I went in there to switch my family over from straight talk the other day. The young male by the name of Cody was very professional and helped us out a lot. This is the first review I have ever written and it is because of the outstanding customer service this man gave my family. He went out of his way to help us keep our phone numbers and he was great with our children who were full of excitement because they were getting new phones. What was supposed to be a Christmas list shopping chore ended up being overall a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Worse Mistake of My LIFE!!! I purchased a Samsung S10 but l travel for work my phone does not work in Pomeroy Ohio. I work 10 hours in Pomeroy Ohio can not use my phone at all!! I called Cricket Wireless and they said too bad so sad.
