Great neighborhood hardware.Kind of pricey but, you pay for convenience.

Id be a happier customer if the store was open later. I never need hardware at nine in the morning. More like late afternoon on the weekends. They close at 5. Even in summer.

Awesome staff. Looks like they really care. I see that they respond to reviews. I lost my keys there one time they were really helpful. Great prices, good customer services. Love you guys.

I might as well have been invisible when visiting this store. No greetings whatsoever from any of the employees despite being there for almost 10 minutes. Im not sure if its because of the color of my skin or not. A simple greeting goes a long way in any place that does business. Will never shop here.

I have used this store for twenty five ++ years. I live a stone’s throw away and it is my go to place every time. The staff is like family. They know everything from my dogs names to what my next project is. I would let any of them watch my kids! If you need specific items, special types of nuts, bolts, etc... chances are you will find it there. It is just a great store and I have never walked out without a smile. It is the kind of place you would see in a tv commercial... but it is the real thing. In all seriousness, they set a standard most others can only strive for. They make going to the store fun. Might sound corny but it’s true.

The staff here are so nice and Grace is awesome! She helped me find all the missing pieces I needed to assemble my table. Would’ve been completely helpless otherwise!

The staff was friendly and right away asked if they could help find something. They had a ice selection.

Was there 21st Aug 2019, needed some tools for assembling my daughters furniture as she moved to Atlanta for studies. Truly good staff there, sorry i dont have the name of the lady there, she was very nice and helpful. Great selection of goods and wonderful service! Had one of the workers carry out some heavy purchases for me, which I very much appreciated it. Cashiers were very kind and engaging, a much more intimate and enjoyable experience than some of the huge warehouse stores of other companies.

I usually have a good expirence here but todayI politely asked the girl cashier if they were getting any more protective masks and she gave me a unbelievably strange look before snapping a terse no at me and I asked if she knew when they were scheduled to get somein she and once again rolled her eyes and mumbled no idea.Wow,this person shouldnt be dealing with the public and gives the entire store a bad name.

Well stocked with far better service than any hardware superstore. They even had hard to find items like a 114 drapery pole that I could find at Home Depot or Lowes. They were warm and welcoming at 30 minutes before closing time when most stores are shooting you out the store.

Far from helpful. Called to see wean something may be in stock.Lets just say thay dont ever know wean there stock is coming in.

This is a great hardware store. Has almost everything you could possibly need. The floor sales people are handy, and very helpful. Ive been shopping here for nearly 30 years.

Friendly, helpful staff. Wide variety of items from fun to have, to household necessities. Whenever I need a hook, nail, screw, bolt or whatever in a particular size, its always waiting for me at Ace.

This is a great store, but I just experienced the most despicable lady working the cash register. She couldnt wait to leave work, and she rudely reminded me that the store was closing in 6 minutes. Rarely has such a short interaction with someone been so unpleasant.

Today I purchased 2 KN95 face masks and I was charged $18 plus tax. On the internet prices range between $5 and $8 dollars per mask. This Ace hardware store is number one for highway robbery and taking advantage of the current situation. They should be ashamed. I will never buy anything else from them.

I cant say enough positive things about Ace Hardware in Toco Hill. The staff will regularly take you right to where you need and help you with your purchase. They all are very helpful and friendly, and also give good advice about a repair if you need it.

Disappointing staff...I went to this Ace to buy a screwdriver for disassembly of one of my electronics, I wasnt sure what size the Torx head was and when I was looking at them I told the clerk, so if it isnt the right one I can return it...he didnt answer but I didnt think much of it...I bought it...it was the wrong one...went to return it and the clerk just said NO RETURNS ON HAND TOOLS I didnt see the sign when I bought it and figured if that was the case the clerk who helped me find the tools would have said something...anyways now Im stuck with a 7 dollar micro screwdriver that is unused and not returnable...this is why people buy off amazon...at least you dont have clerks lie to you to sell tools. I wouldnt go back unless its an absolute emergency. Also I found it strange that all the yeti coolers which are inside the store and not close to the door are locked down. One good note is they have a lot of Big Green Egg items. Overall a very poor hardware store.

Pretty limited selection. Didnt see many employees when I needed help finding a type of screw (that I dont think they have).

Outstanding customer service, even if in some departments the selection can be somewhat limited.
