Brought in a textbook to have the spine cut off. Lady at the print services counter had attitude from the beginning, and said she wasnt sure she could do it. All other stores Ive been to (both Max and Depot), can do this...when I returned to pick up the book, with more attitude she said she talked to a manager, and he said no. Had to drive up the street a few miles to Office Depot, they did it without questions...
