We wanted a specific pool table we had seen online. We wanted it in a grey wood color with matching benches and table top. I called GSHR spoke to Steve Baird, exchanged texts with pictures. He ordered exactly what we wanted at a price that was as competitive as anything online. The table arrived and we were contacted. The house wasnt ready so they kept the table an extra month for us. The installer came on time and assembled the table. Easy to work with, great price, great experience. Only issue was no tip sharper for the new cues in the package. $15 at the biggest pool hall I have ever seen, My Cues in Tucker, and we were holding family tournaments. Thanks Steve and team!

Fabulous service and selection!!

My wife and I purchased a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey table for our recently finished basement. The pool table was installed and setup beautifully and perfectly level. The sales process was simple, the delivery was on time, and the manager was very kind and helpful as well. We just ordered a pub high top table as well as they carry a full line of furniture. I would highly recommend Greater Southern for any game room toys or pinball/arcade machines. They have a great selection and very professional staff.

After receiving both items from my order, I communicated with Greater Southern to tell them about my experience. I was really pleased with my Legacy Billiards Sterling Pub Table. It was exactly what I anticipated and met my need completely. The quality and finish were perfectly described and the product was fairly easy to put together. This item was definitely worth the price. However, I was extremely disappointed in the Ram Gameroom Half Table Ball Holder Pool Cue Rack. It is not as it was described on their website. Product Description End table cue and pool ball holder features four felt lines racks and multiple cue slots. Featuring unique designs, top quality materials, hand crafted finishes The table had four line racks that are cheaply painted green (no felt) and the wood and other materials were not top quality materials. I didnt mind waiting five (5) months to receive it as I was expecting a much better quality product, but this was not a product worth $229. To date, Greater Southern has not responded.UPDATE 8/22/2016 - Because the owner expressed an interest in resolving this matter in their response, I attempted to contact them directly. As of todays date, Greater Southern has not replied, provided a call tag, or resolved this matter. As such, I have reduced my rating to 1 star.

This is a beautiful store with a great selection of darts, dart boards, and every dart accessory one might need. The staff is super polite and helpful. I went in seeking some advice and to buy my first set of decent darts with hardly any knowledge of them and Steve helped explain differences between the brands of darts, materials, weights, flights, and answered any other questions I had. Theyve got a dart board set up and he encouraged me to try throwing a few different weights and models of dart for a little while to figure out what I thought felt the best for me. I definitely dont regret coming here on a whim as opposed to just ordering a random set online or from a big-box store and just hoping I liked how theyd throw. Plus its nice to support a local business instead a giant retailer. Ill definitely be coming back for any of my dart related needs.They have a lovely, clean, showroom filled with pool tables and accessories, home theater equipment, even things like arcade machines and shuffleboard tables. If youre looking to put together a game room, just make your basement awesome, set up a mancave (or a woman cave, I suppose), a home theater, or whatever...you can get just about everything youd need here. The only bad thing is that I could see me spending so much money here picking out stuff for my dream basement that Id probably bankrupt myself. Overall, awesome store.

I was in the process of a basement remodel so Greater Southern held onto my pool table until I was ready for delivery (three weeks).Installation was done quickly and professionally. I was working with limited space so the installers were great about suggesting the best placement for the pool table. The table is beautiful and plays well. I plan on purchasing some short pool sticks for a tight space I have around the pool table and will go back to Greater Southern to make the purchase.I would highly recommend Greater Southern Home Recreation for your game room needs.

We just bought a poker table, 4 chairs and 2 bar stools. Wokred with Morris. Even though the store sells game room supplies this stuff is high qulaity furniture.Morris was excellent to work with. He was very helpful with picking out stains and color combinations. He would would not let us complete the order until he was sure that the stain color and seat covers we picked coorinated with the cabinets and other furniture in the in the basement. He wanted to make sure that we were going to be 100% happy with the purchase and we are delighted with the results.
