Grant Gaskins exhibited complete disrespect during negotiations of pricing on a vehicle I was interested in. Laughed, mocked, and spoke sarcastically. Definitely not professional behavior. I will take my business to 1 of the other 12 BMW dealerships I emailed in regards to my purchase and give my money to the dealership that handles their customers with respect.

Excellent customer service as usual. Wes was very professional. He communicated well with us regarding what repairs and services that needed to be done. We did not feel pushed to do the repairs or services. Surreal was very accommodating. He looked tired when I picked up the car, but he did help me with great attitude. BMW of Arlington does not offer the same courtesy to all clients. We have an older model 2005 530i. We took it in at the beginning of the year and purchased a new battery. A week ago, the car wouldn’t start. Turns out the battery was bad. We contacted them they said we need to bring the car in so we had it towed. First, they lost the car, then found it. Then they lost the key and still haven’t gotten back to us. What’s the plan…just keep the car there and hope we forget about it? I know our car is an older model but does that mean we get pushed to the bottom of the “to do” list?

I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW/Mini of Arlington and for me customer service is the most important thing. However, customer serviceis clearly not valued at BMW/Mini of Arlington. The service I received was nothing short of appalling. It was simply the worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased a vehicle at this particular dealership and I would like to start off with day one. It started with Chelsea reaching out via text and during the conversation I informed her of everything pertaining to me purchasing a vehicle including all the barriers and obstacles. Our conversation continued with me heading out to the dealership and asking her to have the awesome options ready. I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of during this process. Based on theface to face conversation with Chelsea I was under the impression that I was leaving in a countryman. To my disappointment that didnt happen due to lack of listening and communication by Chelsea. By the end of this process I did purchase a vehicle which I had to leave due to it needing to be serviced. Chelsea informed me that she would be able to deliver the vehicle to my home on Tuesday. Tuesday came and there was nothing but excuses as to why the vehicle wouldnt be delivered. During the purchase I overly communicated with Chelsea that the rental in which I was in was due back on Tuesday. With that being said I was not accommodated for the inconvenience. Wednesday morning came and I received a phone call from Kenny advising me that the car yetagain is not ready. As being stated here again lack of communication. With all due respect this information should have been relayed to me the day before not the day of. After several conversations with Kenny the carwas finally delivered and I was highly unsatisfied with the conditions. I reached out to advise Kenny the car had arrived and the condition it was in but was unsuccessful. With no return call I then placed a few more calls with no response I then reach out to Mo (General Manager) from the lack of communication. I finally received a call from Kenny on Saturday morning and was able to discuss the conditions. After the conversation he advised me to bring the vehicle back. Chelsea reached out to mevia text on Monday to inform me that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I advised her the day of that I would be out late that evening to obtain the vehicle. Needless to say the vehicle was in the same condition. I reached out to Mo via email to advise him of the experience and I received no response. With this being said now I see why I received this type of service because it starts with the head. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership.

I would like to let everyone know that Wes and Mr.Cousin are very hard workers. I also would like to thank the finance team they were very efficient and understanding. Great experience!

