to wear that day. They offered to give me credit for a dress in-stock but there are absolutely NO dresses in my size available. We cancelled and reordered the dress to change shipping to overnight and now I have been waiting more than a week for the original orders funds to be returned to my account. Wedding dresses are expensive and I am now having to pay an interest charge for a credit transaction that should have been returned to my account. Terrible experience, terrible options for fixing a potentially disastrous situation.

Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The dresses are gorgeous and I love the fact that you don’t need to order months in advance like a lot of other bridal shops.

Would give 0 stars but it wasnt an option -- I didnt have a good experience with them at all. My wedding is in August and my dress was promised to arrive in June. Then the dress was backordered twice. I called to resolve the issue and what I was told was to find a different dress somewhere else because there is no way to gaurentee that my dress would arrive in time for my wedding. Customer service was terrible. I didnt know what to do after falling in love with a dress and knowing it wont be there for my wedding, it added so much stress on top of everything! Definitely will not be working with them again in the future.

I was very nervous going into my appointment: I thought the experience would make me insecure, anxious, & that I’d have to settle because my perfect dress wouldn’t be within my budget. I was so wrong! Alexis was lovely from the moment we met her. She had great suggestions for the order I tried things on & for accessories once I decided on a dress. I ended up finding my dream dress in only 20 minutes! It’s everything I wanted, completely flattering, & was in my budget. I never felt anxious or pressured during the whole appointment. I would recommend this BHLDN location to everyone, especially Alexis!

My daughter and I went to BHLDN while visiting in Atlanta to look for a mother-of-the-bride dress. Although I found a dress that I liked, it was being discontinued and not available in the color of my choice. I worked with Melia, who further researched the dress on line to check for availability at other store locations. When I called back the following day, she continued to offer suggestions. Melia went above and beyond in her efforts to help me find the dress, giving me much appreciated, excellent customer service.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my dress at BLDN. Brynn was very helpful, and she made sure I tried on an array of dresses. Because of this, I am wearing a beautiful dress that I love (one I never would have tried on to begin with).

I had the best appointment at BHLDN! I’ve been following BHLDN on social media for a couple years now, so I had a pretty good idea of the dresses I wanted to try on and I was very hopeful I would find my perfect dress here. This was the first appointment I made to try on dresses and it did not disappoint! Austyn was my stylist and I could seriously go on for days about how amazing she was. From the minute she introduced herself, she made me feel heard and comfortable! She was so knowledgeable about each dress, what would go with it and was very aware of my responses to each dress. In the end the very first dress I tried on became the “one”!! However, I didn’t buy it in that moment because I had 2 other appointments that same day. Neither stylist at the next two stores could even come close to the amazing service Austyn and the BHLDN gave me. I called back same day and ordered my dress!! Go to BHLDN, ask for Austyn, and you will have the best day!

For a low key girl, this is the way to go for dress shopping. I was in and out in 30 min...with a gorgeous dress ordered.

I do not recommend coming here to get your wedding dress. For a lot of people, the wedding dress shopping experience is very important and you can not get that here. The dressing rooms are very small. Theres only one mirror that everyone shares. Also, people trying on regular clothes use the same dressing rooms. Its a mess. Also, I traveled from out of state and desperately wanted to try on ONE dress without an appointment. They said no, and in a rude way. They said they were too busy. I made an appointment for the next day a week in advance, but due to a family emergency, wouldnt be able to make it. They didnt know this at the time because I never told them my name in the store. I left the store and got a call from them asking me how they can help me come in today since i had to cancel my appointment for the day after. They said they could take me right now even though they just told me in person that they were too full. They, of course, didnt realize they were talking to the same person. Very unprofessional and ruined the whole experience for me.

Just not impressed. My sales associate, Katherine, wasnt the most wonderful.They typically only allow for 3 people plus the bridge to attend their very strict one hour appointments (I was told I could try on one more dress and then needed to leave right before the hour). But they let me know I could bring more if I specified before the appointment. I did. But they were still very surprised when I showed up with six people — and werent too excited about it.Kathrine was also not great at cinching the dresses correctly to my size. Typically, they are able to clip you into a dress and give you an idea of what the alterations would look like. And for some reason, Kathrine wasnt great at it. My maid-of-honor was really the one who got the dresses fitting correctly.The changing rooms feel like ordinary changing rooms ... NOT the kind where youd like to try on your wedding dress. It was a Sunday afternoon, and us brides-to-be were competing for mirror time and space. It was hard to think about what dress you were wearing.The rest of my family was told to sit on a sweet, little blue couch out in the store, and when I came out in my dress, I was a spectacle. People shopping for linens or a new dress were stopping and making comments ... not the best environment.The dresses were meh. If you LOVE very simple, sheath dresses (like I honestly do), you might love this place. Or youll realize how cheap the material is and realize you dont want to spend $2,000 on a glorified prom dress.Definitely not impressed.

