Would totally recommend! 5 stars for a very smooth process from beginning to end. Honest and wonderful people! We bought a used vehicle and took it for an inspection after. Other than regular maintenance it was in perfect shape! Loved the staff (they even found the 6 cents we were short. 😅) The 5 day return on a used vehicle is rare to find! No haggling, good prices. Thank yall for our new car!

I bought my Mustang here 6 years ago and the price was the best in town. I also had no issues dealing with the dealership for regular maintenance or for any mechanical issues. One time a mechanical issues occurred with the automatic seat adjustment was identified that was in the manufacturers warranty period and they took every step to solve the issue and provided a free rental vehicle while the vehicle was with the dealership.Six years later, Yes I mean 6 years later, my window tint started to bubble up and I called them and they replaced it for free. AutoNation Ford Arlington has a strong team. I recommend !

Brought my truck in for appraisal and I was happy with the number... I had noticed that another AutoNation dealer had a truck I was interested in. Akim helped me check availability and walked me through how the sales process of the truck would work. Akim was great - calm, cool, collected. I would 100% buy another vehicle from AutoNation with him as my salesman.Edit: we bought another vehicle from Akim McBroom. Great experience, friendly as usual!Also took a vehicle to service and had Joshua - he was great about keeping us informed of the work being completed!

I ordered a 2021 custom ford transit from this dealership around March 2021 and it was delivered at the end of October 2021. I appreciate my salesman Efrain Rodriguez he was honest and straight forward throughout the whole process, there was no BS that you might have to deal with at other dealerships with him. Efrain took the extra time to go over all the options to make sure they were correct before the final order was placed and my transit was delivered 100 percent correct. They do try to push the extended warranty on you so I recommend you make your mind up ahead of time whether you want it or not. I also recommend having your financing worked out ahead of time as the bank they use may not be the best but it worked out fine for me. I dont know about the other sells people there but if your looking to buy a vehicle Id talk to Efrain.

Credibility and Trust keep the customers coming back and always brings new customers.AutoNation Arlington is absolutely a 💯% Trusted Company. I bought a used 2007 F150 Truck. It looks beautiful. It had some stuff that they needed to take care of like: the Tire Light, Break Light and ABS. They fixed everything in the Truck and left it completely clean for me. They also provided  me with a loaner in the meantime. I closed the deal even before the Truck was fixed and,  the Vendor Akim and the General Manager Paul, they kept their word in everything in the deal. The transaction was fast and easy and Scott closed my deal in less than one hour.  I strongly recommend AutoNation Arlington to everyone who wants to have a wonderful experience buying a very good used or new Truck. First I would really like to thank Peggy Chaney for everything she did. She did everything she could to help me make a very tough decision. The reason I put a 3 is because we were invoiced 700.00 restocking fee for a returned engine. I will just say I am in the business of knowing a shipping cost, so I know that would not be the cost for a company like Ford that uses a particular shipping company for their needs to save them money. I understand the other costs for my car. Again Peggy was a tremendous help through everything.

Always pleasant and good maintenance service. But make sure everything you want done is clearly communicated with the person scheduled to help and that person verifies your requests. Because I had spoken with the wrong person and only one of three requests were done, I have to reschedule another appt to finish the job.

I called to see one of their cars from the inventory they emailed me about and Mike Halasa lied to me telling me the car was available and when I get there he says oh someone else already got it but we can show you something else. They lie to get you in. That is not the right way to start business with a company. I do not recommend this place.

I started the ordering process online and Ricky was very accommodating and easy to work with. He helped us with putting a deposit down and kept our vehicle reserved while we were out of state for almost two weeks before we could complete the purchase. He was very transparent throughout the entire buying process with what was happening.The staff even let us bring our dog in! I will definitely recommend AutoNation Arlington to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

I was selling my car on AutoTrader and Jason B reached out to me to put in an offer on my car. He explained he was from Ford AutoNation Arlington and they would buy my car today. I called ahead and they answered all my questions, I drove up, and I was taken care of promptly. I sold my car at private party value range, which I was not expecting! Augusto M took care of the paperwork and printed my check. Respectful, prompt, easy to work with, no issues.I would 100% sell my future cars to AutoNation. The whole process took less than an hour! It was so fast, I wasn’t expecting it, honestly. Great experience.

