I came to the store at the last minute and the gentleman made it possible for me to have my custom shirt. It came out sooo pretty. Definitely recommend this place. The price was a little costly compared to what I usually pay. So make sure u ask when u start adding things on the shirt but the quality of the work is great

Amazing service! Thanks so much Byran!Team mom and more..lol..for basketball team. I was in a bind to get some jerseys screen printed in a very short time. Everyone kept telling me that it would take 2 weeks or longer to complete 45 jerseys. I could not accept that answer.I explained to Byran that I had my blank jerseys and what needed to be added. I explained our situation to him. He rose to the occasion. He got all of our jerseys done in about 36 to 40 hours. He was a God send for sure. He has 2 locations and was able to squeeze our order into his already full work schedule.The jerseys came out exactly as requested. I was able to pickup and distribute to the teams in time for our first tournament. There was a small hiccup that he fixed immediately. A few jerseys got removed for quality check so removed from box. He met me at tournament to get them to me. Let me say no one is doing that. He goes over and beyond to provide exceptional service!!He did our 2nd set of jerseys and tshirts as well. The parents were players have been extremely pleased as has our coaching staff. Please do not be like me. Lol. Get your ordee to him with plenty of time to complete say 2 weeks. Lol! No one else needs gray hairs. Exceptional service with an overwhelming positive attitude! Never saw him sweat!FYI You do not have to provide your own apparel. We had ordered ours in advance. They will provide.

I’ve never dealt with unprofessionalism like I have with this company! They had my order for a week and a half. I called every other day just to get the full price and expected time of completion. The female representative continued to tell me she would call me back. Not once did she call back. When I arrived to pick up my order they had not printed anything. They told me over the phone the tights were completed but not the shirts. When I arrived, I waited 10 minutes while they printed the tights. UNPROFESSIONAL

I enjoy my experience every time I come to Home Team Apparel. The customer service is great and my shirt always comes out like I envisioned it. In the case where there is a mistake, their team fixes it with no problem. The only place I will go for custom apparel.

Poor customer service! I sent images over a week ago and the lady advised me I will hear back from someone in 48 hours and never did. Call back a week later and they guy told be I have to send images back over again and it will take another 48 hours. They act like they dont want to help you and answer the phone with an attitude. Dont go to Greenbriar!