The online appointment booking process was very easy, and I cant say enough good things about my stylist Isabelle. She was so easygoing and made me feel so comfortable, which I really appreciated as I wasnt super pumped about doing the whole bridal salon thing in general. I also felt like she had a good understanding of what styles I would like, so it made it all very effortless on my part.The reason I gave only 4 stars is because I feel that the BHLDN section of the Anthro store should be completely separate. As is, the BHLDN dressing rooms are just in the back of the regular dressing rooms, and it got crowded af (I only brought my mom and there was just one other appointment at the same time as me, but she had 4 people with her; I cant imagine how stifling it would be if there were 3+ women back there with full bridal support crews, because there werent that many places for people to sit).Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would do it again. I really appreciated Isabelles insight and chill personality, not to mention the valuable information she provided about tailors and free store shipping. Thanks Isabelle!

I dont often leave Google reviews but my experience at this BHLDN location was so fantastic that Im truly excited to leave feedback: my bridal consultation Reilly (we bonded immediately over our shared name, a really wonderful start to the appointment) was so sweet and attentive and thoughtful! I had mentioned in the appointment survey the dresses I was most interested in and she had them pulled aside for me before I even got there, which made the whole process that much easier. The appointments are only an hour long, which, if youve tried on dresses before, can seem dauntingly short, but with her help I tried on about 10 dresses, fell in love with one, and still had about 15 minutes to spare! The dresses themselves are beautiful, reasonably priced, and available to try on in two different sample sizes (4 & 12), which is so nice when youre trying to get as close to your true size as possible! I noticed in some other reviews that the bridal section being located inside a regular Anthropologie was kind of weird/ disjointed/ unpleasant compared to the traditional bridal boutique experience, but I completely forgot about that once the appointment started. I had been to two traditional boutiques beforehand and I honestly enjoyed this experience more not only because I found the dress of my dreams, but because the kindness of the BHLDN staff & their genuine desire to help made the appointment so memorable!

I have to say that I was a little underwhelmed by my experience at this BHLDN. They had another bridal appointment at the same time as mine, so instead of having the main dressing room mirror, they stuck me in the back corner of the showroom. Basically in the store. I had emailed a list of 7 dresses I wanted to try prior to my arrival and was told they had them all. When I got to the dressing room, there were only 5. I felt rushed so I felt like it was rude to get in my phone and figure out which dresses were missing. On top of that, two of the size 4 sample dresses I wanted to try were “out for Cleaning”. They made me try on a 12!! I’m 5’4” and 110lbs. I felt like the sales girl was just reciting a script.

Had a super experience with Caitlin! She was pleasant and knowledgeable about the designs as well as inventory.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at BHLDN! After some miscommunications on the phone that had me feeling a bit frustrated and apprehensive, we showed up on time for my appointment and were made to wait for ~10 minutes for unannounced reasons (it was clear they were worried about space in the back but didnt want to relay that information to me). When they realized that I had only brought 2 people instead of 3 people, it was all smoothed out and we went back to the dressing room area. Peyton was my stylist and she was wonderful! Very sweet, very friendly, and very helpful! I was pretty set on the dresses I wanted to try on, and Peyton helped walk me through the pros and cons of each dress. She gave me various sashes, veils, etc. that helped me see each dress in different lights. She also threw a wildcard my way, which I really appreciated, because it helped me confirm the type of dress I wanted. Ultimately, my favorite thing Peyton did was walk me OUT of the dressing room area into the dress rack room to look in the mirror there. At first, I was confused why I wasnt standing on the pedestal in front of the 3 mirrors, until Peyton said I like to come out here because it has the best natural light - and she was right! It totally helped me see the dresses better and since my wedding is outside, it was actually a necessary component I hadnt even considered before! My bridesmaids were a bit bummed that the store had run out of champagne right before we arrived, so unfortunately they didnt get any bubbly, but that was a minor blip. My takeaway from this experience was very positive - I am actually calling today to order my dress! Thank you BHLDN and most of all, thank you Peyton!!