When I dropped my vehicle off for service the service department was very backed up and they told me it may be up to 6 days before they could even get to basic diagnostics. They had it done in 2 days and we had a plan and parts in hand 2 days later for the repair. They were very open and transparent throughout the entire process. Was very pleased.

HOWEVER when I went to finance to sign the documents Jon Glenn was a total jerk After I got done signing he saidthats it so I said have you forgotten something to which he replied thats it So I said What about thank you? to which he replied if youre going to force me to say it, I wont What a total jerk thing to do.

UPDATE:I called and left a voicemail for the GM Paul (10/28) the same day the responded to my review. GM has not responded to me. Just confirming that their response to my comment was just another generic response to make it look like they are going to help.ORIGINAL REVIEW:BEWARE!!This is probably the last time I will ever buy a car from this store.To summarize: Customer service was HORRIBLE (Except for Mike Halasa), and the car I bought has issues. Definitely get a 3rd party to inspect the car before you buy from here.THE EXPERIENCE: Initial sales person I dealt with, kept a fine line of communication, until he started getting frustrated, and decided to send a disrespectful text that reflected his frustration. I decided to stop communication with him, called the dealership and spoke to a Sales Manager, Matt. I told Matt I do not want to deal with that salesperson anymore, but I am ready to come in next day first thing in the morning and buy the car. I sent him my drivers license, and insurance, and asked him to have as much as ready as possible so I can test drive the car, do paperwork and leave.When I get to the dealership, Mike greets me, tells me Matt is not in because of some kind of emergency. He did not inform anyone about my arrival or have anything ready. Mike had to start from scratch. John the finance manager wasnt difficult to work with, but was very unpleasant. It was like he wasnt happy I brought my pre-approval for financing. Was a very quiet and cold financing experience. At least he didnt try to push me in to buying anything which I appreciated.Spend about 3 hours total at the dealership before I drove out.THE PRODUCT/CAR (2015 Audi S8):The car test drove fine, and basic visual inspection seemed okay as well. After I bought it, I took to an Audi specialist, that gave me a bill of over $3k in repairs.1.The front control arm bushings were leaking and needed to be replaced.2. Front headlight washer was leaking and needed to be replaced.3. Entire rear brakes needed replacement.4. 12v socket not working.5. Autonation used an aftermarket windshield (i know this because they had the STICKER on it), and did not bother recalibrating the adaptive cruise control camera, which disabled the Crash prevention and lane departure system. THIS IS A SAFETY CONCERN!So their rigorous inspection process is BS, and you should DEFINITELY use a third party to inspect the vehicle before you buy it. I will definitely be doing it next time.

I saw one of their listings and scheduled an appointment with one of the sales person. The same day in the afternoon the manager, Edwards, calls me and confirms the appointment. The very next day in the morning, got up and drove an hour there just to be told, mmm the car is gone...Checked up the reviews and it looks like this is a common thing here, not sure why though. Its ok to sale to whomever, but wasting customers time is unprofessional and not cool at all.

I purchased a 2015 lexus is350. My dream car. Beautiful. I had issues with it from the time I drove it off the lot. The upper ball joint failed with my mother in the car and almost put is in a wall. They did a quick fix with a control arm that doesnt match. Now my abs, trac light and all the warning lights are on. They put electrical tape around my speed sensor harness. So I took it to Sewell lexus if fort worth to get a second opinion. Service advisor told be the car has $5000 worth of damage. I dont have the money to fix it and Im without a car. The staff was very rude and dismissive of the situation.

Arrived for a 9am service appointment entered into the service bay. Not greeted by any of the service personnel I entered into the service office asked for the service advisor whom my appointment was scheduled he was not at his station I waited 15 minutes. The service person sitting next to him apologized and asked if he could assist me, all the while other vehicles pulled into the bay and not one of the other service personnel greeted them they had to get out their vehicle to go in and ask for help.... great customer service!