Bought a used car from BMWofA today. Found it on cargurus and I called & asked about the vehicle. The sales rep said it had no issues & I made an appt to see the car.I drove 45 minutes to the dealership. Robert became my sales agent and he did a great job. He showed me the vehicle and seemed to know a lot about it. He went with me on a short test drive and pointed out numerous features. He also pointed out how the windshield was cracked - which the rep on the phone neglected - and that I could bring the vehicle in to have it replaced at a later date. He arranged for the manager to assess my trade-in, and I felt the assessed value was fair. Robert drew up the paperwork and we agreed on the sale and completed paperwork.But then...I waited.And waited.And waited.Supposedly to see the finance guy and finalize the sale. I was told there were 2 finance agents and I was next. Does it take them an hour to finalize a sale? I guess so bc I waited over an hour. The dealership did not seem busy to me, FWIW.Eventually Robert took me to the finance area and motioned to Nasser, saying that he would take care of me. Nasser replied, Well, SOMEBODY will, sooner or later. I have to think he was trying to make a joke but I certainly did not find the humor in it. Sooner or later? Its the kind of thing someone would say who is stuck working til 6 pm and doesnt care it is a lovely Saturday afternoon outside. Indeed, when I complained about the comment, Nasser tried to push it back on me by saying that I chose to come on a Saturday. Um, its not my fault the dealership didnt staff enough employees today. Im pretty sure Nasser would fail customer service 101.I waited an additional 20 minutes and then (finally) Nasser completed the financing process, though I paid with a check and declined any warranty, so his role was not very valuable in my sale. So, meeting with the financing guy took less than 10 minutes, though I waited nearly an hour and a half for the privilege to write a check.My vehicle was detailed and washed and looks good. Happy with purchase but the customer service after the sale was not satisfactory and more in line with Billy Bobs Plen-T Good Carz dealership, not BMW.

I came all the way from Shreveport to get the car it was not fully loaded like the female representative stated which was still fine but no inspection sticker I’m car I asked that everything off my old car be taken off she didn’t have anything put on the new vehicle she was unaware of any features on the new vehicle had none of the paperwork ready the guy who did the financing on the car had nothing ready had to sit there for several hours they could learn a thing or two from the salesman in Shreveport if you want something to drink she offered me a drink from the vending machine when he we had to purchase in Louisiana I would have been offered a lot more

This was my first visit to BMW of Arlington - I had recalls on my 2000 328i and my 2018 330i. They scheduled my appointments quickly and check in was seamless. The service advisor contacted me quickly with information about my cars and kept me informed via text. They had the cars ready when promised and had even washed and vacuumed them both. I was very impressed.

I was looking for a not-so-ordinary model for weeks - the all new 228i Gran Coupe with my preferable color options. Luckily, BMW of Arlington was the only dealership I went in Dallas area that had this car in stock. Meri patiently walked me through the whole car buying process. Overall the whole Arlington team left me a deep impression with professionalism, rapid response and warm-hearted service. A very pleasant experience!

Dropped my car off for an oil change on a Thursday morning at my scheduled 8:30am appointment. No loaner cars available, which was fine and understandable being that I would only be getting an oil change which should only take a couple hours max plus they were “booked out a month”. The entire Thursday come and go with no update on my car. Finally received an update the next day mid-morning. There was a problem, engine light came on during checks and a part had to be ordered. First I heard of it. Later that afternoon my car is done. I pick up my car, leave maybe 3 block and the engine light is back on. Immediately turn around and drop the car back off. This time they have a loaner car for me, just 2 days later, but they were booked out 30 days?? Fine. The next day, pick my car up mid-afternoon. All seems to be well. On my drive home, I discover $20-25 in ones (valet tip cash) had been stolen from arm rest as well as a gold plated necklace that had a picture of a deceased family member on a pendant. Won’t be retuning.

Rochelle, was outstanding, always keeping you informed, on what was happening. She should be gave a raise, i only came back because of her. She goes over and beyond call of duty for your customer. Thank you again for all you do to put your customer at ease.Now about the alignment person, need to be retrained on how to get it done. I had to reprogram my own program to my sensors oh, because he didnt know how to do it. Said it was due to the bushing being out he was unable to, but thats not true I end up setting it myself so it can monitor my tires on the sensors. Please give him more training on getting the job out quickly well done thank you.

We’re very happy with our 2021 X5. We traded in a 2018 Mercedes E400 which we also were very happy with. All and all the Mercedes Benz purchasing experience was better from the treatment to the gifts to welcome us to their family. BMW no gifts but a thank you for your purchase. Good thing we like the X5 or I would say back to Mercedes simply based on the high level customer service we received.

