Liv was a joy to work with! Answered all my questions fast and with such detail. Switched from Verizon because my phone couldn’t get service where we lived and even around town my calls were dropping. She helped me get a new phone with accessories for the best price possible. Great experience and definitely will be going back to see Liv with any further questions and phones!

Unbelievably helpful staff. Liv was friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable and solved every issue we had without a problem. After the battle we fought all day with at&t all day, Liv and the rest of the staff at this location were a breath of fresh air because we were actually treated right and they actually cared. I would like you to know how happy I am with my new cellphone. When I got it my agent reviewed most all the features that the phone had and what it could do for me which I appreciated. I think that my agent was Amanda and she did a great job she was slow and patient with me. She also told me accurately what was going to happen to my phone bill which is what actually what happened which I appreciated. I would highly recommend that you do your cell phone shopping at this location.The staff is well trained and no surprises. Alesha has been very helpful too so 5 stars to her also!Thank you.

I simply can not speak HIGHLY ENOUGH(!) of store associate Zach Mattingly! Not only is this young man professional to a tee in every manner, he is refreshingly personable as well. My *old* iPhone 6 went spontaneously belly-up; and it was very distressing to me. I could not have a lapse in my service nor with my connectivity to everyone & everything. And Zach was just exceptionally kind & empathic to my situation; and FAR from being a pushy salesman. He absolutely turned my bad day around, simply by being the genuine person he is. Like I say, I can not speak highly enough of him. I did upgrade my phone while I was there; and Zach was attentive to my every need & question — all the while, being one of the nicest, most genuinely cordial individuals I have met in any retail capacity, or otherwise, in a long time. I hope USCellular realizes what an asset they have in this young man & reward him accordingly. He made my day. Truly.

I was with U.S. Cell for over 5 years and I am getting ready to go back didn’t know how good I had it. Found this out though the world is divided into two groups Android folks and iPhone people and I’m an android folk.

Staff friendly and extreme helpful in explain our new iPhone. Great experience. The Tunnel Road store staff is superior in customer relations.

Phone at US was full so unable to get specific directions to store. Frustrated. At store, once I found it on my own, staff helpful.

A waste of time, I purchased a phone to see if the coverage was better than the company I was using. Purchased a Motorola phone, after a week of dropped calls and awful sound quality I went back, they automatically jumped of you were going to use a voip that is your issue, when I stated I was only using the phone and not the data for voip she took the phone in the back room, stated she called her co worker and the co worker called her it is fine. But they could not prove it in front of me. When I asked about the dropped calls she stated they reconnected it to the towers. A load of bs to say the least. They should look at becoming car sales people or gym sales people.

Stopped in here recently to see if they could reactivate one of my moms old phones for her, they couldnt. And like anonymous said they were not all that friendly or helpful.

System locked my account, and was unable to upgrade my service, or anything else for 24hrs.