I purchased what I thought was a certified used vehicle. I found out it wasnt when I tried to use the warranty they sold me and they told me that it was sold to me in error. That particular warranty can only be sold on certified used vehicles. They gave me the money back on the warranty, when I say me I mean the lean holder, covered half of the cost of the repairs instead (this was more than I expected). Then they had my truck for 2 months to make repairs and when I get it back it still has the same problem smoke out of the tailpipe. I drive it for a bit because I am told it needs to it needs to burn the residual oil from the exhaust. I drive it home and it clears up on the way home. Now I have a TPM malfunction error on the dash, a loud banging noise when I turn, and the next day when I start it the truck still smokes! I speak with my service advisor and she asks me to bring it back. I am told by the service manager it should only take a few days. This time they have it for about a month. As soon as I pick it up I get a check engine light and it sounds like a leaf blower under the truck while driving. They were closing when I picked it up so I drove it home. Take it to AutoZone the next day to have the codes pulled. It is a P2002 DPF. I replaced the DPF myself as I need the truck and they have habit of keeping it much longer than it should take but the issue didnt go away. Upon further inspection I found that they didnt attach the exhaust back up at the collector. I will never go back to this dealership for anything at all ever..

Everything was good until I got to the finance manager. I didnt need an extended warranty but he said it would lower my interest rate. That was a lie. He put it in my contract then I had to go through a process with him to cancel it. Be sure to look at your interest rate, length of contract, and add on warranties.

Clean waiting area. They were able to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. They performed several maintenance items (fuel filter change, coolant flush, oil change, oil conditioner, DEF top off, tire rotation) For the tire rotation they charged but they did not balance the tires. When my truck exhibited a front end shimmy, I notified the shop. They would be happy to charge for balance as well. For the DEF they charged for fluid they did not put in the truck. Probably will not be back

2nd time at this service department and both times my wife took our Expedition in for service she was lucky enough to have ONE employee willing to help. The others were standing around, talking with one another. No other customers in the lobby. No one bothered to come out to the service lane to help (thats what they are supposed to do, right???) and she sat there waiting. When she walked in, no greeting and pretty much made sure to even look the other way. When you purchase a $70k vehicle, I would expect a much better experience.

I previously bought a car through AutoNation Ford in Arlington in 2016. I decided it was time to trade, and shopped around at other dealers before coming back to AutoNation. I have to say, I truly appreciate everyone here! They are honest and up front about everything and don’t use some of the tactics like the other dealers. Between Carlos Cervantes in sales, and Jacob Hicks in finance, we had a GREAT experience. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and the price point I was hoping for. Simply fabulous! I have had my vehicle serviced here several times and three times for the same issue with cam phasers. This time I was told it was a programming issue for the engine shudder that was caused by defective cam phasers that had to be replaced twice. The programming was supposed to have been completed this past repair but apparently was not. I scheduled another appointment and planned to drop it off the night before. I contacted my representative to see if it was okay to drop it off early but there was no answer so I left a message. I did not hear back so I drove up to see if it was okay and was informed I was set up for a mobile repair and they would come to the house. I took my truck home and left it in the driveway for the next day. No repair person called so I contacted the representative again but still had to leave a message. Now I’m stuck with trying to find another day that I have to set up a repair and not have a vehicle.

I am the owner of Meek’s Sweet Trap! We just recently purchased a transit van from a local car lot and immediately started experiencing problems. We attempted to take it back to the local car lot and received no resolution. After going back and forth with the local car lot, we decided to take it to Ford Nation. Immediately when we walked into Ford, we received the warmest welcome! Our service agent was Peggy, and she made sure we were taken care of. I have been doing business with this establishment for 15 years and even bought a new truck from them.I purchased a part that was delivered to me without a part sticker the parts department claims it must have to be able to return. If i knew this was the case I would have never accepted this part and paid for it, it was brought to me without the sticker and now they won’t take it back, seems like a scam to begin with delivering a part without something needed for return if need the case. Loyalty of being a customer for a long time seems not to matter to this dealership.I will never buy a part or vehicle at this location or any Autonation dealer owned, customer service here is not what I expected.FYI: this is a 500.00 plus part that now I’m stuck withAfter review I have called the number as instructed and have left messages and no returned calls, this poor response to keep the integrity of the business is sad to make it look like Autonation cares to resolve the issue when in fact all they do is ignore the customers.