Very helpful and took care of everything quickly. Most dealerships have you sitting around waiting for information during the negotiation/buying process, but I rarely waited for anything. Bought my X3 on 5/31 while at the dealership I found what appeared it was scratch on the hood, the genius helped to remove it. Arriving home I found another scratch and thought was the same type and I could get it off my self later. A few days after I try to remove it and it was impossible, contacted Robert/Grant they asked me to come to take a look. On 6/9 I arrived showed the scratch, get fixed and when checking how it looked I found another scratch in the same location, ask to fix, after just a few minutes car is back looking better, probably they just used wax, even if it looks better, my wife and I are still bugged with the idea we have a scratch coming out of the dealer in a new car. I do not think i would risk to buy another BMW from this dealership.UPDATE 6/28 : I contacted the General manager but he never replied.I guess he just pretends to be interested by having someone put his email address. I spoke with service manager they worked on the scratches, but one of them is still visible, there was a paint chip they retouched and it is still very visible. Later I discovered white spots on the windshield that I thought were just stuck dust but it happens they are small nicks in the glass. Also, I have found an issue at the base of the speed and RPM needles, they have a noticeable difference in brightness, I have contacted the sales agent to schedule a check up. In parallel I will be escalating with BMW customer relations and Better Business Bureau.

Ive been coming to BMW of Arlington for years to service my 07 525i. On Monday Dec. 7th, I decided that I was going to take a look at the BMW X3 models. I called BMW of Arlington and spoke with Tim and he said that he would have someone ready to take care of me. When I walked in I met Tim and Edin. They were very friendly and super nice. Edin took me on a test drive in the X3 sDrive30i with the premium package. I cant say enough that Edin was very knowledgeable about this car and answered all my questions. The X3 drove so smooth and handled like charm and I love the dark Graphite color on this car. Edin and Danny knew upfront that I was on tight budget, so they were able to meet my needs and we settled on great deal on the Lease for the X3. Adelle the finance specialist was also very great. He did not pressure me in any extra added products only what I needed for my new vehicle. It did not take long to get me process and out the door in my new X3. A big big thank you to folks at BMW of Arlington. I would definitely refer people to BMW of Arlington.

Update: 9/30/2021 - I sent an email to the general manager as requested in his response to my review. The next day my service advisor called and asked me to bring the car back in so they could fix it. Although that fixing process took 10 days and 8 phone calls from me (service advisor went on vacation), they did fix the damage to my bumper.They scratched the back of my car. Service manager said hed check the security video and call me back, but he NEVER did. After spending over a thousand dollars on service at BMW of Arlington, the service manger couldnt even be bothered with calling me back as he promised.

I am giving the stars for the actual TECHS/Mechanics…car runs like a dream!However you left the old part in my passengers seat floor. Really?Now my service advisor is a different story…I won’t blast him (because I see his name is already in reviews) but the lack of communication and the inability to give an accurate completion time was unacceptable. They had my car 7 days when I was quoted a 1 day turnaround initially. I sent texts/called for updates and he said nothing til he called me at 530pm (when I got the invoice I saw the car was done at 230) to pick it up and didn’t even offer to send a car.I’ll use them again…he just won’t be my advisor

