Our LR4 broke when we were visiting Door County. We limped our truck into Bergstrom for a wheel hub issue without an appointment. They shoe-horned us into their busy schedule and got it fixed within 24 hours. We got back on the road and back home with minimal travel disruption. Keith, the service manager really saved our tail. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a 2020 Range Rover Evoque in June with Premier and a month after I cracked my windshield. I called them to replace it and they said it would be 1 week and they would follow up with me. Well 1 week went by and no call so I reached out, the service manager didnt call me back because he was afraid to tell me that it would backordered for 2.5 MONTHS. Which I understand COVID has affected production on a lot of things. But that shouldve been communicated right away. Then, my windshield came in and they picked up my car, I get a call at work that the driver didnt think the windshield was sturdy enough to drive and they wanted me to go buy tape for it? This was one thing after another and I felt relieved when it was dropped off at my house and done with until I saw they left me on EMPTY and forgot stuff in my car that I now have to mail back to Premier motors... Not mad just very disappointed, I thought that buying a high end car would mean I was going to receive high end service.

Was not told that my brakes were wearing down on my leased vehicle. Had it in for oil change and 2 weeks later my break light came on. They couldn’t get me in for over 3 weeks to fix my brakes if I wanted a courtesy car and couldn’t accommodate in any way. Very disappointed in the customer service. I already returned once after the oil change for a bad smell from the air filter, which still isn’t resolved. I took it somewhere else for the brakes. Will not be purchasing another Rover.

Bob assessed my car and proceeded to tell me that it had been in an accident. It has a clear Carfax, factory undercoating, paint, no repairs to underside. Absolutely no indication that it was in an accident. Then he proceeded to tell me that the front bumper had been repainted as well. No way did both ends of my Rover get damaged. No reports, no parts ordered for my VIN. I had it checked and no one agreed with his observations I love my Rover and everyone was impressed with how nice it was despite it being 7yrs old. He told me that Bergstrom would just send it to auction, which was rude and hurtful, not to mention unnecessary. He is defensive immediately, doesnt even smile or be kind in anyway. I told M. the sales guy who was there and witnessed Bobs attitude. I told M. that Bob needed to calm down and be respectful. M. was nice. Bob said how long hes been assessing vehicles, yet he told me my factory entertainment system was aftermarket. I corrected him. It doesnt matter how long you do something if youre just bad at it. If I had to decide to deal with Bergstrom based on Bob, I would go elsewhere. And I did. I went to Bergstrom Neenah where they told me how beautiful the Rover was. They were respectful. They bought my Rover and have NOT sent it to auction. The salesman Matt was kind and helpful as I discussed buying a F-150. I know Mr. B takes pride in his dealerships, which is why we are repeat customers, but Bob does not represent the best of Bergstrom employees.