I like to shop online and they had current pictures of the truck I wanted with full detail. I went in the week of the crazy snow and ice on 02/18/21 and they made a point to still get there and open. I’d been looking at a truck I like and they had it. The guys there had excellent customer service and were very helpful. I went to 2 other dealerships before this and it was day and night difference in customer service. The dealership itself was nice as well and clean. I had asked about covering the back seats with something cause we lost power and had to pick up my dogs. They went out of their way to find something for me which was nice. It started to get late and I asked that they maybe “prep” (detail) the truck at another time and I went in that weekend. When I got there they made a point to help me out right away and did not have to wait very long, which was really convenient. Overall was a very pleasant experience and they weren’t pushy in any way. I would buy another car from them or recommend to a friend.

I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from AutoNation Ford Arlington. I initially inquired about the vehicle online and was contacted by John Banks with details regarding the vehicle and set a time to test drive. John was not pushy or make me feel pressured in any way basing his sales strategy around meeting my needs not his own. This was a huge plus for me. He proved this even more when I contacted him to say I would be several hours late for our scheduled appointment and he was completely understanding. I then went to the wrong dealership and had to call him again. He gave me detailed directions how to get to where he was located from where I was being completely polite. Once we got there and I met him in person he was so personable and instantly put me at ease with the process. He explained the best way to approach financing with the obstacles I faced with my credit. When I test drove the car I immediately fell in love. We submitted my credit app and while waiting for it come come back he checked in frequently and was very attentive. The numbers came back about $100 a month higher than I wanted but I loved the car so I decided to move forward. John Glenn in the finance department handled all the numbers side of the deal and was courteous and efficient. When all was said and done I walked away with the payment I had in mind, happy and in love with my car. Its been a week since I bought my car and John Banks has reached out to me saying his job did not end when I left the dealership and he was available if I had any questions. I was pleasantly surprised by this and even more so when he promptly responded to my reply. I will definitely purchase from AutoNation in the future and more specifically from John Banks. My entire experience was amazing and has continued to exceed my expectations. Thanks John!

I wanted a simple oil change with tire balance and rotate, and a state inspection. It ended up costing me around $140. I could not believe that a regular tire and rotate would cost the most out of all the charges; over $50. What happened to the tire rotate and balance coming with the oil change??? Other Ford dealerships do this, why not Autonation? I will be finding somewhere else for an oil change next time.

I have been going to this location and dealing with these exact people for almost a decade. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them depending on whether im in the mood for a new one. the service department always does the best job! i was there yesterday to get an underpinning replaced on the spur of the moment (i have super extended warranty but still would have cost me 100) but just paid the 118 and they offered to get under the truck and just put it on for me. i hope i dont get anyone in trouble for labor costs or anything but this is the kind of place i will always go to deal with the same kind of people. thank you guys.

I made an appointment for 11:30 for a simple oil change and tire rotation & when making my appointment said that I would be waiting there for my vehicle, as online it said they would prioritize/schedule differently if you we waiting vs. leaving it. When I arrived I pulled up to the service drive, walked inside and was not greeted by anyone. I finally was able to speak with someone and they directed me to my service advisor. I was very sarcastically greeted by him ‘hello valued customer’ and then he proceeded to tell me it would be 2-3 hours for a routine oil change & tire rotation, which is completely unacceptable after having made an appointment and then complained to me about their scheduling system. I started to leave, but then was able to find someone to come pick me and my child up, so ended up leaving my vehicle there. While they had my vehicle I heard NOTHING, no update, no check in, nothing.. I called after 3pm (so well over the originally quoted 2-3 hours) and left a message with my service advisor. After waiting another 30-45 minutes I called again as we were waiting to get my car back to leave town... Everyone tried to transfer me to my advisor that had not yet called me back. I finally got a woman on the phone that told me he should have quoted me 3-4 hours (also unacceptable after making an appointment for routine service) - she was within talking distance to my advisor, she was talking back and forth with him and then put me on hold. When she came back she told me if I could be there at 4:15 they would have my car ready! It wasn’t even ready yet!!!!! I had to chase them down to track when my car would be ready, which is again, completely unacceptable! 11:30 appointment, quoted 2-3 hours, finally got in my car about 4:30, 5 hours after my originally schedule appointment!!

