Like many others, I would leave a worse rating if I could. The second time Dre has said that he would be out between 2pm and 6 pm and he has not shown in that 4 hour window and this time, has not shown at all. Unfortunately American Home Shield contracted him to fix my washing machine, but 3 weeks later (and two weeks after he got the parts) and I still dont have a working washer. If this company is assigned to you by American Home Shield or any other warranty company, call them IMMEDIATELY and ask for a different service technician.

Worst service ever! Never returned any calls because you cant leave messages. Tried to text but got no response. Four months later the problem was finally resolved because I purchased a new fridge instead of letting my food rot waiting for the old fridge to be repaired.

If I could give them a worse rating, I would. My comments are exactly the same as all the negative comments below! They are completely useless, surely the Warranty company knows by now that these people are scammers. They have no idea how to fix appliances. I have never dealt with such bad contractors ever!

This is the WORSE SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! All of these reviews are CORRECT! My Hone Warranty company sent this Person Out to my home and it has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE SINCE!! One MONTH LATER and APPLIANCE IS STILL NOT REPAIRED! There has been SEVERAL MISSED APPOINTMENTS, UNRETURNED PHONE CALLS, AND JUST FIRST CLASS RUDENESS & UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!STAY AWAY!

If I could give them a 0 I would.Our dishwasher isnt working and on the 4th we contacted our home warranty company and they sent these guys out.They didnt show up at all, we didnt leave the house all day and no one contacted us. They LIED and said they came which we know is bs because Im a stay at home mother and my husband works from home - we are home ALL DAY!!We contacted American Home Shield again and they said they would re-send them and again, no one showed.We have now been without a dishwasher for over 2 weeks and will support another business. We shall be reporting this sham of a company.It is an absolute disgrace they are still in business and AHS need to cut ties.Avoid at all costs!

This was the most unprofessional business ever. he came to service my washer and looked at it for 2 mins. He left his car running so it appeared he already knew what he was going to do. He claimed it was a faulty part that would take 1-10 days to come in. It took over two weeks and he provided no updates. When the part finally came in he returns and says it wasn’t the part but another issue. He was late both times with no communication as to why. He seems to be running a scam on the warranty companies.

Very unprofessional. Bad attitude..No communication as to ETA and no compassion towards their customer. Never showed up or called on day of appointment after waiting 4 hours. (My time took off work I must add)Lied to warranty company stating they were in route and only a few minutes away.. still never showed or called after another hour. Definitely would Not Recommend or Refer.

I have American Home Shield, this is the worst company. This was my assigned technician and he lied, he stated that he showed up at my house and I rejected him. He was scheduled to show between 1-4:30 but never showed, when I text him at 5pm he stated that he as stuck in traffic, what I texted him when he would be here he did not reply and cancelled my appointment.

Great job from start to finish!! I admit, very hesitant to use the D&J Appliances due to poor ratings. I didnt have a choice, assigned them as per my homeowners insurance. But I couldnt be more pleased. Kept me informed of the process. Technician arrived within the stated timeframe. And I am back in business, repair is completed. Thank you.

0 stars. Horrible customer service and then harrassed me via email and lied said I cancelled the appintment. D & J sent me an 9a-1pm appointment time. They no-showed. Then when I complained, I was met with deceit, a negative and argumentative attitude. They tried to say they were running late...but it was 2:30pm. And then said my appointment time was 3-7pm. I will complain to American Home Shield who hired them. How dare they!

Very unprofessional. Did not not show for appt. Do not use!!!! American Home shield is really scraping the bottom of the barrel for their contractors.

Does not communicate well, unprofessional, and is not prepared. Showed up to house to fix fridge and did not have all the parts. Also, while trying to fix the issue with our fridge, they ended up breaking another part in the process that they will need to replace.

This company is very unprofessional. The admin staff and also the owner of the business himself “DJ” I will make it my duty to get them off of the warranty I use!!! ASAP
