Visual Concepts is a big-time branding and design firm in a small town. The quality of design, service, and wrapping for our business van is MAYBE something I could find in San Francisco or LA, but nowhere else in Humboldt or Del Norte counties. We are completely blown away by our highly professional and absolutely beautiful logo and how it looks on our van, business cards, ads, shirts, hats, and stickers. It was awesome to collaborate with Noah because he masterfully honored our vision as well as guided us with his expertise into creating a logo that represents who we are as well as looks universally appealing. Noah was prompt, courteous and very professional when I needed two large banners made for my BBQ business. I plan on having him make me some menu boards this year. Very good quality product as well.

If you want to wait for weeks on end for anything from simple stickers/labels that arent cut well or printed well to vehicle graphics where you have to leave your vehicle there for days and have to come in person to the grungy, smelly shop to make sure the employees there are going to meet your deadline, then this is the place for you! If not, go to Times Standard in Eureka for things like labels and even logo designs. For Vehicle graphics theres Sharp Auto Graphics also in Eureka. Youre guaranteed a better experience than anything Visual Concepts can offer, and you dont have to deal with ex-convict looking, marijuana stinking employees either. In other words, Visual Concepts is not worth your time or your money.

Absolutely horrible service, quality, etc.I went in for labels/stickers for my products. I tried emailing at first, and never got a response after waiting 2 weeks to hear back. I then called and made an appointment, and the designer had clearly forgotten about the appointment made over the phone and had to wait a good 20 mins to be seen. It then took multiple email tries and a phone call for the company to see the file I sent them to print. When I called when I was told my job was supposed to be ready a few days later it was clear that they had forgotten to do my job or had drastically fallen behind, because I was told it wouldnt be ready that day and to call back by noon the next day. Finally, after a month of this hellacious process I got my labels....and after looking them over they were cut badly/unevenly and I had to get them to reprint them again. I got reprints the next day and still have some labels that werent up to par, but at that point I was done dealing with the Visual Concepts crew, their lack of professionalism and being at their dingy building wreaking of weed.I like to support local businesses, but Ive decided never to do business again here. Im not sure how other people are writing great reviews after what I experienced, but perhaps theyre friends of the owners or something.