Initially I was greeted fairly well by Andres, he asked what were were interested in and we relayed our thoughts. My husbands credit score has recently started and is not too well for that reason, although we were willing to put 4 k down and agreed with proposal of roughly 878 for xr3 a month. Andres even asked for reassurance from the finance person if that would be okay and he was told yes. He then shows us car options & brought us back to the office to start signing papers. He needed to assure we had insurance on it before leaving so we called the insurance and paid $680 and thought all was well. Then the finance person comes out and states we aren’t approved and need a co signer, AFTER we had done the deal and paid the premium for that insurance.. did I forget to mention Andres called my husband back when taking pictures of the car for insurance purposes stating he provided the WRONG VIN number. Yes we signed and got insurance for a RANDOM WRONG CAR. Once my husband called the ins stating that they stated they wouldn’t be able to endorse until following day and may/may not reimburse for mistake. Okay we explained that to the finance person& he was careless and still proceeded to say we needed a co signer. We wasted 4 HOURS for NOTHING& all we get was “I’m sorry, my fault”. Then we proceeded to get co signer my husbands uncle with perfect credit to pursue finalizing leasing the car the next day. They stated 0 down option isn’t an option with good credit, still need 4K down. Ok, fine, we can do that. Then they state they needed bank statements from husband for proof of income when originally Andres said that wasn’t needed bc they could see it all through credit score. Mind you we purchased at Dodge Ram for a Dooley which was much more expensive with 0 down for great credit, so we were startled to see BMW acting brand new. I work at a doctors office and handle LOTS of paper work, how we treat patients is how everyone should treat customers NO SURPRISES once you’re there and ask for ALL information up front from the start if needed. BMW I see doesn’t care and loves to waste your time/which time is money. Husband brought the proof, and made well over what we are needing to pay for a month & took to them for PAPER proof as they said digitally wasn’t sufficient.. you’d think we own the car by now.. NOPE, they now stated they needed last years Tax information.. why weren’t we warned of that before when asking for bank statements?! Mind you everyone has there own fall backs last year with Covid affecting households/work. They didn’t care, at this point I feel it’s because my husband is young, Hispanic, and has tattoos. They made us feel like we were being discriminated and they are stereotypical. My husbands bank is processing application to make a check and finance through them instead ELSEWHERE. Such bad service here RUN AWAY.. unless your a rich white millionaire, otherwise they will look at you and treat you differently. My husband has his own transportation company making thousands a month. What’s the problem? Oh I get it now BMW is the problem, we aren’t good enough for them.

Service was quick, handled with proficiency. ERIC RANCHER was our service Mgr at Cadillac. When I found out he had joined BMW, I knew where my car would be serviced, from this point forward. Erick told me what to expect, I drove in, gave him my keys and left. He told me 1 and 1/2 hours. I came back and exactly when he committed to be done, he was. I can tell you that my experience with BMW was great, because of Ericks care and concern for me and my needs. I have had my car for 3 years and over that time,frame, I have found him to be trustworthy and genuinely committed to providing EXCELLENT customer service. Had a radiator hose leak took it in the morning and had it back that evening Rachelle Barney took care of me and stayed on top of the job until it was completed, I was actually able to speak to the service technician that was going to do the work to go over my concerns and update me onwhat needed to be done and recommended, reasonable price excellent service

Will not be back to this location. Walked in and it’s my first time to this location. Was not even acknowledge, or even greeted. Finally got help. Had an appointment at 4:00 for an oil change. It took 2 hours. I had to keep checking in to see if my car was ready. Not a great experience.

First of all we was misled by the Salesperson who was absolutely horrible! her name was Chelsea and she was absolutely horrible! very unprofessional! She was to be Our eyes Because we Was online Shopping she was not she was N9t At all the car itself was not describe like it was describe by Chelsea at all she lied and said it was in mint condition and it wasnt it had a debt it was not described as she said it was she wasnt very unprofessional please do not deal with this person at all or this dealership online The process was long. we were already approved and had the payment READY and if the General Manager knowing all the problems we went through at his dealership and not responded back to us not to say he apologize for his dealership poor professionalism about our experience that would be a lie. because he knew everything that went on. Its his dealership and if you dont know then thats pitiful. whatever you do if you can avoid this dealership. by any means please do and the only nice part and professional attitude was Salesman Trent cousins. so ask for him. if you do happened to deal with this ridiculous dealership.