I made a 9 am appointment (2nd try) for an oil change online. When I arrived, no one greeted me in the bay. Went inside to see a service advisor; any advisor, but was ignored by the 5 people at the various desks, so I stood next to 1 of the 2 other customers checking in, hoping I would be recognized as a customer. After several minutes an advisor came up to the nearby desk and greeted me. From that point on it was a quick process, although I was told it would probably take 2 & 1/2 to 3 hours or possibly more to do my oil change and tire rotation. This was probably the most uncomfortable experience Ive had trying to get a basic vehicle service in a very long time. But after reading other reviews I see that this is pretty much the norm for this service dept. Texas folks are usually more polite than this.

My auto purchase experience was great from the time I walked in until we left with a new 2020 Ranger. As for service, our technician Peggy was wonderful to work with. She arranged a warranty window repair, kept us updated on the arrival of the glass company at our home. She followed up with a call asking how everything went and if we were satisfied. It’s nice working with a service technician who knows what she is doing, and cares about the customer. We will definitely make a purchase at AutoNation Ford in Arlington in the future.

I took my car in for a airbag recall in February, after having the service done on my car i realized that my glove box had been broken by the technician who worked on my car, the service manager who was helping me Joshua Hromek, never contacted me to replace my glove box. Its been 5 months now, if you need any kind of service done on your car avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Very Happy with my visit for service on my vehicle. Upon arriving thirty minutes early for my appointment, I was quickly assisted by Dunte Clay. Mr. Clay informed me my Service Adviser, Don Doughty was with another customer. Mr. Clay proceeded to start the paperwork process until Mr. Doughty arrived, and completed the process. Both Mr. Clay and Mr. Doughty represent the Service Department in a favorable and positive manner.

Came in for and oil change and tire rotation. Peggy was amazing! She is very professional and informative. Great customer service! The automotive team not only serviced my car, they also washed, waxed and vacuumed my car! I’m saying waxed because, it was just so clean!!! Even my tires and rims were shiny! I used to go to another dealership, which will remain nameless and my car never looked so good, as far as the car wash goes! My mustang looks sexy as ever!!! VERY satisfied!

I had a poor customer service experience during my routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told by my Service Advisor that the lug nuts on my Escape were swollen and needed to be replaced; however, I would have to go to the l an automotive store to purchase new ones. He stated if he replace them with the Ford parts the same thing would occur again. Since this was an issue with a Ford part, why was I responsible for replacing them. Additionally, when I returned to pick up my car, it had not been washed. When I brought this to the advisors attention, he simply asked Oh, did you want your car washed? Seriously? Customer service at Auto Nation has continuously declined.

My car was Totaled during the winter storm in Texas. Jake (sales rep) helped me throughout the entire process to get me into something even nicer! Jake was very knowledgeable and very pleasant! Worst buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a 2015 mustang GT from them about 2 weeks ago my ac went out 1 week into owning the car so I call in about getting a rental until it get fixed and they don’t want to give me one or fix my car 30k and another extra 2k just for you to tell me you won’t fix my car or give me a rental lol I’ll never go back and I’ll never recommend this dealer I’ll be reporting them to the BBB aswell

We paid a deposit on a Platinum Hybrid in Quartz Metallic on 7/13. We had an appointment at 8:30 AM on 7/14 to close the deal. When the salesman took us outside to go over the truck, they had detailed a black Lariat for us to buy.After they finally found the correct vehicle, they brought it to the front of the dealership for us to inspect, it was just as it came from the hauler truck. That is, dirty with stickers, etc, everywhere.We then had to wait for hours while the truck was detailed. After we puchased an extended service plan for $4000.00, they then added the lifetime tint/door guards, appearance protection, windshield protection, tire and wheel protection, dent protection vehicle care protection.They did all this work and finally brought the truck around a 3 PM! We were so concerned about the 50 mile drive, that we headed out to try and beat the rush hour traffic back to our sons house in Frisco. The truck appeared to have smudges on both passenger doors.We thought that the guys didnt take the time wash the truck because we had been delayed so long.We drove back home to Alabama not knowing that the truck had paint damage!I cannot believe that the dealership allowed us to leave (knowing that we were from another state) with damage on a $75k vehicle!Today, I had to take my truck to an AutoNation Ford dealer in Mobile, AL, which is a hour away. They told me that they will have to contact Ford and get back to me.The service tech said the repair process will take several days to get done. That means another trip to Mobile to leave my truck, get a rental car and beck to Mobile after the repair!Not only am I dissatisfied with this dealership, I think that we should receive financial compensation for the inconvenience!

