It was such a total shock to see that your store actually CLOSED the Deli, right before our eyes, today. I was told that you dont have enough employees to work your deli, instead. Why?!? Try to consider of rewarding your hard-working employees with a decent pay raise + to hire more employees; its ideal for everyone. ESPECIALLY for your customers. Thank you.

This is by far the worst Walmart. They are exteemely understocked on a lot of merchandiseIf you can find someone on the floor to ask questions to they very frequently dont know the answers and brush you off. Most of their self checkouts dont take cash. The registers that do have cashiers that do take cash have long lines most of the time. Their produce is just shameful most of the time. Their restroom most of the time are nasty. They have a few good employees, the majority are not friendly, I have had some that just flat out ignored me ( and no these were not the deaf ones that they have employed).

The automotive department was great and fast until we were being checked out by Theresa. She was the rudest person I have ever met. She tried forcing roadside assistance on us and when we said we didn’t want it, she tried making us feel stupid.

Havent had the best time keep stock lately

Found everything I needed. Shelves were sufficiently stocked. Trucks are welcomed to stop and shop. My only issue is the whole self check out. We should receive some sort of discount for this.

Visiting from out of state and very impressed with store. It was very well stocked, clean, and even had actual cashiers to check a person out. So nice.

Love the court side pick up for the pharmacy.

Its not the best Walmart around, but its not the worst Ive ever been too!Clean facility but never seems to have anything in stock, they lock up the baby formula (which I get but its annoying because you can never find someone to open it), and theres only one bathroom in the front of the store rather than most Walmarts that has one in the front and the back.

Awful!! Way over crowded, understaffed, and understocked. They had one guy that was disabled who was on the one register open while others stood by who were physically fit to help customers. You ought to be ashamed. And even shutting down self checkout in the middle of people checking out. It was only 8 oclock in the evening and they close at 11. Just ridiculous 🙄 dont shop here!! They even have shaving cream behind locked doors if that tells you anything 🤣

I think it’s great you employ the handicap…. However, if you’re only going to have one register open for tax exempt…. PUT YOUR QUICKEST CHECKER ON IT! I can’t use tax exempt at self checkout. This is ridiculous!

1) Not enough OPEN self scan kiosks for the volume of traffic going through, especially an hour or so before closing. Id think that the supervisors would notice the extremely long lines and open more human operated registers or open the other self scan kiosks throughout the checkout area but thats not been my experience.2) I took my child to buy a new bike and I had to search the aisles for an associate to help me get the bike but couldnt find anyone other than a stock person coming from the back storage area that told me how to page a floor associate for that section. I did as directed and still waited for almost 20 minutes for help and by that time the store closing in 15 minutes announcement came over the intercom system.The associate that got the bike was kind and very helpful so I give him 5 stars!!! 😍

Moneymarket closed earlier than I thought, but customer service was able to assist my needs!

Walmart needs to hire cashiers! When I shop there, it feels like customers are no longer a priority. The vibe I get is Get your stuff, check yourself out (while our employees supervise you), and get out (After our employees look at your receipt and check your cart)!. I miss Sam Walton! Am I wrong?!?!?

What a beautiful store!! Every staff member was so nice. Omg stocker would see me coming snd actuality let me through. And when i said excuse me they were so kind and smiled and let me through. Absolutely no one had an attitude like my hometown of Sherman TX. Ever isle was fully stocked or being stocked all items were a the front of the shelves.They have such a huge selection. I mentioned to a staff member how nice and clean the store is, and she replied oh thank you but its a mess right now bc were transitionin right now. I was SERIOUSLY LOOKING AROUND IN AMAZEMENT. NO MESS IN SIGHT!!! Can you have whom ever trains their staff come to Sherman and teach the staff common courtesy and how to organize and stock like that!!Im a huge fan of walmart and everywhere ive travel ADMORES store has been the nicest.Great job to the management and staff on home goods side this am!!!I never made it to grocery but i can imagine they were just as good

This store is one of the worst Walmart’s I have ever shopped at!!! Half of the associates are rude. The associate shoppers don’t care about the customers they block aisles and cut you off and almost run of you and your children. They cannot keep the store stocked. If there is any merchandise it’s all thrown around and a complete mess. The automatic doors are delayed so you walk up to the door and almost have to stop before they open. The cashiers are over worked and hardly get their breaks or get off on time. Something needs to be done about this Walmart for sure.

Crowded. Understaffed. 2 registers open with human beings... Everything else is self serve. I dont work at Walmart, but i have to check myself out so the stores profit margins will grow without having to do anything special... Other than inconvenience their customers. Not a bad deal if you can get it I guess.

Theres NO HELP ON THE FLOOR WHAT SO EVER. I have been waiting at beauty 47 minutes for an a associte and theres plenty of employees just walking around. Walmart has gotten PATHETIC

I have a service dog and no one has ever said a word about him. Until now. My dog alway sits on a towel in the basket because I have to be able to touch him the whole time Im in the store to keep me calm. The lady pretty much yelled at me for having in the basket. I am very unhappy and will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Walmart has cool stuff and everyday things. The only thing I dont like about the place, is that there are too many people. If I were you Id order online then go and do the pickup.

