I actually thought this place might be doing something shady to have all these 5 star reviews but they actually earned them. No they didnt ask me to write a review! I just really really enjoyed how quickly I was able to be seen. I loved Dr. Story! I loved how flexible they were with appointments. The entire staff if friendly and laid back. It is the kind of office where you can tell people like to work there so they make you feel relaxed which is good for a chiropractor! They also were very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain everything they were doing to me and were very safe. I would reccomend everyone go here. If you get in an accident even a small one it is better to get checked out than have problems later on!

Had high reviews when I looked them up.! After filling out information and talking to a employee about an estimate was never notified or contacted. Must not need my business. Not interested now...If you say your going to contact someone with in 24 hours,at least have the courtesy to have someone call! Thats all.

We have used North Texas Collision multiple times and refer them to everyone we know. We recently had a 2013 Dodge Charger entirely repainted and it turned out awesome. Job was done in the time we were told and at the price we were quoted. Would highly recommend North Texas Collision.

Keep me informed all the time thru the process and worked with me when finished to get my wifes truck back went over what they did detailing what was done. Both times I had the wifes Ram 1500 in their shop twice . Even delivered the truck to my work and picked up and returned the rental for me. Listened to my wifes concerns that I relayed to them. Great job Guys and Gals hopefully I can get my Caddy in for a paint job soon, as it needs one.i want a glossy shine on it like the wifes Ram thanks to them. We had made a mistake and went to another repair shop first. We then found out about NTX collision. We had our car transferred there. What a 360 from another shop! They we quick, super effective, extremely helpful. It was such a stress free experience. They went above and beyond my expectations. Our repairs looked flawless! The car was completed on time with text updates. And everyone that worked with us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Got a side mirror replaced by this location today. They located a refurbished one and replaced it in what must have been 10 minutes, which was about 10 minutes less than the estimated time. Costs were straightforward and reasonable, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

They gave exceptional service from the time I walked in for an estimate until my car repairs were complete they were there the entire time! I would highly recommend to family and friends! North Texas Collision Center is BY FAR the best body shop in the metroplex! My husbands 3 week old car suffered about 8k in hail damage, mine suffered just over 5k in damage. They did an incredible job on our repairs and we were good as new! I highly recommend these guys for hail damage and car wrecks!!

The team at North Texas Collision Center was very helpful and friendly through our experience. They kept us updated about our vehicle, plus went above and beyond to relay information even after we picked it up!

From my experience, I would like to recommend this facility for their work. No one wants to have to deal with auto-related issues that require repairs. However, the entire staff worked to minimize our stress level through timely and effective communications. We were not particularly pleased with how our insurance company dealt with us during this process and as a result, we were left with some unanticpated charges. Their customer service technician (Clay) worked with us to minimize some of these costs, which will go a long way with regards to our future needs. Thank you and we hope we will not need your services in the future, but we will keep your information handy in the event we do.

From my experience:Took my vehicle in and was estimated a time of completion with word of mouth for the next week Monday latest Tuesday. This was on a Friday. Went without a vehicle that weekend and I should have thought and not taken it in till Monday but my mistake. Monday they received a part for my vehicle and no word or anything was given as to where they were at and when it would be ready. The part was cracked but I would have never known by them. I only found out because I called then the tech was the one that told me and again said he would call to update me. Tuesday came and still nothing. I called Tuesday and vehicle wasnt going to be ready until Wednesday. It is Wednesday today and I had to call yet again to verify when my vehicle would be ready much to my surprise it will not be ready until tomorrow Thursday. Almost a full week and no communication was made to atleast give me an update. Definitely should have went through the dealer and not used the dealer that GEICO suggested. Would not recommend for anybody that asks me. My personal experience.

To start, my vehicle was brought here and they didnt know where it was when I called to inquire about it, multiple times. The shop does not communicate throughout the repair process. They began repairs without consulting me in any way and as the repair process took place I received no notification of progress and again when I called to check the status of repairs I was placed on hold as my vehicle was unable to locate.The damage to my car was made worse after it was fixed. There is electrical wiring issues in which one blinker now blinks faster than the other. When I press the lock button on my vehicle the mights that should blink only blink in the back and on the front driver side and are no longer functioning on the pass an side of my vehicle.When I brought my vehicle to them to do a minor fix to my bumper which was coming off and clearly not aligned and attached properly during the repairs, I was told by the shop manager and another employee that there is no way the bumper not being flushed to the vehicle frame was on their part. I must have hit something since I drive a 2016 Toyota Corolla because vehickes of this type sit low to the ground. Mind you the bumper is still off and not flushed. I have to press it back to the vehicle multiple times per day. And even when snapped in correctly it still is NOT flush as it was when the vehicle was bought.So now I am forced to go spend more money to have my vehicle fixed because it is a leased vehicle. So to avoid charges join return to my lease company I will go spend extra money to have the repairs done by this shop repaired. My vehicle went in with damage to the physical body and was returned with more expensive mechanical/electrical issues as well as all the physical damage not being repaired as my bumper will not go flush.Awful customer service. Subpar repair job!

Car went to get fixed after an accident and sure they fixed one thing but as soon as the car was on the road it died again and come to find out 4 more things were wrong than there was to start. The only ok thing was the tow truck driver who was very kind and helped us. Gave us a ride where we needed to go to get a rental car again.
