R2O always have the products I want at great prices.If they dont have a product you want. They will do their best to get it for you. They can get just about anything you want.They also will bend over backwards go beyond what they say they can do to help any customer. All you have to do is ask for the help you need.I have to thank our manager Chris for his recent help. Before I had surgery and needed to skip a payment. Amazing!! A piece of furniture I wanted was posted on FB. I live in Milton, WV and did everything over the phone. They sent many pics and answered all my questions. I paid over the phone and they delivered FREE! Even tho Im so far away! I was so very pleased with the entire transaction from start to finish!!

Honestly if I could I would give this place no stars. I have had a account with them going one almost four months. We got a washer and dryer through them and the lady who stayed are account was rushing us the whole time and was not listening to what we needed. So we go sent the wrong dryer three days after opening the account dec 4th we called them back the day after when we realized we got the wrong dryer. So they said they ordered it on dec 15th so we wait till Jan 4th to call and get an update to find out the same lady would ordered the wrong dryer never placed the order. So they said they would place the order. Called back again on the Jan 18th two week after that to find out that they still didn’t order the dryer and the lady caught an attitude over the fact of us calling trying to get this fixed. The manager of the store said we would have the dryer on the 1st of feb so we called on the 3rd to find out it was going to be another three weeks. While this is all going on we are paying for this washer and dryer we can not use. We ask the lady to set up a time to come pick up the washer and dryer till the get the new one and we where told we would need to pay a fee for them to take the time out of their day to come get it. Those where her exact words too. So be careful when placing your order make sure they don’t rush you because we have spent why to much money one a washer and dryer we can’t use and going back an fourth to a laundry mat

Delivery guys are amazing I’ve never had a problem with the worker the store or the employees they are are super great😃

Neighboring build had an oven delivered, to do so the truck parked illegally and blocked me in for 30+ minutes. Incredibly frustrating

I have been a customer for many years. They have always done whatever it took to get me the items that I wanted. Whether they had to special order it or call around to other locations they have always come through for me.

Very gracious and helpful people! Believe it or not... Better than Home Depot or Lowes for all of your appliance needs. Also, had 2 fellas... Not 1...but 2...to come and help load. Very appreciative of that. And, wonderful customer service!

I love this guys! They are always willing to bend over backwards to help you out! Shannon really help me out ! My niece was getting married on 8/11/19 and my IPhone stop working and then my real nice camera stop charging so that left me without anything to take pictures so I called Rent to Own up and Shannon said she didn’t have any camera in her store but she would call and see what she could do for me! Well she spend all day trying to find me camera and which she did and I was so happy because I was only one my side my family that had a camera because sister and my parents both forgot theirs so they save my niece wedding and I got to some great shots!!!

As a business sometimes you never know what can happen in life. In our case we needed an item that we didnt quite have enough money in one lump payment. Durning this hard time I was told I was being “worked with” on payments. Once I got some money I offered to just pay my whole balance when I asked my balance it was higher then the last time I asked. Come to find out they were racking on late fees this whole time. That were they “working with” me on? I know late fees is probably where they get a lot of their money but you would think durning this hard time we would have some sort of break. I’ve been a customer there for years I will no longer be a customer. Might I add, they picked up the bed today.. no masks 🙄

Great customer service, with fantastic selection. I was having trouble deciding between two different tv models. Some bright young blonde bloke was able to explain to me some of the more technical aspects. I felt out of my element but he demonstrated superb patience. And what a smile!

Me and my husband have been using this store for years and have never had a problem with this store. We have gotten many items from them (some new and some used) and we love them all. Anytime I have a problem with any of the merchandise, they are more than willing to help me and resolve the problem. I have never payed for something that didnt work or was not what I wanted. I have been treated with nothing but respect by all of the employees and I would recommend this store to anyone and will continue to use it in the future.

Rent to own has harrased and not attempted to work with customers. Rent to own has also ignored customer payment plans and has not worked with customers when medical emergencies happen they shouldnt even have a 1/2 a star. They are rude uncorraptive and unconseridate. So yes Im displeased Im mad and I will not ever go again. Its not a wise decision. Your best bet go to reuse lows anywhere but rent to own

Rented a Roku TV from them and when I returned it Steven said that they would reset it to get my account info off of it. That was back in October, this morning I received an email saying that my Showtime on demand subscription would renew on February 10, I was wondering why I had a pending charge for almost 12.00 on my card for showtime this month when I no longer used Roku or any other showtime services. I also rented a PS4 Pro system from them and when I got it home it had 2 other peoples account info on it along with all of theyre card info after I was told it had been reset to factory settings. My advice is to reset your own items before sending them back or stay away from this store all together. This has to be the worst store in Athens Ohio.
