It was my first time visiting Vision works and it will be my last. I read the google reviews and due to the positive feedback decided to give them a try. Customer service is horrible at this location. They greet you fine and act friendly but as I was looking around in the store it felt as if the employees were bothered by me looking around and trying on glasses. Finally, I picked a frame and they were done very badly. I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years and this was the first time I was unhappy with the quality of work. Overall, the reason they lost my business was due to the customer service and awkward stares when you asks questions about insurance coverage etc. Don’t let the google reviews fool you. Take your business and money where you will be treated courteously.

WOW GREAT SERVICE AND SELECTION: they have a great team at Vision Works at the Parks Mall. I purchased a pair of sunglasses months ago which came out beautifully. I had choosen a frame that the tips could not be heated and adjusted tighter. I went back to store wanting a different pair and found my original pair were still under there warranty. They changed my glasses and I got my new pair for NO CHARGE. Thanks David for guiding me throught the process.

Really disappointed. I feel like I was treated really bad . All I wanted was a pair of glasses and I told the guy that I don’t wanna pay out of pocket would just want what’s covered with my insurance . And he told me to pick wat I want . And then they had a deal of BUY 1 get 2nd pair completely free . I asked him he goes I would suggest to pick another pay and do buy 2nd pair 50% off . However I picked the frame I want and he was helping me with the lenses . And I told him the same thing just watever is covered . Because this would just be a spare set . at the end I just asked me what was the cost of lenses and he goes just sign this and then I’ll explain u the break down . I still sign the paper work and all he explains ITS ALL COVEREd IN YOUR INSURANCE. YOU ARE PAYING NOTHING OUT OF POCKET . Yes I get that but what was the cost of lenses and he goes YOU ARE NOT LISTENING TO ME. I just felt like I was disrespected all I wanted to know what was charge to my insurance. I get it that m not paying out of pocket but m sure I have the right to know what was the actual price and what was charge on my insurance . So the answer to that was you will get ur glasses ready in 2 weeks and we r close for the day thank you. 😳 like seriously?!?! I would like to find a way if I can cancel my order and be over with it. I would not like to give business to a place who disrespect people .

I would not recommend this practice. They added tests to my exam without asking me then billed me at the end and said they forgot to ask me about the tests but did them.

The staff were very helpful! The whole process took less then 20 mins if you’re sure about the purchase you’re making like I did! 😅 I really like the deal that they were having. I did the buy one get one free regular price. The prices are affordable. I saved more than $500 for frames and the lenses since my retail price would have been over $1000.

I have been wearing glasses since I was 5yrs old and have been to countless establishments for eye care over the past 20+ yrs. Visionworks was the best experience I have had in awhile. The customer service provided by Brandy was very personable and knowledgeable of the products/promotions/process making it a smooth easy visit. Conveying that friendliness that our business matters, while in a chain business is a rare and becoming rarer art which Brandy displayed. Another thank you to Kales for making them fit like a glove and also conveying that personable attitude. Will definitely be back to Vissionworks for the unlimited free cleanings/adjustments and definitely for future pairs. Lifetime customer achieved!

Great job but didnt have the exact frames I wanted so I had to settle for what they did have.

The manager David and his female coworker, each were very helpful and friendly. I did not feel rushed on neither visit. They both are packed with lots of patience. Due to C-19 it felt safe. Temperature checks are taken upon arrival, you are given a small tray for your undecided selection and another tray was for unwanted try ons. With the wide range of glasses to choose from, I was undecided with so many to choose from. My glasses came back in less than two weeks. Im giving VisionWorks 5 stars and I highly recommend you making them your first choice on your next visit for eye wear.

I give them a 1 star because the first pair of glasses was right. I went back for the second pair which was sunglasses. It was bad ...the vision was blurry. I kept them for a day hoping my eyes were adjusting but it wasnt the case. I ask the girl to send them back to correct them. She tested them and said it was the right prescription. I said well its wrong I cant see out of them. She kept Arguing with me and refused to send them back. She just kept going on and on. I finally said STOP ARGUING WITH ME! I CANNOT SEE OUT OF THESE GLASSES. She said I should go get a new prescription! They had just filled one from that prescription which was right! She finally offered to give me a refund which I took. This girl clearly has no people skills and should be FIRED! She didnt try to give me a solution she just wanted to be right! I will tell everyone not to get glasses from there! The company needs to take a close look at this girl!After I posted this comment Visionworks responded the same day and the next day the district manager called me and apologized strongly. They did compensate me some for the glasses I did keep. I did appreciate that. I was not looking for this. All I wanted in the first place was a pair of sunglasses I could see out of. It appears this company is very responsible.

What a pleasant experience! The COVID-19 Protocols were followed. I observed CeCe as she angelicly and patiently assisted a customer in front of me who was severely handicapped.Our family has been coming to this VisionWorks almost 8 years! Today, was the first time a staff member (CeCe) asked, May I assist you with your selection? I nominate CeCe for Employee of the Day! She helped me select two nice pairs of glasses and helped me to maximize by insurance benefits, something that I have never done!Thank you CeCe and David (Manager)! Good service is still around, because of people like these people!

We always like to deal with Celeste, she is very personal and knowledgeable of the products and insurance coverage. last night we came to pick up some glasses, we were late at almost closing time and Ms. Ebony and Kathy were there getting ready to close, but they took their tome to take care of us and were extremely pleasant to deal with. My visit here was incredible. First a phone call ahead to make inquiries and I was recieved well and all of my questions were answered patientl. The associate also told me about the special they were having and he gave me a rough estimate of what my cost would be. Upon arrival I was greeted happily and helped by Chichi. She directed me to the special and helped me look for the right frames. In fact she found the PERFECT frames for me. My style exactly!!!!! Guess what? My glasses cost exactly what the special is. No extra fees, no hidden costs. Having no insurance, this was an awesome deal, and the elevated customer service made this experience wonderful. Im looking forward to seeing better with my new glasses!

I walked in to get my daughters glasses adjusted and it seemed like no one wanted to help. There was 3 employees sitting down and they all looked at each other before greeting me. Then finally someone asked what I was there for and I told them we needed to get y daughters glasses adjusted. One of the ladies said another employee can do it. Well that employee was sitting down and said she could do it. Then another one pointed and said that he could do it. At this point I don’t care who helped me, I just needed to get my daughters glasses adjusted. Finally the young man working there assisted me and got the glasses adjusted. If I could give half a star for my experience I would. Worst experience I have had in a place where they are supposed to “help you”. I will not be going back to this visionworks again until they have new staff that actually wants to be there and help their customers that are spending money.

Good deals but poorly organized. The queue for arrivals is a single line, regardless of what you came in for. If theres only two staff available, that means youre waiting while the associates help customers try on glasses. Even if you simply came in to pick up a pair that has already been paid for.I waited 45 minutes just to be helped. No kidding. This is poor service or just a bad way of doing business.