Some guy sped off with the car I was looking at after they closed. It was late on a Sat. 8pm. He was an employee. Did 90mph down the frontage road. We left at the same time. Alot of cars to choose from but a few had accidents and you can tell if you look closely. No salespeople anywhere. Dead area.

Absolute WORST customer experience ever, definitely will not be doing business with this Autonation again. From the start it was great and the sales guy was nice and helpful, then after that it was a waiting game to even hear back from the sales guy and his manager. Instead of being honest and upfront they decided to block and ignore me (I swear I wasn’t being a Karen and harassing them, maybe one phone call a day to figure out what the status of my loan was). What these gentlemen failed to do, another autonation dealership picked up and completed for me and were absolutely awesome.Definitely would not recommend this location at all.Also come to find out, the Vehicle I was interested in there had several recalls and they failed to mention that, told me it had a clean history.

The wait time was great. Peggy, the Customer Service Rep kept me informed of the progress. They dont try to sell you another car, make you purchase additional things for your car and immediately let you know if there is a problem. This was my first Ford purchase and I am truly not disappointed with the car or the follow up service. Its a great place and so is Peggy!!

I had the best experience at Autonation Ford Arlington. We ended up putting the wrong address into our GPS and ended up at the wrong dealership, not Autonation Ford. Those people were pushy.To get back to the great people at Autonation Ford Arlington. Kyron Sessions, had already made sure the vehicle we were interested in was pulled to the front, and guess what, he also had one with fewer miles for my husband and I to look at. Well, by the time we arrived, he was busy with someone else. So, he had one of his coworkers help us out.We were pre-qualified, but by the time it came down to brass tacks, our prequal was worthless. Charles, the finance guru, got us into the vehicle with fewer miles, at a lower rate. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

The facility was well maintained, organized, and clean. The poor experience was derived from our interaction with Angel and the lack of follow up from her or the team. We had made an appointment to buy a specific F150 30 minutes after calling her. The call to set up the appointment was very quick, but we assumed she knew which one we described over the phone and that it’d be ready when we got there. We arrived as an employee was taking the stickers off for someone else purchasing it. Granted, the truck was probably already under contract when we had the call to set up the appointment, but Angel had not done the due diligence to ensure the truck was already being purchased or unavailable for any other reason. It’s not so much that part that is frustrating as we could have asked to make sure it was available and wait over the phone, but it’s that once she said it was already being sold, we said “okay” and that was the end of the engagement. We felt awkward as there was no urgency to ask us questions in regards to which type of vehicle, price, or features we were looking for in our purchase. Angel could have easily made a sale with some inventory knowledge and general customer service. It’s hard to say whether we will shop this location or company in the future, but this situation is very frustrating as it wasted our time and felt like we were not taken seriously as a potential customer. As a sales leader in another industry, I am disappointed in the lack of effort from Angel and the team as we walked away quietly. I have had a better experience with the company in Fort Worth as the employee was doing everything he could to help us, but had left the business as he was helping us, so it just leads us to believe it’s a coaching opportunity at the Arlington location.

I came in with an issue on my F250. I dropped the truck off in service with Paul Barnum and was advised they were very busy and would get to it as soon as possible. I got a call a day and a half later. Faster than promised. My issue was solved and it wasnt nearly as bad as I thought. They could have told me a story and charged me a bunch of money. They were honest Paul and the Service Tech and got me out the door with everything working fine and it was super reasonable. It was actually better than that. Thanks Autonation Ford Service!!

Once I was in the service was great. They got me out in less than an hour. It was an oil change so less than an hour with all the fluid checks to be expected. The only problem I had was with the scheduler. He had me down for a 7 am appointment, and they dont open till 8 am. I got there early and had to wait. Still the service was great and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Impossible to get off their list. I helped by daughter buy her first car there and used my email to initially reach out. Their service department continues to email me over and over again, with no link to opt out. I replied and asked to be removed to no avail. I tried for an hour to reach someone at the store that can remove my email address, and could not get a real person at the dealership in service. Sales picks up on the first ring, but they are no help.
