Pretty easy backup to dock took couple hours to unload not bad freindly ppl

Ordered over $3600 worth of windows and doors. Took 9 weeks when they told me 4. Missing one window and have an extra of another. They will not exchange or take it back. Missing window parts and they were hateful when I called to explain what was missing.

Travis is great to work with and has a lets figure it out attitude. He gets to the point and gets it done. Great communicator with wife and myself on items for new house. Thanks!

Oh my goodness this company is awesome!!! I have nothing but good things to say about Travis and his team. So much so, I took the entire staff lunch because I really appreciated such perfect customer service and fast installation. Here’s a comparison- I called another company first for a quote to fix the broken seal in (all) my windows & was quoted $25k after waiting for their guy to come to my house 2 weeks later. So I called Travis at Quality for a second opinion and all he asked for was an email of photos. He knew the exact problem within minutes, called in my windows (that were fully cover under warranty) & had his guys install within a couple weeks working around weather! He saved me $100’s of dollars!!! I will always call him first for any future needs and will refer him to anyone I know. Thanks for everything, Travis & team!