Its currently under changes and rearranging, but associates were helpful, friendly, and polite. Associates still went above and beyond for customers.

I was able to get everything I wanted. Unlike at the store in Madill.

Went in today as walmart is the only tire service center open on sunday in my area they told me 45 min so we went in to shop for a bit an hour later I returned & my truck hadnt been touched so we shopped another 20 min I returned to automotive & they had it in the shop so we walked some more I finally came back to automotive almost 2 hours after we came in & the truck was out of the shop & the tires hadnt been changed I asked why & they said my chevy 2500 was too heavy for their lifts...they shouldve known before accepting the vehicle & they shouldve notified me after realizing they couldnt work on it

Nasty store trash on floors, baskets full of returns, and conveyer belt was filthy. Cashier would not wipe it down.

Two checkers for an entire store and funneled all others through self Checkout. We should get a 20% discount for doing the job they should have employees doing.

Clothing department reminds me of my room when I was 4. Also when i went to go find something in the garden section a roach popped out of one of the fake plants and hissed at me i do not recommend coming here. Dont get me started on the smell of the bathroom.

Garden Center close on Friday at 4pm. Registers at normal lanes have customers 8 deep. Store had incorrect inventory on garden mulch requiring me to go take a photo of bar code. Was then only able to get around 25 feet from mulch because of layout outside.

A good experience, I felt that more registers should have been opened. All in all, it was an okay.

Large Walmart. The parking is a bit of a pain but once you get inside it isnt crowded - at least when u was there- after lunch on a weekday.

Customer service has really improved over the last few years. Part of my weekly schedule is to utilize Walmart Grocery. Thanks for stepping it up!

Not much to say, its a standard walmart up to certain expectation no mre than that.

Its a Walmart. They are usually pretty well stocked and there is usually something related to hunting and fishing in the clearance section. There are plenty of employees who have spent years there and are invested in their customers. There are nicer stores in the area but its okay.

Seems to be having a lot of stocking and inventory issues... Can be quite frustrating...

This is one of the nastiest Wal-Marts I have been to. Everything is all over the place and really hard to find anything. I came here to get some first aid stuff and dog food. The people at that Wal-Mart are really strange, I honestly did not feel safe, the people there were giving my friend and I these weird looks.

Not only was there no help in certain departments but only self check out isles were open. For such a big store in several cities this is unacceptable, come on whats happening to our country where people cared?

Pharmacy is usually on top on things, and make the whole process fast.

Even by Walmarts extremely low standards, this is the most ghetto one Ive seen in the country. They dont deserve the one star given in order to write this review. Im a fire fighter working 2 thousand miles from home. Needed some money wired to me and there money center is closed at 7:30 on a Friday along with the only customer service associate being on lunch for an hour with no one to cover the counter. Good luck to anyone coming here.

Store has mods to be stocked all in between isles. That coupled with the amount of online order carts taking up entire isles. On top of long waits for self checkout and only having 2 manned checkouts, one being 15 items or less at the tobacco register.. On the first of the month??

Truckers Park across from the auto repair across street.. private lot nobody there at night. Great Store. Great Prices. Lots of cool things out of norm. Ill be back.

Where do I start. Workers are rude. Not all of them just the ones who where yellow jackets. Can never find anything and when I do the price dont match what the tag says its always more. I wouldnt even give 1 star but u have to.

This is going to read like science fiction. I usually go to Wal-Mart early in the day. I have received help from employees when I had questions and once when the self-checking register kept rejecting my credit card. i would say my experiences there have a score of 9 on a scale of 10. They are a good place for me to shop and I figured after so many complaints, they deserved a compliment.

This review is for Walmart Grocery Pickup and the unpleasant experience I had when trying to resolve an issue with an order that was placed a few days ago. At no point did Walmart contact me saying there was an issue with my order. I had to find out after having to call 2x and talking to 3 different people for more than 30 minutes between 2 days. I was given the run around both days with words like, I think and my hands are tied, by manager Whitney. I would hope that in the future you take the time to listen and help the customer as opposed to not taking responsibility for the lack of communication and professionalism. I was told I would receive an email from Walmart a few hours ago about my order and have yet to receive it.I was also told I could cancel my order through the app and have no option for it.😒

Shelves were not stocked as much maybe because of the covid-19, but the workers just keep working and helpful with customers about questions on store items and when they can expect it to come in, I like that they carry around a little gadget that gives u knowledge on products.🤑🤑🤗🤗🤗😉😉😉😄😄😄

Parking for certain trucks only.. had I known that Id not spent 800.00 there only to be told by security I cant park my truck there over night. Only swift and knight trucks are allowed..BS

Been to many Walmart stores in my life and this one is not my favorite... I think that if they remodeled, had a better flow, cleaned it up it might be okay.. Theyre obviously good for household goods, but going there is dreadful unless its super early in the morning.

Store was filthy, product on shelves just thrown anywhere and nothing was properly recovered. Each department was an eyesore and dont even get me started on the pathetic shoe department.
