However, I received the best, most professional service from Irene πŸ˜„ She was alone in her department, and was very busy with other customers but she never lost her patience or her cheery disposition. She is an outstanding lady and whatever Best Buy is paying her, it isnt enough!

It was a pretty cool experience however, they didnt have the advertised sale notebook in stock and was out of stock on a few other computer options. BEST Buy was still a lower rate than where I first noticed the notebook. I still was able to purchase a solid 2-n-1 Lenox computer. There is a large variety of electronic hardware to select from at very competitive rates.

I had a horrible experience at this Best Buy. I drove like crazy to get there before closing because I’d gotten a call from my daughter in college who had several break-ins at her dorm out of state. I needed a modem and a ring doorbell. However, I had one question about the modem. I walked in about 15 minutes before closing and all I heard was the β€œmanager” talking about how she’s locking the door early because she’s ready to go.. I asked about four people if they could answer a question and they all said no. They were with someone. Now, the customer was not face to face with them so I assumed they could answer a question. Still no answer. I asked the β€œmanager”. She called someone to answer but they were busy. She then yelled at a consultant about locking the doors. You could tell that it was definitely not about answering a simple question. They only wanted to go home. I’ll order Amazon next time because there is no longer a reason to go to a store. Yes, I came late. But, it was literally one question. Customer service is a thing of the past. Don’t work retail if you must make customers feel unwanted. Get a 9 to 5. If the manager has this attitude, everyone else is doomed. Do better Best Buy. It was actually the worst buy I’ve ever experienced.

Store made mistakes on 2 of my orders and because the store could not be reached directly by phone, I had to get in my car and go back twice. It was corrected by a rude person who made me feel dirty for asking it to be corrected - not my fault. No apology offered. Some folks do not need to get paid to interact with people. Micro Center is 10x better with customer service and cheaper on the same items. Check them out.

This is why I buy mostly what I need online and these stores are going by the wayside. I went in to buy a simple cable. I go to the area where the cable is supposed to be. The person on the TV section tells me I need to go by the computers. So they have the exact same type of cables over by the computers. when I finally get someone to help me by the computers he has an absolute attitude with me and tells me the cable that I need us in the front by the phone kiosk. So that is the third place that they have the exact same type of cables because of that particular brand that I wanted which I found online and they said they had three available in the store.I get to the area he sent me to and I cant find it anywhere of course then I realized there is a reason I cant find it. The entire rack that is supposed to have the cables on it does not have cables hanging from their proper places but instead they are all over the floor and all over the bottom of the shelf. 90% of them are returned and they are mislabeled as to what the contents are inside. So naturally now I cant find the item that I need and instead of buying the cheaper one that they supposedly have three of in stock. I have to go back over by the televisions and spend four times the amount for one that will do the exact same job as a $12 one. Can someone please explain to me why three of the exact same type of cables are in three completely different parts of the store 300 yards apart in each direction? And with the prices you are charging for your stuff you cant afford to have people hang things on the shelves where they belong or hooks that is? I only came to this store because it was convenient and location to what I was trying to get done. This was your shot to maybe try to bring someone back into the fold and have them shop in your store again. Major fail, all you did was reaffirm that I will virtually never use your establishment and others shouldnt either. Because the last thing it was was convenient nor did it let me get the item that I wanted which supposedly three were in stock but of course they couldnt be found because of the rats nest you call a sales display. There always seems to be a lot of empty shelves even before the pandemic. I keep wondering if they are closing down but that does not seem to be the case. When they have stuff it is great and the employees are always helpful but I end up ordering online for delivery often because they have no stock.

My husband and I went into the store to buy a chrome book and after waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to help us, we still weren’t helped so we ended up leaving. It was an hour before the store closed and there weren’t many people in the store. We tried to ask one of the associates for help and they said they would but then proceeded to keep talking to other people about non work related things. We will be taking our business to another location that will actually want our business.

