Only one person here is useful. Marine veteran who cares, the rest are terrible. No customer service… none. They blocked my wife’s number after we called twice regarding a part that needs replaced while still under warranty. Brand new Yamaha and once it leaves the lot they will forget you existed.

When there is a problem they will not call you back. I have called sever times will not retun phone call go somewhere else.

So I ride a KTM 390 Duke (one of KTM’s street bikes) and unfortunately this shop doesn’t have the license to work on the KTM street bikes. However, every time I’ve needed help finding parts for maintenance or repair, ordering parts, or anything like that, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I have the correct parts for the job and even offered to talk me through how to fix the problem! This place has amazing customer service!

Very rude sales woman . I Was going to purchase a four wheeler & ended up not buying because of her . She even used foul language. When it takes you mutiple hours to get to the location, you would think they would be friendly.

Very good service. They were more helpful than the closest dealer of my bike. When I had a broken kickstand bolt. They didnt have the exact part, but were able to get me going again. Hats off to your high class way of doing business. Thanks guys

Not very pleased with the service I was givin. Took my rims to get new tires and them balanced to still not be done almost 14 business days later. To add the cherry on top pick up the rear rim yesterday, throw it on the bike and it is the exact same as when I took it in !!!! Spokes were never touched... Will be taking anything else to a small shop that will get it done and do it right !

Ive had my motorcycle serviced here and Eli and Rusty are great to work with. Fair pricing, the job is done right and on time, what else can you ask for? A family member just bought a new motorcycle from Chad and hes a professional that is easy to work a deal with. Good no-BS pricing, no games, a straight shooter which is exactly what you want. Great service department, quickly diagnosed the problem and had me back me back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend them, funny one of their staff described the business as a dysfunctional family. She was obvioulsy being sarcastic but whatever their secret sauce is their doing it right! If you need some work done on your scooter get it in they will get it fixed quick and heres the best part without banking the bank!

Had my side by side in for service they were bearing under the warranty were friendly and did good work. So as far as their service department theyre really good

The guy I talked to on the phone was beyond helpful and nice I got there order my parts and everything and the guy I was talking to just had this indifferent attitude like it was whatever in the middle of the day if it was the end of the day I would understand but other than that everything was great in my opinion

I went in to purchase a new helmet, as I stood by the helmets fro about ten minuets looking at the selection I walked around the corner looking for help since no one had been by to ask if I needed help. As soon as I walked up to the desk to ask for assistance everyone working the desk walked back to the officer area (there were about 5 people working, and my fiancé and I were the only people shopping) I left with no helmet and went straight to Logan to find a shop

I got a flat tire along side of highway on day 1 of a 7 day bike trip. Athens Sport Cycles didnt handle Hondas so they couldnt repair my bike. They however loaded it in an inclosed trailer and drove it to a Honda dealer an hour away. Now that is old fashioned service.

Although had some manufacturer issues with the side by side I purchased, JJ in Sales was top notch and showed a level of customer service you just dont get too often these days.

The first time they had my bike for a month and a half only to make the problem worse by somehow getting a rubber washer stuck inside a cylinder and destroying half the engine! They fixed the problem THEY caused and didnt even fix the problem I originally brought it in for. This time I dropped my bike off 2 weeks ago to have a code read, the code was C00 on a suzuki which means no problem. They kept it for 2 weeks without ever calling to explain anything. I will never bring my motorcycle back here.

Ive dealt (and still do) with both the Harley and the Metric side of the business, and both are fine. On the H-D side, Ive had two major repairs of my Electra Glide (purchased used elsewhere) and both times the job was ready when promised, cost what they said it would, and was done right--problem was gone, confirming their diagnosis. They have a pretty full H-D showroom floor, too, with bikes, gizmos, official H-D stuff, and lots of clothes (which I never buy because of the prices H-D expects). On the Metric side, I purchased both a Yamaha and a Honda, and since neither one ever had any mech issues, never needed the shop other than for tires. They discounted me the parts and the shop rate was fair. The sales people in both sides are fine, and the counter guys not only dont talk down to you, they are genuinely friendly. Im glad Ive got ASC here in the town I live in--good place and I recommend it.

Terrible service. I had my forks resealed and they decided to throw in a stuck throttle cable, dirt in my gas tank, and loose ECU connections for free. Turns out the latter 3 arent actually good things. Their factory trained race tech is the sorriest excuse for a race tech Ive ever seen.Avoid at all costs unless you have no other option.

Ive bought over 12 new Harley-Davidsons thru the years always a good experience. Service Department is ran by the most phenomenal lady who is best person for the job. They have great mechanics on hand also a dyno machine inhouse. Great parts department and carry alot of bolt on accessories and lots of apparel. So if ya want HD or a play toy stop an see the crew.

On our road trip, I needed a front tire and my buddy needed bulbs for his headlight. The guys took us first thing in the morning and we where on our way in an hour.

High prices I paid for exaust pipes that they lost due to parts persons incompetents would not refunded money And mechanic on Harley side are snooty one anyway is..
