Been visiting this store for a few years now. The owner is nice as hell, the staff have all been great and are very knowledgeable about their products.Recently with the effects of the pandemic they havent been able to get some of my favorite smokes, but they keep the selection varied, so youre bound to find something new to like.

Been going here for years, one of the better Cigar Shops in my opinion. Have a great selection of cigars, employees are friendly and the place is always clean. No smoking lounge, but not all shops can have those. They also give you a punch card to get a free smoke after making several purchases. They carry a nice amount of accessories.......punches, humidors, lighters. Great place.

I believe the person who helped me was named Nathan, he had a hat and I believe long hair. It was my first time smoking and purchasing a cigar, and he was very helpful and set me up with one that I think was great for a first timer. A nice shop, with great people not only working, but shopping there, as even the customers were very hyped up about me trying my first cigar. Check this place out, I doubt you’ll be disappointed!

Very helpful staff. I had beginners pipe questions and they not only provided me we top level info but they saved me from over paying for stuff I didn’t need as a person starting pipe.

First time in and first time looking for pipe and tobacco. Super friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Too bad I live in Frisco, but would be worth the trip back as there is nothing else near me with this type of quality.

Great tobacco shop.Lane brand and other good pipe tobaccos, large walk-in humidor for cigars.Plenty of new pipes and accessories, reasonable pricing, and they have a membership program for pipe tobacco purchases. After buying 10lbs., the next pound is free.Highly recommended.

Great deals and nice smokes

This location is an excellent place for high end cigars and pipe tobaccos. This location tries to carry most of the top notch cigars in the top 25 of cigar aficionado magazines. Though they may not be able to carry every single cigar ever made, but there is a very wide variety and selection of cigars from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Honduras.

Went in to get 2 or 3 sticks. After being helped I got over 10! I am going there tomorrow to get more and possibly buy another humidor. I love this place! Such amazing service and always amazing help!

I love this shop. The staff is always friendly here, but the selling point is the huge walk-in humidor with thousands of fresh cigars. I dont smoke a ton, but when I do I make sure to run by Tobacco Lane to get my fix!

I had a great experience.There was only one employee there when I visited but they werent busy so he was extremely helpful!He spent at least 30 minutes showing me the different lighters they had and was very knowledgeable about them all. I picked up a great xikar pipe lighter and some great pipe Tobacco but the true gem of this shop is the ENORMOUS humidor and one of the largest varites of cigars I have seen in one place! I would recommend this to any cigar lover and a pipe smoker doesnt have as much to choose from but still a decent variety of pipe tobacco, lighters, and pipes.Stop by if you have the chance!

Excellent Selection. One of the biggest walk in humidors in the DFW. Not a lounge but definitely a great place to grab and go. Prices are cheap and fair compared to other shops Ive been to in DFW. The employees are very helpful and the shop smells lovely. Love this place.

Ive been a regular at this shop for a while and never had a bad experience, However due to recent change in law i was wondering if you currently honor the grandfather clause allowing people born before August 31,2001 to purchase to tobacco while still being under 21

I hate I even have to give this place 1 star...this place deserves less. If your African American DO NOT BUY from here. The Hispanic guy that wear a NY hat is definitely racists. No customer service, and handles business situations like a child. I wont be here and I hope it goes out of business. If youre reading this and you are the owner I strongly suggest you change management.

Great place. Wide selection and they know all the cigars. They also refill my lighter for free with purchase every time.

The staff are great. I had a long conversation about pipes and learned a lot. The cigar selection is pretty extensive as well. The only downside is you cant smoke in the store.

Reasonable prices and discount card

I was going to do all my Christmas shopping there, however, when I asked about a resroom I was told (very rudely) that they had one, but not public. I told him that I intended to make a purchase, and he just stood there with a stupid look on his face. At which time I told him that I would go somewhere else to buy my cigars. His answer ... a very sarcastic have a nice day. Needless to say I went elsewhere and purchased $460 worth of cigars! With employees like this I dont imagine your business will do very well. I will certainly mention this to all of my cigar pals. This occured on November 17th at 11:15am I did not ask his name, I assumed he went by PRICK!!!

I had a great experience at Tabacco Lane, and I would totally recommend to a friend.I called ahead of time to make sure they had the cigars my husband was looking for, the guy who answered was very helpful and patient with me. Later that day I went into the store and although the cashier was attending another customer he took the time out to great me and point me in the right direction. As clueless as I was about tabacco products Mr. Jules customer service was exceptional, from the phone call to checkout, and I would be happy to return to Tabacco Lane.