They have a poor selection and a terrible return policy. 15 days for an item that has no risk of losing value is absurd. I cant speak for everyone, but the employees who I encountered were nothing but helpful, professional, and understanding. I came in for a battery replacement on my phone, and even though the employee helping me out was supposed to leave right as I entered, she decided to stay so that I wouldnt have to wait. It ended up taking quite a while to run all the tests thanks to Apple (not to mention Apple trying to force me to send my phone in instead of letting them repair it onsite that same day), but once that was all sorted they did the repair. Unfortunately the screen got broken in the process. Instead of giving excuses or blaming me, they took full responsibility and made sure to get me a speedy replacement for my screen, free of charge. It sucked to have to wait so long, but they handled a rather unfortunate circumstance as best they could and I could not have asked for anything more. In case any of those wonderful employees see this, hope you enjoy your new watch Kayla and nice jordan 4s Justin.

Wow, talk WORST BUY. I had a delivery/install set today for a stacking washer/dryer. Bought and paid for in February. The two guys get to my house and refuse to pull into the driveway. Several near collisions going on on the busy road, but never mind about that! Then they pull out the huge box (onto the busy road) which has a picture on the side of four (4) guys moving it. Then they ask me where it is being installed and I showed them the stairs. The first guy takes a photo. At that point they said they could not deliver it, they needed two more guys (yes 2+2=4!). Then I showed the lead guy the exact spot which would require a side vent of the dryer for it to fit into the space. He took another picture and told me no way! Not going to work. He called his boss, a lady, who first appeared to argue with him about the stairs. Then, after looking at the photo, and done arguing with him, she told me no side vents. I explained to her that the sales-guy at the store, two months ago, showed me the side vent feature of this particular model, and assured me that installing it as a side vent dryer was no problem. No big deal when the $ are changing hands. I handed the phone back to the lead guy and then on speakerphone his boss stated loudly: This is all the customers fault! My fault for not anticipating the number of people required, and my fault for asking them to side vent this dryer.Do NOT buy this kind of product from these people. And do NOT expect anything approaching courtesy or professionalism.

They greet you at the door and grab your item for you if you are dropping in for something specific. I bought a brand new I7 Dell laptop to use with my DJ gear. Come to find out I needed more memory to run my software. Went back to this location to upgrade more RAM and was sold the wrong memory card. I went back a third time to have the memory card installed with the geek squad and thats how I found out I had been sold the wrong one. They informed me that they did have the memory card i needed but they came in 2 packs. However I did not need 2 I only need 1. They informed me that they did not have what i needed at their store nor could they order me what i needed. The woman manager was very unhelpful and rude and never offered me a solution to my problem. I told her I was going to write a review and her response was Go Ahead. Josh in customer service was very pleasant and professional you company should promote him to take the other managers spot. So moral of my story is I bought a brand new laptop that cannot be upgraded.

Oh boy, where do I start. I place an online order for pick up at one store, shows it’s available for pick up, awesome, I can pick it up in the morning. Wait 2 hours for an update, finally I get an update that it’s out to stock.... even though it showed it was available and in stock. Ok, I can just change location. Change location to this store, give them 2 hours even though it says β€œwithin 45 minutes it will be ready for pick up” never get an update. So I make the 35 min drive to the store and figured maybe they just haven’t scanned it in. Get the the pick up counter, some [insert insult here] looking Steve Earkle female tries to scan a damaged screen when I offered to read out the order number. Guess what, it wouldn’t scan.... and then she has an attitude because she has to use her hands to type in some number. Poor thing. Rather than just telling me β€œthe phone is not in stock” I have to call bestbuy customer service to be told that the phone isn’t in stock. What’s funny is, if it shows online that something is in stock, and when they go to the shelf and see it’s not in stock, that means someone on their store is stealing their products. Honestly I almost didn’t make the order with Best Buy. But I figured, maybe this time, I won’t have a bad experience like every other time....... boy, what a gamble I took a loss on. How is Best Buy still even open? paying these lazy workers has to be expensive.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S20 from Best Buy But only a week later solid they had a really good deal on the S20+ that was only a $100 difference. I went into store and asked them to help me switch the phones while also maintaining my upgrade. Sabrina put ALL of her time and efforts into helping me through this process! She was kind, diligent and very open & comninicative!! After multiple calls, numerous frustrating dead ends, asking for guidance from her coworkers while trying different methods and 2 hours... Sabrina was able to make this customer extremely happy because I got the phone I wanted!!
