The associates were very professional, helpful and welcoming. When trying on clothes they made sure you were assisted if you needed any other sizes or had questions. Great selection of clothes and bathing suits! So many great options it was hard to limit my selections.

I ordered some Vans surfing booties off of their website and it was great since they were some of the only people I could find online that had my size. Then I got a message that my booties had been mixed up with another customer’s. They got ahead of it and sent me a prepaid shipping label to print and send it off to rightful customer. For my troubles they gave me some money back on my account and also a discount code for anything I wanted to buy from their store. Mistakes happen but it is how you handle them that shows true character. I highly recommend this business and will be buying from them again in the future. Thank you!

Mispriced an item and would not honor what the price was, accused us of changing the tag, Cashier was rude and impolite, and no help to the situation, you should own up to the price you price your items. very unprofessional

I was in the store for at least 10 minutes. Not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help. Disappointing as I have shopped there before and had a totally different experience when they first opened.