There was not a negative 5, if there was I would choose it. I usually read reviews prior to patronizing, however I failed to do so and it cost me!!! This place is a complete joke. They provided me an inspection report with $11k worth of work for a 2009 X5 that came in for a coolant leak. I am aware that this is a male dominated field and when they see women $$$ and running game is the intent. After I agreed to get $4k worth of their recommendations, and going over the report thoroughly with the service advisor the absolute worst happened. I pick up and pay for my vehicle, drive 2 blocks and turn back around because of the loud clonking noise. At that point the service advisor was tells me that you declined service for the struts and mounts. I told him struts and mounts werent mentioned nor were they on the report. he went back and forth with me to insist they were. When I asked hime to pull the report-he no longer had access to it (a report he emailed to me). I was able to retrieve the original and it was not listed. So after paying $4200, they now wanted me to pay $2400 additional for something they did not include originially. the service played words games, discount games, Suggested that I file a claim with my insurance. No integrity, no accountability, no decency, and no respect. I was so upset and disappointed, the only way that I was able to walk out of there with peace is that my trust and faith is greater than the employees that were humored by the fact I was upset and knew I had been played by them and could not do anything about it. Sure, they got over on me and I am sure plenty of others. However, they lost one for sure! I have maintained the service on my vehicle ( as costly as it is). I will NEVER buy BMW again. Not because I dont like the appearance or the drive of the car, but because when dealing with the service departments at BMW dealership it has been nothing less then draining, frustrating, and humiliating (they really think you are buying the bs theyre serving).I thought about voicing my complaints and concerns to upper managers and directors- but it is the culture within the service department and its consistent. I had no fight in me after paying $4200 and trying to reason with a service manager that clearly have 2 cents. If you have the money, energy, patience and time to entertain this level of foolery and customer service have at it. If you are someone the expects honesty and value good customer service this will not be a good fit for you. My fault for thinking that I could trust my car at this place. Just dont do it. I have been asked so many times how do I like my BMW-and I have been honest about my experiences when it comes service-this one is my last.#becareful #proceedwithcaution #crooksalldaylongggg

I would recommend this dealership for purchase of your next BMW. The sales advisor and staff are nice and helpful. There was a misunderstanding on one of the features, but the sales staff tried their best to explain. Overall I had good purchase experience of my 2021 BMW X3 here.

Bought a car and within 24 hours had (150 miles) had to get it to a dealership. Sewell Lexus told me it would cost $600 to fix it. I went to BMW Arlington and spoke to my salesman Ken. Andy the Manager was off and I was told that I would hear from them by Saturday noon. It is now 4 days later and I tried to call again with no response. What a missed opportunity to earn my business and recommendations to friends and family.I did receive 2 phone calls after this post.

My battery was changed and a new light switch was installed. Everything looked great until I got into my car to go home. The drivers side window would not close. It stuck out of its track. I called the service desk and told them what happened. I have another appointment Tuesday. This issue has never occurred before.

Although they do not charge for a diagnostic test, they do not have same day rentals. The advisors are sometimes hard to get in touch with even via text which seems to he thier perfferd method of contact even if its not yours. I left a message for the manager to call back early in the day (10am). Im still waiting for that call even though Ive already picked up my vehicle (after 6). I did not receive a vehicle point inspection until after I picked up my car. Normally this is a paper that is handed to you at pickup or at the very least email to you and addresses every part of the vehicle not just the tires . It was nice that it was a video but they only addressed my tires which were replaced less than 2 months ago so I know theyre in good shape although theres a nail in the back tire that they missed. Very disappointed in the inspection. It should have dressed everything not just my tires and if youre going to address just the tires you shouldnt miss a nail that is clearly visible.

BMW Arlington sent an email promotion in the middle of a show storm. The roads in my neighborhood took longer the thaw out to made them safe to drive on. I contacted the service department to ask if they would honor the promotion for another day, and I was told, Well be here until 3p. As if the roads were magically going to be OK. So much for the safety and well-being of your customers. Its bad enough you take your car for regular service and then somehow, EVERY TIME, they come back to you with with a list of mysterious issues with your car totaling more than $3K. Well, no thanks!!!!!
